I was in banglore on 16 may 08 . At 16:30 when I was at the airport to board the indian airlines flight for mumbai, the out going calling facility on my post paid vodafone mobile were suddenly deactivated without giving me any kind of prewarning.This particular act forbid me in passing crucial information at a crucial juncture, which caused a high degree of mental stress and fianancial loss.The facility has still not been resumed even after contacting vodafone customer care several times and after depositing one thousand rupees in vodafone store at Vashi mumbai

Vodafone — Non-efficient services

I was using punjab postpaid vodafone number [protected]. When relocated to other part of country, they did not provide me any facility of de-activating the number instead of repeated calls on punjab customer care, though I was on roaming and irritated by asking the reason of de-activation despite of telling them that I have relocated. They asked me to visit vodafone shop of punjab, which was certainly not possible coz i am staying miles away from there. If they can facilitate the bill payment from anywhere in the country then why cant the number can be de-activated from anywhere.

My prepaid telephone no is [protected] twice caller tone has been activated on my number without request and sms send that Rs 30 has been deducted from my balance. I am a senior citizen i do not get someone to tell my problem on your customer care as it is automated.I have to go to my shop requesting him to send Sms for deactivation which is verry harraising for senior citizens who have difficulty in sending long smss.I expect VODAFONE to be senstive towards senior citizens specific needs.I would request if something is done in this regard.Rs 30 is not a big amount but the feeling of being cheated by vodafone is very distressing .
I hope some mechanism to adress this special problem of senior citizen is evolved.

Vodafone — not disconnecting my postpaid connection

i had a vodafone postpaid connection [protected].on 23/8/2008 i reqested to disconnect my no.. permanently at vodafone store navyug market ghaziabad.at that my outstanding was 303 Rs but my advance was due on company (advance rental+security money refundable)so i didn't paid any more money to company .
they had submitted sim also but next month they send me bill of next month and not disconnected my no..
but i don't have sim and not used it.

Vodafone — Postpaid connection delay

Hi,
I have applied for postpaid connection from my prepaid hoping it will beneficial for me.
But since then my life is hell.
I have applied for more than 8-10 days and my old prepaid connection also cut.
It really hamper my work very badly.
I dont know wat is happening.
And the customer care executives are worthless, try to talk to them and they have replied "System update is going on".
I worked for telecom domain and as far my knowledged this not effect any service issue if system update is going on.

Vodafone — After paying for recharge, refusing to receive the money

I am Pushpa Thanki vodafone user having mobile no. [protected]. I did the online recharge of my vodafone of Rs. 716 on 3rd of september.. but didnt get money recharge talk time on my mobile. when i called up vodafone customer care using 111 almost every day. i used to get std. reply to wait till 48 hours and each complain is separate one.. there was no trace of my previous complains nor they had any record of it.. when i really shouted on them. asking to recheck with their manager... now they are saying they haven't received money from my bank and ask bank to transfer it once again. where as from my account money has already been transfer to vodafone.. and my bank statement also shows the same. when i called vodafone. they said the same thing they hv not received the money.. i am really frusted now what to do to get my money back..

Vodafone / Talk 249 Bumper — NO CONNECTION

Vodaphone the world class multinational company has still not given me a cell phone connection after 120hours of paying them money.
On saturday I wanted mt prepaid to be converted to post paid and Vodaphone sent their representative MR Roshan lal ([protected]). He took my address proof, photograph, sim card photocopy on 27th October. Paid him in Cash Receipt no 14213 dt 27/9. The connection would be done within 72 hours positively.
After this it has been a nighmare ..no Roshan lal, customer care keeps saying someone will come to your house for verification. I have called at least 10 times and a sweet voice says we are here to help you ..it will be done ..have patience. Till today no connection has been given and even after paying Vodaphone does not repond...NEVER GET A CONNECTION OF VODAPHONE.
