I have brought a new vodafone sim card about a week ago.
according to the offer aty that time, i payed rs.25 and got 2gb internet,about 1500 local/national sms and some night free calls.
since that time i have sent about 10 or 20 messages .now a few hours ago,i sent 5 messages and rs.5 have been reduced from my account.
I request you to rectify this problem and refund the money i have lost.

I have to regretfully inform you that vodafone people are withdrawing money from our account on the plea of playing games ,listening songs,and chatting with filmstars.I am a 70 year old citizen.Ihave complained multiple times but noaction has yet been taken .They till date have deducted Rs 50.Please refund me my money or advice me atleast what to do next.

Vodafone — continuous defect in service still no solution

This month i purchased a new nokia C5 phone and on friday i thought to start using it soi activated internet service of Rupees 98 special plan from vodaphone on my number [protected] on 26th aug and that was the first time i used my new phone.After this i newer changed my phone or used any other sim.It worked fine for 2-3 days and since 30th evening its giving me trouble.I called them on 31th describing that i cant acess my net as it says no internet connection.they helped me in making new acess point and i could use it..again that evening same issue started. so i called them of 1st again again they asked me same number of questions and i coprated again they did same thing and it worked for an hour and in evening it stopped...i called on 2st sep in morning again a guy helped me again..it just worked for 15 mins ..i called again on 2nd in afternoon..they put me on hold for so long and came back and said i have to be on hold
I have to call them so many times ..and what they do..either put me on newer ending hold or ask me same set of questions again n again both in 1st dept and then in GPRS dept.It has made me loose so much of time and affected my mental health by repeating same things again and again.Also it has made me loose financialy as i was expecting some work on my mail but because i didnt get my mail on time i had to loose my work and money for not submitting work on time.

Vodafone — they didn't give the offer

Previously i used BSNL, I got one message offer from vodafone. Offer is i[censored] change your service provider from BSNL to VODAFONE you will get 150 minute STD and LOCAL each month up to six month, So i changed my service provider, But they didn't give that offer, so many times i complete to Vodafone Retailer and customer care, But each time when i call they are telling wait for 48 hours you will get that offer, After one week i am not getting that offer and also they are disconnecting my call with out giving to their senior officer, Because of that i am giving this complaint.
