Vodafone — Information regarding stoppage of service in spite of payment
Dear Sir,I am a post paid customer & taking your srvice for last eight months. My due date of payment is 29th of every month. Due to unavoidable reason ,I make my payment on 30th at 10.15AM at your payment box kept at Rajouri Metro. I didnot get the receipt of that. Once I didnot get the receipt, I make a call to your customer care & some one acknowledged the receipt of payment & also given the receipt number i.e 12213 & assured that confirmation will get by evening.
I regret to infor that till this time i.e 9.45PM of 31st no confirmation has received.Inspite of that before making any call a recorded message regarding disconnection is coming. Is it my fault? No response from Customer care number because there is no option for complain of payment.I need your immediate response not only in mail but also in my mobile- [protected]. Vodafone — improper and automated daily deduction
Vodafone company is acting like Telecom Mafia and daily sending SMS and Acivating their Charges on me.From 29/5 to 31/5 they are daily harrasing be between 10 PM to 11 PM by sending 5 SMS of Activation & Deactivation and deducting 50/- daily on A/c of Caller Tunes and CRBT Charges.When i complained to them on 30.5.11 their Nodal officer Sushma Khanna Called me arround 7.41 Pm and told your Automated service has been cancelled BUT MONEY ONCE DEDUCTED CANN'T BE REFUND and again on the later night same time the same thing happened and deducted the amount.
In the morning of 31/5 i again complained and Ms Sushma Khanna called me arround 4.47 PM and told we have deactivated your CT and again she said BUT THE MONEY ONCE DEDUCTED CANN'T BE REVERSED.
NOW TODAY ARROUND 10.50 PM SAME SMS LOOT IS DONE IN MY ACCOUNT.
IS THERE IS LAW PREVAILING IN THIS COUNTRY TO STOP THESE AGENTS OF A RAJA.
IN 3 DAYS MAY BALANCE OF 291 HAS BECOME 157/- WITHOUT MY EXPLICIT REQUEST OR CONSENT.
Please stop these imposterism and loot.

Vodafone — Vodafone's unthoughtful & disrespectful way of treating consumer
Hi,Being a avid user of vodafone, The services i am expereincing is really very unthoughtfull. I have asked the Vodafone customer Exe to start Vodafone Live on my number which comes under my corporate plan under the monthly rental of 99 Rs. But instead of that they Activated plan of 49 on my number becauseo f which just for four days my bill came of 1400 rupees. I called up vodafone, they did reversal of 1200 approximately. I told them to activate Vodafone live for 99 on my number from last three days i mtrying constanly trying to be in touch with them but all in vain. Is this the way the provide the service to the customer. Please It will be appreciable if the issue will be solved at earliest and i want a mail confirmation for the same reversal.

Vodafone — Fraudulent
Dear Sir,I am customer of Vodafone prepaid number [protected] & [protected]. This is to inform you that I had recharged both numbers with Rs.109 3G Plan with 100 MB (Free Data Download or Surfing. After 2 to 3 days of the recharged, I connected the mobile to my computer for surfing the net but I did not use the net on the computer only open the facebook home page and after 10 mnts later I disconnected the phone. Next morning I shocked, my Vodafone mobile balance was minus (-190). The same situation I faced by another number [protected]. The number [protected] has reached (-500) above without surfing and downloading………
My all others recharges like free sms and other voda to voda plan are not us because of the negative balance... I complained 10 times but no action has been taken yet.. the company make fool to the customers.
Therefore, I am requesting you to kindly do the needful.

Vodafone — Non working of sim card
[protected] is my number. i inserted my SIM Card after a few months,there was massage "Please Check Info Service".when i called on my number .The call was going to someone else.When i contact customer care they were busy...............
Please restart my Sim Card early.......
Vodafone — Deduction of money with no reason
When ever i have balance more than 30Rs they cut 30Rs if i call the customer care and ask they say that its for callertune, which I deactivated. Then later same amount was deducted that time when i asked they told its for data usage. Now they have deducted 60Rs when i called them they said its for MMS, never in my life i have sent a MMS, it seems i sent ten MMS so they deducted. The customer care is a waste they dont respond properly. Planning to change my network. Please guys be careful of this. Hi, Dis is Priyanka, and i want to register a complaint for number [protected]. Actually dis person is calling me from difrnt numbers and starts using dirty language as soon as the call starts. So its a kind request to you, please take a legal action against this number. And if possible i would like to know the details o this person.
