Vodafone — Billing issue for mobile number : 9811130486

Hello team,

Vodafone is cheating on me. They are asking me to pay for the services which I was not aware about. I had activated vmc services for using internet on my phone and laptop both, However all the settings was provided by an executive of Vodafone . I called them multiple times in order to confirm the settings and other issues regarding my connection. Now when I checked my bill it shows Rs. 2282 for internet charges. When I called the help desk they said that I have used wrong settings and that’s why they charged the amount.

As a user how do we know which settings should be used in order to access internet when we have no information for the same.

today 2/6/2011 they called me and said that they are going to give me a rebate of 500 rs and rest of the balance i have to pay. i refused to pay so they have cancelled my services. I called them back and try to talk with them however their executive said i have to clear my bills first otherwise they they would not activate my services.

Right now my services has been closed and i am unable to use the services.

From yesterday onwards a combo plan has been activated on my number([protected]) due to which per day Rs.3.00 is getting deducted from my balance.
I want to deactivate this plan so i have also called to customer care but no one is receiving the call.so kindly help me out and deactivate this plan as soon as possible.

Vodafone — FRAUD sms

Hi, we think VODAFONE is cheater, b'coz every day i use to get some SMS on my cell "hi my love i miss ur lovely voice so plz call me on this no[protected]" similar sms but changing the contact no[protected],[protected], all this sms are sending from +[protected] this no.when we tryed with contact them per sec we lose INR 50 / - & i tryed from my sykpe lost for 1min cal USD 5$. i think any one of vodafone people is doing this for loot the money from the citizens...!!. all this no are belongs to VODAFONE from West bengal.

Im mani i have requested for mnp 4 days back from vodafone to docomo. My application was accepted and my number is ported to docomo yesterday night 11 pm after that i have noticed that im not receing incoming calls and sms due to some technical issue till now so people who r trying 2 contact me is getting a response that "the number may not be working pls check the number" so im missing so many important calls due to this issue so kindly give me a true advice to file a suit against vodafone.

Vodafone — hungama mobile subscription

Rs. 5/- is deducted each day from my balance due to subscription of Re. 1/- service alert message to download songs movie etc from hungama.com. The service is not being unsubscribed in spite of repeated request. My mobile no is [protected]

Kindly resolve the issue.

That has exactly whats happened to me and its starting to irritate me

Vodafone — balance deduction without any reason

I had 33 rs balance in my mobile.then I put 95 rs internet pack in my mobile..nd I received a confirmation message that you can enjoy internet free now for 1 month 2th...after 1 nd half hour I surf the net then I have checked my account balance that was showing -142 rs.i did not download anything but amaZingly Vodafone looted me...nd I gave a call to customer care nd they said u should have to use net after 4 hour when the message came...ah what a cheat company..this also happened to me a day before...but I thought let it be..sometime it happens..but for how long...so that is why I quit from vodafone..[protected] was my no. nd I will try to change my provider without changing no...have fun. unch of crooks..i urge all my friends to stop using this company,s product
