[Resolved] Vodafone — Card not activated since 10 days | |||
Hi, My number [protected], i had requested for number portability from loop mobile to vodafone and given the proper documents (Passport, pan card) on 1st november thursday at capgemini airoli with the vodafone people. On saturday 10th november i got a message from loop saying : Msisdn : [protected] Message type : port out Deactivation time :[protected]t 23:30-00.000+05.30 Message : genportoutconfirmation Message received. And my loop got deactivated at 12.00 but since then my vodaone is not working. It is the 2nd day this is really urgent. When calling on this number it gives out an error saying : the vodafone number you have called is temporarily deactivated. Could you please take necessary steps and get my card working on a urgent request. This is very urgent as my work is dependent on my phone, and productivity is hampered. Fyi - i also had an check from loop gallery confirming if the portability was successfully done. My name is sanjay, i connected with ur service on 03 Jan 10 and submitted in all docus (PAN Card Copy, Liecence Copy & photo) But my card is not activated. customer care is saying not submssion of docus but i have already submitted. ur dealer Mr Kuldeep Vaghole, AP- Kedgaon, Teh - Daund, Distt-Pune his not submitting my docus. Aaj ten days ho gaye hai iska jimmedar Kaun? Pure log pareshan hai lekin koi nahi sunta. I requested u Pl take action against dealer and sole problem customes and ur. i am waiting now.

I have applied for add on connection on 15/03 though Hutch coustomer care, i have dep Rs.1000 agst sim no.[protected] (Phone No. [protected]) but as on date 24/03 my number is not activated
