i have personally visited the vodafone store and told the particular assister to cancel my postpaid connection...my no.[protected] is been cleared with all the bills...but still i recieved the bill of rs.600...m nt using this no. from past 2 months...still i'm getting the bills...so i request you to disconnect my no.[protected] as soon as possible...

i anuj chaudhary want my post paid disconnection bearing number [protected]...kindly tell the billed amount and consider the security deposit of rs 500 as well...billing date is 5th of every month...and i have already applied 4 disconnection of number [protected] but u people have troubled me a lot...i have made a payment of 610 rs already but u havent consider my security deposit of 500rs...on top of that u have kept on charging 4 next month inspite of my continous request 4 disconnection...so i hereby refuse to pay the bill which i didnt use...ur staff members named mamthe, rajesh frm mangalore balmatta vodafone store r highly uncoperative...kindly do the needful...consider security deposits of both my numbers and cut the amount which i didnt use...i am sending u this mail yet again but nt anymore...gdbye...thanks..

Vodafone — disconnection of mobile

Dear sir,
I am regular user of vodafone.i have two mobile post paid numbers of vodafone
1.[protected] paying bill regularly
2.[protected] not paying because this number is recycled number and issued to me already issued to anybody and plenty o[censored]nnecessary phone calls we have to recieved .I do not make any call from this number when i complaint to vodafone customer care he ask me you must pay the bill.when i am not paying the bill company disconnect my first number [protected].and pressurise me with calls to pay for the same.I ask one thing when i do not make any call from this number how can i pay for it. and when i am taking this connection nobody tell me this is a recycled number.i make plenty of complaints at customer care to solve this matter but they do not gave any solution for this matter.they ask me you have to recieved all calls and when i say what can i tell to the caller customer care executive sad you tell this number is not belongs to whom you are searching.
Please help me for the same

My mobile no[protected] from vodaphonne was disconnected when i got this no. the salesman of company told that 3000 sms free but in phone i do not get any sms sevice i all ready 4 times londge complaints at goregoan centre but no reply

Vodafone Postpaid — Disconnection of the number

I have been trying to Disconnect a postpaid mobile number on my wife's name,
its been more than a year since the number is not been used and we have to pay the monthly rental.
Despite my repeated mails and visits to vodaphone store all they say is to do some formality or the other.

Its harrasing as the billing address is of my wife's parental house and we have to shell out around 450Rs per month.

Please suggest the way out as its becoming a menace.
