Vodafone Cell No. 9619638051 — Overnight miss call
Dear Sir,I am getting miss call from Vodafone No. [protected] since last few days. When I call on this no. it is either switch off or not answer of my call.
I am really frustrated by this person. you are my only hope to get the details of that person.

Vodafone — Vodafone not responding or solving my problem
I have already posted a complaint here regarding the activation of VFMobileConnect service with my concert and charging me additional Rs.2000 bill. I think, they dont have any answers/excuse for this. I have got a reply saying how the charges is calculated for VFMobileConnect service. I think, they have to post their reply if someone has a problem...they dont actually do anything beyond that. I replied them that I dont need to know HOW it is charged, my problem is WHY it is charged and I am not willing to pay this charges.I have even sent a written complaint to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com email id but still NO LUCK.
Please advise! I am willing to pay rest of the amount for my connection but wont be paying this additional charges as I am not responsible for its activation or any uses.

Vodafone — Excess charges for services not valid
I have been charged Rs. 99 for Vodafone Live for three months(total Rs 297), and Rs 179.74 for Iphone data pack for the month of May 11(Bill date[protected] on my corporate number [protected]The problem is as followed:
1. I inquired for data services available for Iphone on my corporate number. I clearly mentioned that I need to enable internet on my IPHONE.
2. I got a reply from vodafone that I can subscribe to (Vodafone Live)[protected]@99 for unlimited access.(I have their email reply regarding the same).
3. I sent activation request for VL on my handset.
4. I got a reply that I cannot access internet through VL on IPHONE, I need to subscribe for Iphone plans.
5. I subscribed to Iphone data plan.
Now I am charged for both VL and Iphone data plan.
If VL is not available on Iphone, then why should I be made to pay for the same?
Now when I ask them for the refund, they are saying that service was activated because I sent them the request.
I agree I sent the request for activation of VL on my handset, but that was due to miscommunication from there part. I would like to get a credit of Rs 297 rupees, because of completely wrong information sent by them to me.

Hi,I too have faced the same issue.They have unnecessarily charged me 15 Rupees for 5 messages while I never sent any such messages to 52425.

Vodafone — Problems in using postpaid
Vodafone, or any other network providers, convince most of their customers, using prepaid services, to take up postpaid services. They promise a lot of things before they opt for a postpaid connection. But these promises are never adhered to.I have been using vodafone prepaid ([protected]), for about 6 months. last month my usage has exceeded credit limit, two days before the bill generation, and they had barred all my outgoing. After the bill got generated, my services were okay and i had been using the services for which i had to be billed at the next bill cycle. A week later, my outgoing calls were barred again, though i have been given a due date of 20 days for paying the month's bill !! On calling the customer care they said that the billed and the unbilled amount, added together should not exceed the credit limit. But the unbilled amount is for the next bill cycle, where i must have a separate credit limit! They don't agree with this point n they keep on stressing their idiotic point about the credit limit! I dono what they mean by 'post'paid!!
My call is never escalated to a higher official too!
I just wanted to make people aware of what's been happening, n also to do the needful for the injustice caused!
Vodafone / Blackberry Service — blackberry service stopped working. and balance of rs.40 deducted from balance for gprs use.which i have not used
hi, i am using BLACKBERRY and paying every month rental of rs.400 for the service of BBM, MAIL AND GPRS USAGE WHICH IS UNLIMITED PLAN.From last one month i am suffering from the problem of call failed.so for the problem i visit at churchgate vodafone office at 3'o clock on thursday[protected],they told me i have old sim card of orange, so i need to change it to NEW VODAFONE sim and my problem will be solved. As per their instruction i change the card to new vodafone sim, so after 1 hour my sim started working. as soon as my sim got activate, they stop my BBM service and when i called for the same to customer care, they told their server is down n it will start in 1 hour.,later after 1 hour i called them they told the server is still down and it will take another 2 hour.again after 2 hour i called them.again same reply server down, atleast i called them 10 times and again and again they telling the same problem. They even deduct rs.40 from my balance for the GPRS use which is free as i am paying rs.400 for unlimited usage. wen i am not using gprs that time also they did keep on deducting from my balance.for this reason again i called them and told my problem , they said the server is down and now it will take another 72 hours to start my service and the balance which is deduct from my account will be reverse.they are totally cheat people, i dont beleive them. so, kindly help me out what shud i do now..
