3 days hone k baad bhi yeh meri problem sovle nahi hui hai ...

so plz dear my problem doing solve ...

    I had purchased an add on connection from Vodafone when I got a call from them soliciting to do so.
    My experience thereafter is in the mails I have appended.
    Just because I had also written to you, the agents at 111 have started acting as if they can not hear me as soon as I tell them who I am.
    The Nodal officer's cell phone is perpetually on answering machine which has no further space for my message.
    Despite so many calls and emails to 111, [protected]@vodafone delhi and their nodal officer I am not getting
    Now with this new retaliatory move by vodafone where the 111 doesn't even want to listen to me, what do I do?
    Their Vodafone store in Gurgaon is shut as a weekly off.

    Should I be penalised just because I approached TRAI for redressal?
    Help me.

    Copy is being marked to you about business malpractice by Vodafone where first they solicit customers with inflated miscommunicated promises & the slowly start playing by the book and yet fail to deliver.
    My last disappointment was when the customer care executive with vodafone: Chandan; who took my complaint refused point blank to share the contact details of their nodal officer. My ticket numbers for last few complaints are : [protected] & [protected].
    During this conversation I was clearly denied any escalation of my problem and also denied details of contacting their nodal officer.

    Dear Gurpreet.

    To begin with, I was disappointed that even the number given to contact you is never reachable!!

    Now my two complaints:

    1. My additional connection ([protected]), despite promises is still not active, nor have I received any verification call. There is no help offered by 111 after three calls and they refuse to divulge contact numbers of the Vodafone store despite knowing that only they can help.
    2. There is confusion on my due amount and despite seeking clarity from Vodafone store, I do not know wheteher I owe money or there is excess in my account. Vodafone store says I have credit of Rs 700/- in excess where as 111 says I need to pay Rs. 700/-. For your info: I paid approx Rs. 700/- by cash on 31st mmay 2008.
    Details:
    During a call I was solicited by Vodafone's agent on 111 for an additional connection a week back. The set of promises included:

    1. I will get 10% off on both our connections.
    2. He will get the new number activated within two hours.
    3. I will get the number of my choice without premium.

    Based on this, I visited your store at JMD in Gurgaon and was attended by Alka first and by AMIT later.

    1. I chose the plan suggested by her and we gave all papers asked for and she VERIFIED them as correct.
    2. I chose [protected] as my choice and she confirmed that it is a normal number without premium & its availability
    3. Within less than a minute (at 6.55pm), after taking the payment of Rs. 250/-; she comes back and says that I have to pay premium for that number. On further insistence she told me that she made a mistake and that number has been blocked!!
    4. Under duress, I chose another number: [protected].
    5. To my horror, activation time from 2 hours became 48 hours.
    6. On insisting to meet the Manager and waiting for 30 minutes to meet him, Amit promised to accelerate the process and not treat me by the book. His promise was that the connection will be activated within 18 hours and that too because the post paid system was under repair for 15 hours. In fact we all know that in open market activation is done within 2 to 8 hours.
    7. In my case, the Company hasnt even called to verify after 48 hours.

    My observation: a solicited customer is treated to much better service than a walk in customer in Vodafone & as importantly; both, the 111 as well as the website are dummies and of no real use to the customer except the VERY FORMAL and deploringly diplomatic choice of words.

    Please ensure that my connection is activated or let someone call to tell me why not.

    Vodafone — Add on connection treated as new connection.

    My phone no is [protected], [protected], [protected] in behalf of these numbers i had taken addon connection no [protected]. Where above numbers are corporate connection from many years. i had taken the anather connection they people told me they will incorporated the new connection as corporate connection but they don"t. After several visit to the vodafone store D 27 Connought Place they are not willing to help me.I lodged also the complaint in vodafone customer care center over phone but they are not able to solve my problem. Is it my foult to use VODAFONE ? They are charging as they want, im very sorry to say they are cheating with me. I am 60yrs old they are harrasing me again and again. If you wiill not solve the problem my next step is to lodge a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.

    Vodafone — DELIBERATE MISINFORMATION BY VODAFONE EXECUTIVES FOR SALE

    I already own HUTCH, NOW VODAPHONE phone no. since 1997
    In month of November we went to Ansal plaza, Delhi on pretext of some billing request . and were instead sold A NEW PHONE no. by executive Abhishek there . We really didnt need the phone no. but executive made it sound a no nonsense product
    We were informed that we will receive bill ONLY WHEN WE USE THE NO. TO MAKE CALLS .
    On receipt of very first bill I called customer service and asked them what was the bill about, because we had purchased this no. only on the pretext that bill will not be sent until its used .
    THE NO. HAS NOT BEEN USED AS YET AND I AM RECEIVING BILLS FOR CLIP WHILE EXECUTIVE HAD INFORMED US THAT NO BILL WILL BE SENT .
    I already have several prepaid phone no.s so it didnt make sense that i will go for a post paid new no. unless the deal was good ... they took a security deposit and now i am getting Rs56 bills every month ... Rs 56 is not a big amount but how far will these companies go to fraudlently fool sitting ducks who dont care about fighting it out .
    WE WERE SIMPLY MIS -INFORMED BY EXECUTIVE BEFORE MAKING THE SALE .
    I HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED CUSTOMER DEPTT TO EITHER PROVIDE NO.AND SERVICES AS PROMISED BY EXECUTIVE MR ABHISHEK OR REFUND US OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WERE FRAUDENTLY EXTRACTED OUT BY EXECUTIVE TO SIMPLY MAKE A SALE AND ALSO DISCONTINUE SERVICES .

    INSPITE OF VODAPHONE HOUSING SEVERAL 1000s OF EMPLOYEES I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING REALLY HAPPENING . THERE COLLECTION DEPTT WILL PROBABLY WAKE UP WHEN AMOUNT IS LARGE AND THEN THEY DECIDE TO ALEADY HARRASSED CONSUMER .

Morethan 1000 disabled peoples are in our forum.We are organising a disabled cricket match in eastern region where morethna 100 disabled players from 5states of eastern India are participating.We are requesting to many corporate house including many cellular groups and many are encouraging us with a small support to meet the expenses.We applied to vadafone also for the same.
    But we are very much sorry to write you the disghausted response of vadafone authority not even invited for a discussion and inspite of our several visit we are not getting appointment of the general manager.we are sorry to inform you that when vadafone is sponsering Indian Cricket match and not responding to the disable people cricket match which we approached a small amounts.The objectives of the match are to build the confidence among disabled people we can also play.
    can you enquire it and atleast send us a regret letter of non support.We will go to the international community against the apathy and unhumanatarian response of the orissa vadafone.Please send us the name of responsible person so that we can seek information with Rights to Information.

    this is madhu, recently i was taken two vodafone corporat cug conections in 199plan, but u r vodafone people r activated in 399plan, i was given a complaint somany times. but no body was responding, even u r customer service people also not taken any action and simply they r saying we r helpless, if they r not clearing the customer problem's then wat for they r sitting their, and my bill was genreted with 399 plan and my out going also barred, this not a good service, try to change the plan other vice cansil my 2 accounts
    hai this is mustafa here, i applied for postpaid last one and half month back still not activate.i complient to customer care they telling contact executive who collected moneny.but i contect that person he is telling your address proof is not mathing so is not posible to connect.then i told, its ok give me my money Rs 400 back.but now hes not picking my phone.my no is [protected] & that executive no is [protected] his name is subbu.

      i am not able to register my vodafone number on my vodafone to make online bill payment. it says dat my no is not a valid 10 digit number..although i checked it several times.

      i m not getting re-directed to my net bank for vodafone bill payment on internet banking
      My cell number was [protected]. I have a grave complain to make against Vodafone
      I had taken international roaming in the month of May 2008 as I was visting Dubai.Thereafter, my sim card got damaged whilst switching it from one mobile to another. Since I was in Dubai and had no alternative to the damaged sim so I discarded it. I got a rude shock of my life when I was informed of my bill amount which was reflecting as Rs 41, 000 odd. Within few days, I was told the amount is Rs. 33, 000, then again informed of the amount to be Rs. 30, 000 and then 28, 000.
      With the information changing so many times, I lost complete trust in the services and though I want to pay the correct, accurate and credible bill amount, I was wondering how do I pay the legitimate amount. They did not send the detailed bill as well. It's not even available on their site.
      If they my past payment records and they'll find that I have been a conscientious and reliable customer for the past 3 years and my number did not ever have a late payment fee slapped, forget about a disconnection due to non-payment!
      Their recovery guys are posing as salesmen and courier men and forcing themselves to gain entry in my parents flat, who suffer from heart problem and blood pressure. They continuously keep calling at every hour and use filthy and street language. Despite writing to them for a detailed bill, they are yet to send me one, and are insisting that I should send them my official email-id, which I don't have one as I am a housewife, and now they have sent me a legal notice. I am wondering what to do next?

      i have faced troubled speaking to customer service in vodaphone customer care i was badly abused by the customer service agent who i dont know deepak singh who posed tobe an supervisor how could he get through the job . i have mailed my complin no response so i am going to file a case against vodaphone as i am still in shock how can they keep agents like deepak singh and i have recorded call as he was constantly speaking abuse i dont know what would be the result though i will not let them go like this

      Sir, No doubt range provided from Hutch/Orange to Vodafone is great.

      However, the after sale service provided by gallery is very very poor.

      I had visited Vodafone gallery in Vashi for enquiry of Prepaid. However, the lady motivated me to take
      postpaid sim card no.[protected]. I am located in Pen. When I enquired abt roaming. She said there is no roaming charge in Maharashtra. However, when I dialled / used this card from Pen, it was in roaming service.

      I wanted other plan but she gave me 299 plan, because of this, I went again myself from Pen to Vashi gallery for immediate disconnection. This card was hardly used for 10 days. That lady disconnected my line in June assuring that bill will not be charged and ECS payment will be discontinued.

      I am shocked to receive bill for Rs.603.23. How smart these people are! They have taken money
      by ECS from bank although the line is disconnected. Because of this, my other cheque got bounded
      and bank has charged 387/- towards bouncing charges.

      I request the authority to look into this matter and refund my hard earned money of Rs.603.23 keep aside my bouching charges.

      Pls inform the status on my[protected] IMMEDIATELY.

      I was out of station for 3 days, , , my credit limit was 900/- ..i couldnt pay the interiem amount...i got a cal from the vodaphone agent about remainding me to pay the bill..he informed me tat i had to make payment befor 30/09/09 that was the next day...but when i want to pay my bill on 29/09/09...but by tat time my outgoing was barred...without informing me...my no. is [protected]
      Vodafone postpaid bill payment site is the worst i ever seen...
      90 out of hundred times it will not work!!!
      i am not able to register my vodafone number on my vodafone to make online bill payment. it says dat my no is not a valid 10 digit number..although i checked it several times. All the time i can't go to your store and pay the bill ... I don't want to waste my time ... if you are not able to help me out for this the last option is will choose another service provider.

      I am post paid customer of Vodafone from more than 4 years. My bill payment cycle is 14th every month. For the cycle ended on Nov 2010, I went to vodafone customer care center for my bill payment on 2nd Dec 2010 which was the last date of payment. I usually pay by debit card. I reached there around 7.45 and was in queue for bill payment. When i reached at bill payment desk the guy at desk said system not working so I cant swipe debit card. As it was last date and i have not expected this, I was not sure of having full amount for bill payment in pocket. He suggested me to use bill payment Kiosk. I managed Rs. 700 from my pocket and went to pay at kiosk at the same center. I paid the amount at kiosk at 8.38. And got the receipt of successful payment. After few days i started receiving calls from vodafone stating my amount is out standing. And they also charged me late payment fees of Rs. 100. I told them I already paid on 2nd Dec each other their executive said: I'll check and revert but no one reverted ever. I went to same customer care center to complaint that my bill not reflecting, but the guy there was not taking things as i was not having payment receipt. And after waiting for an hour i had to return empty handed. He said in 2 days i'll get call regarding this, but no call ever happened.

      I managed to find bill payment receipt and again tried to contact customer care on 111 number. I called gave complete details and guy said they will call me in 2 days. 2 days gone call didn't take place. on 3rd or 4th day i got call from CCC and they are saying they are not able to find the details in their system. Now its their system's fault and it may not be in system even then at the time of finalizing payment collection amount they surely have found some discrepancy but surprisingly they didn't. So they cant do anything. Now, they again want me to go to customer care center and wait wait for an hour in queue, to repeat entire story and still no surety of my payments will be restored to their system.I dont understand how they resolve the problem if they cant even after noting down all the facts which is provided by me and mentioned in bill receipt.

      I had very good regards for the company and i even was not checking bills ever, that if they billed correctly or not. But now its ridiculous what I am facing. There is no power in customer's hand and he has to dance as per the instructions of company or ready to give up on amount he paid.

      I have a vodafone corporate connection, bearing number [protected], i am supposed to pay my bills, however there is not a single vodafone store within a range of approx 10 KMs in my area i.e. palam village, new delhi. I called up the cx care and they gave me an address of a store located in Mahavir Enclave, i went there and roamed for good 1 hour however couldnot find a store there and got to know that the store is closed way back. It was extremely inconvenient wherein i am a working professional with stiff daily routine.

      I called the cx care again, first the agent couldnot even speak properly and she could not even understand what i was asking for and lately the agent hung up on me when i told her not to place the call on hold every now and then. Lately I called again and finally got the address of a Vodafone store in Dwarka, New Delhi which is again approx 8-9 KMs from my place.

      This was an extremely horrifying experience from such a company which promises to be the best in customer service and customer reliability by its advertisements.
      I was having a post paid connection NO.[protected] which was ported out in Feb 2013. I have paid an amount of Rs.762.00 thru my creidt card on 25.03.13 being the final bill. The payment was made at Vodafone, Store, Kadavantra. Thereafter, When I requested for Refund of deposit amount, I was told that bill for an amount of Rs.762.00 was outstanding and the deposit amount was adjusted towards the bill. When I pointed out about the payment on 25.03.13, the Vodafaone Store, Kadavanthra simply ignored it saying that it is not seen in my statement. When enquired about the fate of payment of Rs.762.00 on 25.0313 thru credit card, they simply repeat that it is not reflected in my statement. Dharmarajan E
      My Vodafone internet stick stopped working in the last week of February 2014 and I informed the Vodafone Care centre on the 4th of March, 2014 telling them that internet had not been working for over a week.My complaint was registered and i was told someone would get in touch with me in another 2 weeks. Finally on the 16th of March my internet started working because I kept calling them to do something about it. There was minimal effort from their side to sort my issue. Two weeks after my internet started working, they disconnected it and called me to pay two months monthly rental even when for three weeks out of thoe two months my internet was not working.

      It is the 16th of April, 2014 today and I have spoken to two of Vodafone's senior executives who said that I will have to pay for the entire two months because I am on a monthly rental plan.One of the executives said it was entirely up to me if I want to pay or not, basically suggesting that they will keep slapping me a fine if for as long as I don't pay.


      They are asking me to pay for the services that I have NOT been able to use. And now they are trying to corner me into paying the entire amount because if I don't they will fine me and increase the bill amount further.

      They have said point blank that I will receive no waiver on my bill and that nobody from Vodafone can get me a waiver or help me and that I will HAVE to pay then entire amount. When I asked for a senior or state level manager the executive told me that he will give me an email address that I can email on. I have already emailed Vodafone and not received any response to my response email that I sent two days before.

      I do not know what to do now. I am hoping that my consumer rights can be protected and that I will not be bullied into paying for services that I have not used.

      This mail is regarding I purchased total 3 CUG connection with your Vodafone person. Meanwhile I spoke to him 3 connections are under CUG.

        i have been using the vodafone prepaid no. since 2 years. vodafone company has activated the services without any request from me . this happened with me no. of times . i suffers o lot of thisunwanted services . on[protected] they activated a unwanted service on my phone which is "VODAFONE ALERT SERVICE" . i didn"t send them any request to activate this service. due to service they dedected 30 rupees a monthly rental from my no. .pls do some effective steps against vodafone and help me to back my rupees 30/-. i m very thankful to u. my dress is "MINI SECRETRIATE ROAD .         I have faced the same problem today. Caller tune has been activated on my vodafone number today, Aug1'08. I havent placed any request for the same. I came to know after I got SMS from them regarding the same. My balance of Rs45 has been deducted. I immediately called them up stating the same and was told that I have placed a request for the name, which I never did and that too for a third class song. I want my money refunded and deactivate this stupid service with immediate effect.
        i am also using vodafone no they has activated scheme without any confirmation
        they acivated ranzan alerts & deducted 30rs from my account...as iam a hindu

            I, Mr. Ramsahay Yadav, brother of "Rajesh Kumar Yadav" user of mobile no [protected] (Mumbai) was travelling to Kanpur during 07.06.08 to 12.06.08 and I made many local as well as STD calls from my said mobile. I found that during my roaming call i was charged Re.1/- for all incoming calls and Rs.1.50 for Local (calls made to Kanpur numbers) as well as STD calls which is wrong, as per Roaming Tariff, all Local calls should be charged Re.1/- but they charged me Rs.1.50/-

            Same problem were happend also when i was travelling to U.P. and Bihar in March month, that time also they charged me a flat rate of outgoing calls i.e. Rs.2.40 for all my outgoing calls including locals.

            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. If possible kindly credit the excess amount charged for Local calls.

            Vodafone — excess charge on calls

            I bought a vodafone sim from mumbai and I am using it in Pune. The call charges for local calls are 40 paise per minute and STD calls are 50 paise per minute. But while calling it charges me Rs1.00 per minute for local calls and Rs1.50 per minute for STD calls. Please give me the solution of my problem. The no. is [protected].

              i called vodafone customer care regarding non working of blackberry and vwc service i was told to cack berry and arrange for a call back with in 15 min which did not happen then i called 3 timesto blackberry at 55666 and ever time they told to restart and finallt told me to call 111 and get the profile reset

                Dear Sir, Madam

                I would like to express my deep appreciation to the service of Vodafone Egypt and express my admiration yet I'm not a Vodafone user. As an admirer of the pioneers, I have a comment that would like to express as well.
                My mom WAS a Vodafone subscriber (Business system) and the number was not registered under her name. She changed to pre paid card system with a NEW contract issued through Vodafone Egypt and under her OWN name. Then, there was an announcment that anyone could easily shift between local networks with the same number and that it will take him only one week to conduct it. She tried to do and follow what they advertised for. Unfortunatlly it took her almost one month and nothing happened. The MAJOR thing is that whenever the other mobile network tries to ask about the owner of her number in Vodafone Egypt, they reject it!!! Disregarding the contract that we have from them!!!
                Now it's taking us so much time and hassle to do the EASY procedures that they are advertising for!!!

                i am a vodaphone customer since 7 years or more and am seriously considering of cancelling and signing up with a competitor. either itisalat or mobinil.

                in may 2009 i visited maadi branch to change my line to peronal and to change the mode of payment to credit card. all requirements were fullfilled and confimred to me that all has been done.

                after 5 month, in november 09, and to my astonishment, voodaphone deactivated my line due to unpayment, and without prior communication.

                i visited the branch and discovered that the direct debit did not work due to technical reasons AND that the line is still in teh name of the company and not me!!

                the customer service officer - mohamed - did not solve my problem, did not reactivate my line and told me that someone will call me.

                that did not happen to date!! i am very dissapointed and i have never complaint before.. but i am because i do consider myself a vodaphone customer and feel that it is my duty to complain and make aware that there is a problem with the customer service - which was not, never, the case before.

                Me and my family have 8 old vodafone lines and we had no problems at all since we got vodafone service.I usually join the convenient offers.a while ago, I've joined on of those offers, but I realized that it is not convenient for me.I called the service center and I asked for getting that offer removed from my mobile.I got the most strangest cancellation condition I've ever heard before "sorry you have to wait tell you less than one pound to be allowed to get it cancelled !!!
                Sires, do you know what dose it mean?
                1) To stop charge my mobile, which means stop using it to call my clients and to follow up there requests and complaints.
                2) To stop ending money to my kids.
                3) Have a very bad impression about vodafone for the the first time...

                  I am using the vodafone prepaid connection and my no is [protected] and this time reducusely i have received their prerecorded caller tune call and even after my disconnecting the call they have autometically installed the caller tune on my cell and deducted the caller tune charges from my prepaid account which is totally rediculous.

                  I want my deducted balance to be credited back asap as this is totally unacceptable.

                  Afterward again I called helpdesk to want address vodaphone customercare center near to my at that time Mr. Dhruvil shah try to help about callertune and said we'll check it and callback to within 10 min...but i didn't getting any reply!!!
                  so kindly request to vodaphone Manager please change your slogan "Happy to Help " to "Happy to Hell"

                    Good AFTERNOON to world's one of the leading telecom company,

                    Unfortunately, I am one of your loyal customers who has given you an oppurtunity to provide me your services, To start with let me first give me my details:

                    My complaint:

                    I'd firstly like to thank you for the services. However, your recent services has been appauling.

                    I went to Vodafone Retail Store ( Jogeshwari West) to pay my bill on 25th May 2008, Guess what!!! your cash and chequ machine was not working? Now, since I work in call center (very odd hours) it was 11 pm. where on earth I go to pay my bill? I'd also like to drag your attention to my memos again that I always paid my bill on 25th my due date...
                    I accept that I missed my bill payment and I could have paid later but I am sure you will agree that this scenario couldn't have taken place had your machines worked. Furthermore, I received calls from collections but as I informed you that I work odd hours I was unable to pay my bills.. I am ready to pay the late fee rather paid my bill if you check the records but can you imagine what sorts of inconvenience I have faced because of this!!!
                    Today, I went to the store and asked for my bill which I haven't received despite my billing date is 07th of every month and was surprised to find RS. 360 for ISD that to for 9 minutes (which country is that or rather is it on earth or it is MARS, PLUTO or SATURN, I can assure you that I have't made any calls to any destinations (internationally) and I am sure nor in my household. This will be confirmed if you look at my bills from April 2007...
                    Can you please refund this amount!!! If you look at the memos of my account you will see that my bill has always been around 1200, and this 360 is an derisory for me but it's the matter of priciples, it is the matter of right and wrong..
                    Further, when I paid my bill (exc the 360) and told your advisor to reconnect my services she says (Jenny at your Vodafone Store Jogeshwari (W)) it wil take 3 working days.. I acept process bit... I paid my bill by credit card and asked her to cancel my account.. she says "OK, since you have an corporate account you need to email us or write a letter? My question is, Do you teach your advisors EMPATHY!!!, how to interact with customers also do you want my custom or not? Rather than just saying OK sir cancel your account she could have alteast asked me why??????????
                    Also, I have left Zenta (my corporate plan belongs to them) long back and I also informed you but at that time you said its no problem sir, that is fine and now you say you need a letter from them to cancel my account? Why did you not say me before and now I can't go to Zenta to get the letter... your advisor says it not on the account? Are your advisors GOD that they can't make mistakes by not putting notes.. May be the advisor who told me that "Not to worry sir that doen't matter if you change the name Zenta" was a new advisor and didn't put a note by thinking that this is just a small query or may be he/she forgot to out as a human tendency???? If you say that they can't that means that I am telling lie to you?? Come On for getting the letter?

                    my final questions are?
                    1 WILL YOU REFUND ME THE ISD CALLS RATES
                    2 DO TEACH YOUR ADVISORS CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS RATHER THAN PROCESS, PROCESS, AND PROCESS
                    3 DO YOU WANT MY CUSTOM
                    AND IF NOT CAN'T I CANCEL WITHOUT THE LETTER WHICH I ANY WHICH WAYS I'LL BE UNABLE TO GET
                    4 WHAT ACTIONS WILL YOU TAKE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME . Please don't say me that this will be a feed back and it will be dealt internally?
                    I am not saying to SUE Jenny even she is human being but what about my emotions and inconveniece.

                    Boss, in India there are lot of telecom companies and I can go anywhere but I have been loyal to Vodafone and its time for Vodafone to show what they can do to retain me... The thing which makes other telecom providers different each other is not the plans and network coverage which they provide but it is the customer service...                       I was having some problem in my vodafone mobile connection and i tried to talked to customes care people. I was surprised the way the vodafone customer care peoples were reacted. They stated abusing me in Hindi as I was talking to them in Hindi, I was in the shocked. I can imagine worst than this.
                      Can some one take this problem to serious way.
                      Hoping to get some positive response soon.

                        I have been receiving called tunes, which I never opted for...

                        Despite deactivating everytime it gets activated, it automatically activates next time, which I have no control. Please let me know of a permanent solution for this... I am losing Rs. 30/- for nothing.

                        Also, I work in nightshift. I am awakened by your advertizement in the daytime offering your different products/packages. This will be really irritating and spoiling my sleep.

                        Vodafone Prepaid — deactivation of caller tune

                        Sir,

                        I, the undersigned, Mr. Ashok Parshuram Shinde, am a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years. My Mobile No. is [protected].
                        Since last month I am facing tremendous harrassment from your customer service cell, regarding activation of caller tone. I had denied this service, but was shocked when Rs. 30/- was deducted from my current balance.
                        These things are going on for last 6 months, and last month when I was in Gujarat State, they activated my caller tone automatically and deducted Rs. 30/-.

                        Once I contacted your Customer Care, I was told to send a SMS to a Toll Free No. 144 to lodge a complaint, regarding the deactivation of caller tone service. Even you will be annoyed to know, that though I was in Mumbai when I called the Toll Free No. Rs. 2/- was deducted from my balance.
                        I contacted your Customer Care, but they didn't respond to any of my complaints. I am fedup with your inhuman and unprofessional service. I would request you, for the last time, to stop the mental and financial harrassment.
                        If this harrassment continues, I will be forced to take legal action against you.

                          Vodafone had activated caller tune since last 3 months and without sending any alert i was charged Rs.90 for 3 months.
                          I spoke to the customer care executives and mentioned the problem, they told that i had activated and did not respond well (they responded in a rude way)..I was put on hold for ~30mins and they even cut my call when i called them again.
                          I remember their names : Asif and Sudhakar.

                          I finally decativated the caller tune after talking to some other customer care executive.

                          After 3-5 days of decativation, i received 3 SMS msg's from Vodafon again today that my caller tune has been activated and Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account.

                          I am unable to reach the customer care department using the number 111.

                          I want the caller tune to be decativated and get my money back. My phone number is [protected].

                          I really frustated and helpless as i have lost money again for no fault of mine.

                            i submitted my all application form, photograph, id proof and address proof to the vodafone store(R.B.MEDICAL SHOP) IN LAKSHMIPURAM, THIRUVANMIYUR.
                            my sim activated and worked for two weeks.suddenly my phone outgoing calls are not going.when i called to 140 vodafone no, they told me to submit my application form, photograph and all.i had already submitted my all documents to the above shop.but when i called to customer care there is no response and they told me wait for 2 days, 3 days.my phone is not working for nearly one week.if you are not response, for sure i will go to customer court.

                            In my plan i can add 3 numbers as a add-on number to my vodafone number.i already activate 2 add-on numbers but i can't create 3-rd add-on number and i can't contact vodafone customer care it always busy.tell me how can i activate 3-rd add-on number

                              retailers of mobile recharge are charging extra amount .i.e Rs 5/- per Rs 100/- recharge in National fertilizers limited bathinda colony
                              retailer -surindera milk bar

                              Vodafone — extra retailers charge on refill

                              HELLO,
                              this is the most common problem which many consumers are facing..
                              many retailers in mumbai are taking rs.1 extra for recharge of 10rs. each..
                              rs.1 is not the big problem but this is illegal and company have to take any actions against it..
                              every time its not necessary that consumer have one rupees change.. and most of the retailers dose not provide change..
                              please look after this complaint and take some action..

                                Vodafone Postpaid — non receipt of bill

                                myself Jagdish V. Kolle, as i m working in municipal corporation of greater mumbai (MCGM) in water dept. and my postpaid vodafone no. is [protected] i want to recieve my bill at my office. my office address is Mr.M.A.More cabin, water works, 4th floor,k/west ward office,paliram road, opp. andheri(west) railway station. i called customer care so many times but no use. plz do necessary action.
                                i dimple rana # 827, milk colony dhanas(chandigarh) have not receiving hard copy and soft copy for my post paid connection no [protected] for the last two months.Please send thr smae me in advance so that i can pay the same in time.you can also send me bill on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I was a postpaid customer . I got my connection closed after paying all my dues.I have got my Refund cheuqe but I am not so clear about how i have got the refund .I approached your vodafone store in this regard in Jhandewalan metro station.Mr Sunal attended me there. but he was unable to give me details. and told me that as i have discontinued the services of vodafone within 6 months so i don't have the right to ask for security deposit refund. However i was never connumicated by an means that the security deposit is non refunfdable before 6 months . I have studied the CAF and i am unble to find out any clause that tells that the security deposit is non refundable.So, Please let me know how this has happened . and if possible please send me the calculation.
                                  I have also not recieved my last bill.

                                  activation date- 12th january2008
                                  disconnection date- 15th may 2008.
                                  billing cycle- 6-6 of the month

                                  As per my knowledge it is 3 months at one vodafone store and 6 months at another vodafone store... and 3 months as per customer care 111.
                                  At vodafone they make their rules.. and just take away your money and time...
                                  They are only HAPPY to HELP if you are paying them money otherwise... their simple answer GET LOST.

                                    Even after repeatedly telling these guys they are not sending me my call details . All i get is a bill stating the aggregate amount .

                                    There are no details of the number called . The website never works . So i cant check the details .

                                    Iam fed up of writing to them .

                                    Pls look into it .

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I get lot o[censored]nnecessary sms on my number please block them. My number is [protected].
                                      I am getting unnecessay SMS from vodafone starting from day 1. I have registered to "DND" but it has not helped me either. As it seems I am targeted by a couple of SMS campaign providers with messages like, TD-REN, TD-IMAGES,TD-JAYDEV,TD-PRITHVI,TD-UNICON,TD-SRI SAI,TD-INNOVATIONS,LM-VANHEUSN,TD_HOMEO,TD_DR.BARTA,TD_JASMINE etc....

                                      There are times when I receive multiple copies of the same message within 10 minutes of time. Daily I am receiving a minimum of 50 sms of this kind.

                                      I really need a way to stop this...
