Vodafone — Caller Tune cancellation

In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy and it computerised. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.
I would like the caller tune to be stopped immediately. My phone number is [protected]

I have lost my Motoroala Mobile last week .Mobile no:[protected] . But somebody still using the mobile and also sim card . While i am contacting, he refused to disclose his name and disconnect the phone.So Please furnish the details of calls sent & received using through this number, so that i can identify the person who stolen my mobile and also inactive this number [protected]. Vodafone — payment of bill

I am a vodafone customer from last 2 years my mobile no. is [protected] .sir I have made the payment of my vodafone no. [protected] of august 08. on due date 21.09.2008 at kiosk machine situated at vodafone store opp. pancham hotel bareilly. but still they are sending sms and their agents for collection of the bill and today they have barred my out going too.

actully i want to talk with vodafhone customer care executive regarding my bill information but still i din't able to talk with them.

Vodafone — Service activation without any intimation

My mobile bill for the month of Sep 2008 was 1.5 times more than my average monthly billing. On scrutinising the bill it appeared that i had been charged with internet download charges, a service, that was never activated by me. How is it than i was given billing for that.

Further if the services were activated, why wasn't i intimated about the same.

Also i have a credit limit of Rs.3000, the pending bill is rs.2000 and still my services are debarred. how am i suppose to understand and take this credil limit given to me

does any one have a say?

Vodafone — VODAFONE HAS PLENTY OF REASONS TO CHEAT PEOPLE

This is to bring to your notice that, that I, Amandeep, am being

cheated by vodafone people when asked for refund of a sum after

clearing all the bills and getting my number closed.
Yesterday, when I went to vodafone store at M2k, Rohini-3, and

requested for refund of RS.500 for my closed numbers [protected] and

[protected], an executive, Pawas, told me flatly that I could not be

refunded the amount for [protected] as I got it closed before 6 months,

however while taking the number I as confirmed that this amount would

be refunded to me whenever I got my number deactivated. Again, when

asked for refund for the next number, [protected], he told me flatly that

I had a pending amount of Rs.549, And to my great surprise I have not

missed any payments so far. Since every payment has been made through

vodafone machine, I have no proof of the same. I was amazed at this

dramma. Vodafone company gives postpaid connection to people so that it

can cheat innocent people,
I am pretty sure now that all the bills which I had paid for these

numbers which were always so high are incorrect as well, but I never

paid heed.

Such a high intensity of cheating people!!!

Previously there was a bill for 4000 which was asked for [protected].I

have marked a mail for it as well. Yesterday, we received a call for

the same claiming to be a call from court. Just to shut down this case

we paid Rs.2500. This is how vodafone people scare innocent customers

and pull out the hard earned amount out of them.

I will highly appreciate if you look into this case. I have no

obligations even if I need to drag the company to the court.

With great expectations I seek your help.

Vodafone — Charging of sms even though i had a service reply saying free sms as 100

On 09th October 2008, Vodafone customer care executive is saying that it's a special day. And they charge 1 rupee for each sms. As per my tariff they are supposed to give me 100 free sms daily if they cut a daliy rental 1rp. They have cut the rental but now when i check my balance with *141#, the service reply is saying Free SMS :100.
Just a straight way of cheating people. Anybody would send sms thinking it's free. What a cheap way to earn...
