Vodafone — Miss call from anonymous no. with isd code +92
I m using Vodafone no. Today (14th Sep 2011) evening at around 6:50pm I received a call from [protected]. I missed the call. And it came to my knowledge that the call is from Pakistan. I am concerned about how the calling person got my number. I would appreciate if you would look into this matter.I came to complain here after searching on google and found exactly similar complain made before here - http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/airtel-c582833.html

Vodafone — VODAFONE REJECTING NUMBER PORTABILITY
SIRi am sulochana kanodia having vodafone no. [protected] in kanpur. i am using this number. i am facing very serious issue in this number.
The issue is whenever i used to make call, then the call gets disconnected before anyone picks it up and same if anyone tries to call and i
picks it up before that calls get diconnected.This i am facing from last one and half months from beigining of august 2011 and i have complained six to seven times in vodafone call centre. when vodafone executive calls and asks me if problem is solved, i tell them that the problem is not solved still.
then one day one vodafone technician named vivek came with his laptop and adjusted the frequency of my number at my place but still the problem is persisting.
this is not the first time its hapenning with me. last time it hapenned in july 2010 also.
you can check from your records that i called that time too with same problem and still that time problem was not solved within 15 days.
so i gave request for number portability to airtel that time, but vodafone posed hindrance in number portability on same number.
when i called customer care that time,they first tried to keep my call on held and then disconnected my call several times, then i sent my staff person to
vodafone store arya nagar in kanpur. they gave my rubbish explaination that i had a contract with them of premium number and i have to give them rs 3000 to portable the number to airtel.i said to them that i never had any contract and if i had show me my signed contractual agreement, then they said it will take 10 days for the contractual agreement to come.i agrred and after 10 days when i contacted they said its not possible to come as its for company records.but my problem got solved after that so i didnot took any action.
Now same problem is happening this year but this time it has prolonged as more than one and half months have passed.
so i applied for number portability to airtel on 16 september 2011 having request no. VE715142 then i got a message on 19 septmeber from vodafone that my
request of porting has been rejected.
i have not signed any contractual obligation with vodafone and if i have then they should show me my signature on the contract.
so now i want your interruption in this matter to solve this issue as vodafone is rejecting my portability.

Vodafone — bad service,,signal problem from last 3 months
iam so fed up with this problem that finaly i have decided to complaint about it,,,its been more than 3 monthsand services of vodafone has failed to reach mu expectation,,,its been more than 3 months that we are facing this signal problem,,you just cant make phone calls from inside your house there is no signal bar wenevr u go inside so everyone has to step out and make calls,,,,is this the 21st century India even villages have such a good signal ,,,,i dnt knw where else to complaint so please i[censored] can look into this matter

I am a vodafone customer since almost more than a year I have filed a complaint many a times regarding the speed on of the VMC plan but still there is no resolution Now finalyy I have decided to change the provider with no other option left..I had send a message of port to the toll free number I did not even got a call from the rention department that means the customer is not important & also I showed intrest in getting the 3G service but the rates that were offerd to me were same to normal customer's where in me being the Corpt customer..I have Idea offering me a very good 3G plan which I can afford & also there should be some good options given to old & importantly Corprt customer's..I have almost 4 Billing connections So I have to port all the numbers If I dont get good service OR what I can afford..
Request you to call me on Monday If you guys are intrested in Retaining the Customer..My Number is [protected]..I am ready to pay more but I need good service Actually let you know what I want 3G plan which is of 375 of 5GB which is for normal customer's the same I want at 199 If possible let it be 4GB O I am ok with it..

MY SELF HARINANDAN YADAV, MY VODOPHONE MOBILE NO. Vodafone — illegal Charging
Dear Consumer Forum,I am Suresh living in Hyderabad, as I am Vodafone customer with Number [protected]. I was charged with Double tariffs whenever I'm sending Messages. And coming Call tariffs I got an offer that 10ps per minute V2V at night times. Sometimes they are charging 10ps and sometimes they are charging normal cal charges. I tried to contact customer care executive Team leader many times, they are making to wait more than 5 minutes and after that they are disconnecting the call. I tried to call many times but no result.I request you please solve my problem with the Vodafone.
