Receipt for my Payment of 1100

Dear Sir,

we would like to inform you that On 23-July-2008 (6:45 PM), I was at Vodafone Store, Hisar(Hariyana) for bill payment. When was paying my bill through Machine. I was suppose to 1600 for Mobile No: [protected]. But After Entering 1100. there were Power failure. And I didnot get any receipt for this.We regret to inform u that Even No one was ready to give me any prove for that payment. I am still waiting for his response....

vodafone network

i have been using vodafone from past one year.

when i am at my home there is no network coverage, i have to come down my building to talk to everyone, there are frequent call drops. i can bet if the vodafone owners can come down to my home and can make one single call or receive a call from my number i will change my name.

i stay near andheri station at nagardas road

i m tired of making complaints...

billing & plan problem

Hi All,

I am an old Customer of Vodafone(number [protected]) since 2005( at time it was hutch), Recently i visited My Vodafone shop in JMD tower.the agent named mahesh informed me about a new plan in which if a take a new number(beneficiary number) then the calls made from the beneficiary's number to my master number(existing number) the cost wud be 10 paise. i Found it interesting, i discussed the same with my friends...

Vodafone Kolkata contineously harassing me

Inspite of several mails sent to Vodafone Kolkata Customer care by me, they are not taking enough care about my case, on the contrary I am getting several calls almost everyday asking to pay Rs.586/- alnogwith every month's late charge of Rs.100/- that you are continuously adding with my bill.

This is a harassment. I have paid all my dues within the stipulated time frame. The bill that Vodafone Kol are claiming is due...

Not Responding regarding Disconnection of my postpaid connection of Delhi

I had a postpaid delhi connection([protected]). And I had given request for the disconnection of this no., as I have shifted to mumbai.

As per the direction given to me by vodafone's agent as well as by the vodafone shop in mumbai, I send disconnection request with the scanned copy of my ID proof through email(at:-vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) & asked for my outstanding ammount so that i can clear my dues and disconnect...

Message service barred

I had activated a sms pack on my number and everything was goin on smoothly until i decided to deactivate the pack.I sent msg for the deactivgation but teh server refused to accept it by sending the error msg that "Sorry this service is not valid for your number" so I called the customer care people One executive forwaded my complaint and he asked me to call the very next day when i called thn i ws told tht due to technical reasons...

A marketing person had called up initially for an ADD ON card request. I took up the add on number as he said that Corp 299 plan could not be activated on my existing number. No action against DSA of Vodafone

hi,

on 25 may, 08 i picked a call from Vodafone DSA. he was giving me 600 free sms, local 30 p & std 50 p& 600 calls local & std in 600 Rs.monthly .

Afterthat i confirmed with vodafone custmore care, he told me that he has not any plan which has std 50 p & local 30 p.

therfore i hav paid him 250 for connection .

Vodafone is a BAD service provier

I bought Hutch about 3 yrs back till it was Hutch I was satisfied with the network and the services. But from the time Vodafone acquired Hutch IT SUCKS.

When ever I call customer care it takes hours to speak to some one, and when some one picks up the phone they dont give information I am trying to disconnect my number from past 3 months and no body is even doing that. I have to paythe bill.

HOPELESS USELESS...

i pranam salunke have taken the postpaid sim of no [protected] two months before nd i have paid all my bill but still my outgoing calls r barrred ... i have paid the bill 10 days before, , , nd i have also given the complaint regarding this to the vodafone stores in belgaum which is near goawas .. nd from last 10 days daily im going to the stores but they r not responding ... so please check it nd release my outgoing call... do it sonn .....

Vodafone - Not Happy To Help

Hi,

Vodafone has lauched new ad "Happy 2 Help" Which seems incorrect to me. They are happy to help. They are not bothered about email sent to them.They generally do not reply to emails even after sending reminders.
I have couple of emails lying in my email sent to vodafone, but no reply from vodafone.

So next time when you read "Vodafone - Happy to Help", Please read it as

Postpaid connection and customer care

I have taken Vodafone Postpaid connection recently and I feel sorry to say that they are the worst I have ever encountered. I was on roaming, first day it was working.
