I Have converted the scheme fro prepaid to postpaid( 249 plan ) . The same was activated on 4-9-08 .
Now on 12-9-08 i have been confirmed a outstanding amt of 2940.80 Rs . Is it possible anyway????????????????????

I have hardly made around 150 min calls out of which 500 min calls were supposed to be free .

On 4-9-08 there was prepaid balance of 2849(approx.) which too are not adjusted .

PLEASE attend IMMEDIATELY

Vodafone — not closing my postpaid number as i requested

i had a vodafone connection (no [protected]).i went to customer care to surender my number and they uploaded my request and collected my i.d and sim(request no-[protected]).but my number is still running .
i submitted 250rupees(refundable) +250advance rental in first month which is more than my outstanding amount

My prepaid phone No [protected] was activated for above plan on 13/9/2008 for reduction of local calls rates on deduction of Rs 2/- per day.I`m in Australia and how can i deactivate it and one thing i cant understand if i dint activate anything then how can this service be automatically activate on my no..

My mobile phone lost on[protected] at 2 Pm in night . I made a request to deactivate the services on my mobile to stop misuse at about 2pm immediately onsame day. The service were deactivated on 2.02.08 at 6 pm. During this period my mobile no. [protected] has been misused by some one . If vodafone had acted timely, the misuse would have been avoided Kindly waive this amount of bill and inform me.its a postpaid connection.

Vodafone — Misleading Bills- Dictatorial attitude

Dear Sir,
There was a time when i used to praise HUTCH, now i am mentally harassed by VODAFONE services as they are sending inflated bills. Not using their services and getting their nod & my nod to close it down . NO STEPS TAKEN.

I am going to file a case of mental harassment and hefty claim for my losses incurred due to their poor services if they dont stop creating tamasa
