[Resolved]  Vodafone — Disconnection Of Postpaid Number

ON 15-July-2008 at 12:58 P:M i have given the fax to vodafone on their number [protected] i have submitted RS 1550 0n 27/07/2008 and also i have given them a mail regardnig the same, submitted my address proof, license cardand pan card copy to them but till now a date i.e 14-Aug-2008 they don't disconnect my phone.

Vodafone — DISCONNECTION OF A NUMBER

Since 12th of april 2010 iam visiting vodafone shops and calling at number- [protected], requesting them to cancell my connection number -[protected], but still its not been doNE.

They are not atal cooperating with me to cancel the connedtion and month on month sending me the bill.

KINDLY HELP ME OUT

i am using vodafone prepaid card since more than 2 years.

recently my phone got deactivated on 22 april 2010, without any prior notice. at vodafone store(4 bunglows, andheri), firstly i was told that it has been deactivated as it has not been recharged since 2006 whereas my last recharge was on 14th april 2010. Later they asked me submit the documents for identity and address proof. for aubmitting the documents i had to go to your store 4 times.

Anyway i submitted the documents on 25 april 2010, and was told that my phone will be activated in 48hrs which is still not activated.

i have already sent 3 mails on your id vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, but seem yo be totally useless as there has been no change yet.

all this is height of harassment, i think i deserve a compensation for all this, as my phone got deactivated when i needed it the most, i even had to bear the non-cordial staff.

i request you to kindly look into the matter and guide me regarding this.

Vodafone — not receiving the bill in my address but disconnected the number

Please note already we have informed Vodafone that we are ready pay our usage if they provide with proper bills, but today they took one of my customers number from my bill and Ms / Mrs.priya from the number [protected] called them and threaten that they got courier to some address in alandur address with my name and it has been returned back to them, if not collected from them will give my customer number to police station.

Kindly note if I am there anyone would have collected the courier right, from this itself it is clear that they have not properly billed to my address then how i can pay the payment? Now they are doing worst thing and I am loosed that customer and their business. If I got terminated from my office due to this then my family will be in trouble and Vodafone is responsible for everything which happens to my family

Please take immediate action and save my job and carrier for my family

Vodafone — Number disconnected after one month of request and Bill given even after disconnection

My post paid Vodafone number was [protected]. It was a corporate post paid connection.
I had called up the customer care and asked to disconnect the number in the first week of March and I was given assurance that the number will be disconnected within 2 weeks.
But in the mid of April I got an EMail stating my billed amount as 500 INR.
When I called customer care, I was told to ignore the mail since my number was disconnected.
Again after two weeks I got an Email stating my billed amount as 2050.52 and it was written that the same can be served as Legal Notice.
Again I had a word with their executive Pawan mobile num.: [protected] (as mentioned in the E mail from Yunus.[protected]@vodafone.com) and I had to pay 2050.52 un-necessarily.
This time, I repiled back to their Email and told them to diconnect my number [protected] again.
But today( May 24, 2012) as soon as I reached my desk and opened my mailbox I got another mail stating billed amount.
Why do I need to pay when the connection was already disconnected? I even want my 2050.52 INR back as I paid them without any usage.
