[Resolved]  Vodafone — Disconnection Of Postpaid Number

ON 15-July-2008 at 12:58 P:M i have given the fax to vodafone on their number [protected] i have submitted RS 1550 0n 27/07/2008 and also i have given them a mail regardnig the same, submitted my address proof, license cardand pan card copy to them but till now a date i.e 14-Aug-2008 they don't disconnect my phone.

Disconnection Of Postpaid Number
ON 13th-Feb-2009 i went to your vodafone.store in Domlur and disconnect my postpaid connection.my no was [protected].but still now they havenot disconnected my connection and sending bills to me.
Could you please respond to my mail to the earliest, i am seriously contemplating taking this to the consumer court.

For no. [protected] i have cleared bill amount of rs.300/- via vodafone rep.n0-403919 andrs-730/- via 403918 for [protected] on 26-4-09 which clears the commitment and please disconnect both immiediatly.

Vodafone — Billing even after disconnection

Sir,
I have recently obtained 2 vodafone acct Nos [protected] & 15 vide a scheme of Airtel.
I later (2 months) realised that my children for whom I bought this plan s are not very
much interested. Hence after paying for two months I gave in writing to the customer care
at 4 Bunglow Andheri gallery to disconnect this two numbers. My SIM was de-activated within
48 hours but I was billed for extra 10 days in next billing cycle. When I asked later to the same
employee they said that backend process takes about 12-15 days to actually de-activate
account.

I fail to understand why vodafone can charge me for 10 days on prorata basis when
1) I have given in writing atleast more than 48 hours of ending bill cycle.
2) After giving in writing I have not made any use of these nos.
3) Vodafone has de-activated my sim within 48 hours hence I feel they have no
moral right to charge me for any more rentals.

I have not defaulted on any payment with them

Will you please clarify on this issue.

I have enclosed copy of my bill.

Vodafone — wrong commitment and without reason and information disconnect the phone in roaming

I an sandeep kumar.I have Vodaphone post paid mob no -[protected].in the starting this no was prepaid.many offers came by the Ajents/sales person. but for the right and true information i was gone the vodaphone center ghaziabad navyoug market.vodaphone employe told me the plan of vodaphone.after this i asked the security deposit .he said this deposit is refundable when you want.after two months i call to call center and said to executive to close the my vodaphone no.after this i go to vodaphone office and search the employe but i did not got him.after them i ask about him then other employe mr Deepak say to me that he is not here today.then i inform him inabout my problem he said this is not possible to return my deposit amount. it means vodaphone employe cheat me. nothing .after 10 to15 days i reached vodaphone office and said to mr Deepak to Activate this no. after a long waiting other employe say to me to deposit the ID and ADDRESS proof . instant i gave all the formalitys. they say to me that activation will take 4 hours .But after 15--20 day when no not get activate i reached again vodaphone office and long wait for my tourn .and after then employe said to me this SR no. activation will take 24 hours.i said to mr deepak to change my plane 249 to 325 after activate mob no.but he said that this is new plane for new no. only not for old customer. i wait fully one month but my voda no. not got activated.after all these things i call to call center for activation and plane change.he said that you can change your plane with out take new no.and there is no reqest for activation .he say to me to deposit the douments .i told him about the douments deposite allready.after this he said to me that activation will take 4 hours. after 3 hours i got my no activated.
i got a bill 78 privious bal and all other one month bill included withe due date 29/05/09
yester day on date 23/05/09 when i was in romming area i need it very urgently i got my no. inactive.when i came my home location i call to center and asked about the inactive no. they said, due to only 78 Rs payment your no is inactive.
now i am asking that total bill was 378 Rs and i had deposit 300 cash of this bill .and they inactive my no. only for Rs78 none payment.
all of this i have take this design that i close this connection and take another company connection.

Postpaid Connection — Dissconnection of vodafone Number

my above bill charged extra amount vodafone live Rs. 56.20 & Missed call information Rs.30
Myself disconnect vodafone live and Missed Call Alerts in the month period[protected] to[protected]
&[protected] to[protected].

Now i don't want to continue your service and i want to discontinue my vodafone number.I already make the complain at Vodafone store but i didn't get the proper response from there.

So kindly do needful as soon as possible

hmmm san=me with me happened i gave them bunch of hundred rupeesss company was IDEA telecom and the service was poor still they were so greeddy t o disconnecrt my cell phone post paid connection
