Vodafone — WRONGLY DEBITED OF ACCOUNT WITH ANY ECS FACILITY
Dear Sir,An ECS of Rs. 707.25 have been debited from my account (which is in ICICI bank, Laxmi Nagar) on[protected].And i don't have any ECS facility on this account.Neither ICICI Bank is providing me any satisfactory reply nor VODAFONE people are helping me in this matter.The phone number given in the statement of the concerned person is not clear, thats why i couldn't trace that person.Please help me now what steps i should take ahead in this matter. Vodafone — Incorrect Charges on Bill
Hi there..I am using vodafone number from last few years with an hassle free services, but now from few months they are providing a pathetic service.
There executives are not updated, They are charging incorrect charges.

Hi, i am a user of Vodafone, number is [protected], the problem is i had the balance of Rs, 75 in my account and also i had the net pak activated on my number, i connected my system and started download, suddenly my download get stop i check my balance it was minus Rs. 136.
The problem is, when i talk to there customer care exct. the inform me that it was deducted due to uses of internet as your net pak was expired.
Well as per there polocy if the customer account is less then Rs. 3 the the service of internet will not work.
my question is why my balance got debited it should be stop when it less then Rs. 3.
I also sent email to them but they did not reply till yet.
I want to use that number but it is not possible until unless it is not recharge till positive balance.
Kindly do The need full.

Vodafone — My Internet Service Not Activated after 3 days, Fraud
on june 5/6/2011 I have Put Ec recharge of Rs 98 for Internet usage at 9.am (5/6/11)),Ec was Successful got msg to mobile ,But the Service is not activated.i make call customer care 111 they told after 2 hr activated,i have called 2nd time 111 and got 198 toll free customer care number,and told customer care asked about my 98 package they told transaction was success its activated in ur mobile you can use Internet 2 gb,and i checked usage and validity using *131*98# it shown net usage 2048 mb,and val till july first week,i started using internet after 10min my bal got deducted -42,and again i checked usage using *131*98# it shown usage 0 expires on 6/6/2011 10:32:45.i call customer care they told service not activated i used internet so why balance deducted.i told that before 10min i called customer care person told service activated and i also checked using *131*98# ,they told contact higher authority executive by call 111,i went shop recharged for 50 rs and 10rs top-up,to make call 111 customer-care.i was not able to call any customer care number after that customer care number was blocked in my mobile, next day 6th morning and afternoon also called still customer care number blocked in my mobile.i called from another mobile customer care to credit my amount deducted and my 98 rs Ec amount.they didn't credited.i lose totally 98 rs ec and balance deduction 48rs, around 150 rs amt i lost.Customer care number also blocked in my mobile number.
i have made 10 times customer care from my mobile and other mobile call not yet service actvated and customer care number was blocked in my mobile,I need my service internet activated 98rs gprs and my deducted amount to refunded

If i have already paid mobile bill & Disconnect the all sevices provide by you. i have gone many times to Vodafone care Andheri West, Jogeswari West, Andheri East. But nobody given me satisfoactory solution for this.
Today again my portout request denied by vodafone ????????.

Dear Sir,I have been receiving unnecessary updates on football and cricket matches daily and Vodafone is cutting Rs.3 per day. I had not applied for this service at all. I tried to cancel this service but the customer care never picks the call.

Vodafone — Not using service still getting bill.
Hi,I was using vodafone service since last 3 yrs in delhi. But i got transfer to Bangalore. So i asked vodafone executive to discontinue the service they are telling we can't discontinue the service, you need to go to Delhi and there you need to deposit documents.
Since last 3 months i am getting the bill for the vodafone number [protected], even i am not using this number.
The address i have given is of my relative and that's why i am getting call from my relative that i have cheated them and given their address.
This month also i get the bill.
