Plz. provide me the name & address of person to whom phone number [protected] belongs ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam,
A vodaphone connection was issued in the name of my wife Mrs. Rani bearing moblie No.[protected]
as per proof address H.No.55A, Sector-11C, Faridabad -HR. Since last month a caller tune is
activated by vodaphone and we have not even requested for the same & this caller tune is creating
problem.It is my request to you kind deactivate this tune at earliest. I think this mail message is
sufficient to take the action in this regard because your customer care peoples do not bother about
this type of problems and if this caller tune will not be De- activated I shall have no option rather than to surrender our number. Kindly waiting your positive action in this regard.

Vodafone Complaint — 9811163747 BC 75 deactivated without information

Hi Team,

I know personally that you guys handle these kind of compaints on daily basis and now your urgent intervention is required to sort out my this problem. My BC card 75 was deactivated on 15th October, 09 but your company did not send the any information about this. I had a word to your customer service, which is outsourced honestly its pathetic.... I spoke to one of your stupid floor manager Tapan on 16th October, 09 and he said that you sent deactivation message to me.... i asked him to provide the all timings date information in written...he simply refused ..that means i call in this festival time...from my busy sechdule all gone in vein....

Now what i want from you...i want my balance return towards my account on [protected] from the time this service was deactivated and till again i recharged the same BC 75... If you can do this then its Ok otherwise i need a apolozy letter from Vodafone....with stating that you can't provide these things to me in written...i handle it from Trai side....i know the director of TRAI personally...i will send him a letter easily....

hope you people are educate enough to understand my complaint and how much serious i'm about my complaint....waiting your call on [protected].....

Vodafone — Not holding the promise of providing the service for 50 paise SMS on Deepavali

I am a subscriber of Vodafone cellular network with phone no [protected]. I have opted a plan for STD/LOCAL call and SMS. Plan Details: If recharge 119 Rs vodafone promised to provide me all STD/LOCAL call and STD SMS/LOCAL SMS will be charged 50Paise. But on the occation of deepavali for two days(16th & 17th of October 2009) suddenlly they charged STD SMS 1.50 Rs and LOCAL SMS 1.0 Rs breakig thieir promise. If ask the customer service they replied that because its a festival service is changed. But they never said lke that before. I request you to do the justice to all the customers of Vodafone network who are unable to use SMS service on festival occation

i buy a vodafone prepaid connection and i lost my phone when i report it to vodaphone and ask them to provide me the last call detail of this no.they told we don't provide any call details of prepaid connection to the costmer.if they provide me the detail i may able to track the theft.according to me the vodaphone is indirectly support the terrorism & theft

worst customer care service ever! totally irresponsible and ignorant! i have given the complaint regarding the issue 4 times and till their attitude towards it is the same! totally uselesss!
