I have paid the security of Rs.250 to transfer my prepaid number to postpaid but I refuse to activate that number but my refundable security is not return.The no is progress at my father's name"Bharat Singh".The sim no was [protected].
I paid the amount to ACE INNOVATORS PVT.LTD.
PLEASE CHECK MY STATUS and return my security.
Vodafone — main a/c balance falls down
i am a vodafone prepaid custom having mobile no.[protected]on last saturday my a/c balance reduced from 20.62 to 178.48
i called to customer care but they was saying that i download 1 java game twice. but my phone does not support java game so i want my balance excluding surfing charge.

Vodafone — sim not validated
i took new vodafone sim from vodafone customer care >they gave the information that on recharge with 11rs we get a validity period for one year and it will take 24hrs for activation and it is not activated till now and all the incoming and outgoing calls are suspended find a number details & address

Vodafone — National Do Not Call registry
I had registered with the Do not call registry on their website but i continued to receive calls for ring tones and others. On enquiring about it further I was told it takes them 45 days to implement the same. I am not sure if this is legal. If yes, why should it take as much as 45 days for a simple thing like this.Vodafone — Non Disclosure of Roaming GPRS charges
Hi ... I had a very unfortunate experiance with Vodafone... I am a vodafone customer for the past 10 years now and have been holding multiple numbers for all my family members and company numbers. I am very sorry to say this that the service has gone to the dogs. A recent experience I had with the company has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I activated international roaming and had specifically called up the helpline to check / findout on the international roaming charges front. The GPRS charges were not disclosed clearly and were misrepresented by the helpline attendant. It was only on returning back to india from the UK that i received the bill when they revealed the true international UK roamng charges. As a customer I feel cheated by not disclosing the charges beforehand. I have already decided to shift all my family and company vodafone accounts. You should do the same with a company who has no customer focus. dear sir,

i am vodafone user (prepaid). and residing at Bhayander, Dist.Thane.
Whenever I recharge after some time the balance come down to minus. It happens to me since June 2008. Yesterday i.e. on 28/8/08 the Balance was about Rs.53/- and today the balance is minus 135.14. My validity is upto 31st January 2009
i am surprised why it is happening to me. I dont want to recharge till the mistake is corrected and give credit of whatever amount i lost till date.

Vodafone/cell phone — debiting amounts for services not used
I am using a cell phone .I am using this phone for last two/three years. It is the life long free incoming services.My cell Number is[protected]
Whenever the balance is reduced from the PREPAID account I recharge the cell and enjoy the services
I had no difficulties during the period after first charge.
THE CALLER TUNES OF THE CELL IS THE SAME SINCE FIRST CHARGE.WHICH ARE FREE OF CHARGES.
However I was surprised to receive a MSG from Vodafone incading
"RENTAL OF Rs.30/- TOWARDS CALLERTUNE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM YOUR VODAFONE PREPAID ACCOUNT.THE NEXT RENTAL IS DUE ON 27SEPT 2008 "
This amount is never deducted during the first charge till date,
& be informed that I am using the same caller tune available free
of charges.
I am a senior person and await the action of crediting the deducted amount to my prepaid.
The cell No.[protected] furnished by Vodafone MSG centre is
continuously engage hence this requesy.

Vodafone Customer Service Dept — Activation
I would like to complain about the Vodafone customer service department employees and their service, its been a pathetic and most frustrating experience i have ever had dealing with this company. All i wanted was to get my number activated which i had lost and it took me 3 days of yelling on the phone thats when they do something about it. I have called at least eight times in past 3 days and all I hear from them is "Request is taken and the number will be active in 2 hours". Horrible service and rude employees who first of all can't speak proper English which is so annoying and then i speak to a customer service representative Shoaib Akhtar, where this sick man is full of attitude and has no sense to speak at all. I understand this is a domestic call center but that does not mean to degrade it to such a low level. Today finally after 3 days i spoke to Smita warkar who is the supervisor on the floor and in the begining of the conversation it was the same stupid excuses i got to hear but she was helpful and saw that my number was activated also called me back in 5 mins to check on that, now this is what i say customer service should be. I would like to thank her and inform her manager Shahnawaz that she did a pretty good job and got my number activated quickly. I would like to end by saying that Vodafone needs to improve their customer service department and start by teaching the "AGENTS" on the floor to speak. pls help me with the address of the no.[protected]

Vodafone — Complaint regarding postpaid to prepaid
I am using vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) since 1 years. I am completely not satified with service. Now i want to convert my connection to Prepaid but company (customercare, strore executives, collection agents) is refusing my from 4 months. They are always making wrong commitment.
