I have repeatedly send mails to vadafone regarding change of my existing plan to HSBC 199 plan but my connection has not been converted.
I have also sent scan copy of my HSBC I-card but till now plan has not been converted.

Getting Charged for services Never subscribed for

I, Vikram Singh having 2 post paid connections have noticed that for last 3 consecutive months I have been billed for “bhaktisagarforty” in my one of the nos. and for "vasomastismsmthirt" in my another no. worst customer care services

i am using hutch vodafone data card with vodafone SIM no [protected] on national roaming,

i make more tha 35 calls to vodafone customer care centre but still noboby is helping me to sort out the problem.

this company only belives to sell their products and not intereted in giving any after sales service support.

I rate them the worst company in internet / GPRS providers, few names of vodafone...

I dropped my cheque no 448325 of ICICI BANK dated 02-06-08 in the DROP BOX of Sector 18 Noida office of Vodafone.However, on 4th of June 08 my outgoing was barred with the excuse that my usage has exceeded the limit.I was surprised and went to their office in Sector 18 Noida To my shock the payment was credited to some other customer.The mistake has been detected but even then I keep on getting the calls that I must make the intereme payment...

I recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile online through ICICI bank at around 4 PM and so far my mobile is recharged.I called the customer care number 111 and first time the lady just kept the phone unattended.At 18:45 i called the customer care, a guy called immanuel started abusing me when i asked " am i fool to wait for mobile to get recharged after 72hrs".According to vodafone it takes 72hrs to recharge if...

demanding an explanation

Regarding blunders in activation of advance yearly rental(postpaid).

I have opted for Rs 998 advance rental plan with a top up of 25 to make my STD calls Re 1.But earlier it has been activated as 199 plan n now after correcting their mistake of Plan, my top up of Rs 25 to make STD calls cheaper has not been done.

I am not responsible for this blunder, but the vodafone executives who did mistakes twice.
Now, it's unbearable at my part to provide any kind of support....

Vodafone No. is + 91 [protected].
Vodafone Per call Charges is 1.99 Rs./Min which is unautorised the actual charges is 1 Rs./Min.

I live in Chennai and i recently purchased a Vodafone Prepaid Lifetime Validity Pack. I also bought a 61 SMS booster pack. Apparently, it was not mentioned anywhere that its 750 messages FOR 30 DAYS for Lifetime Validity Prepaid Plan. But according to the 61 SMS Booster Pack, its supposed to be 750 messages free PER DAY!
