Vodafone — value add service
Hi I'm Narendra Accountant from Dholka Dist Ahmedabad on 11th November 2011 my game download automatically got activated and my balance of Rs 50/- got deducted.I wrote approximately these fraud people said I have activated the game download and no refund will be provided.
I called more than 30 times in in customer care but no one helped me and they closed my
complaint.
Please say me is there anyway I can get my refund.

Vodafone — improper services
dear sir,I am Ashwinkumar Dalal . I am using vodafone postpaid sim since 2 years but these days i am experiencing many problems regarding changing of plans and bill payment.Earlier call rates were very high and bill was genrating much beyond expectation.So i decided to switch over to another plan for cheaper call rates and less bil , but i did not go for any of the plan.On 1 august 2011 a vodafone sale executive arrived at my office regarding new postpaid plan as he said that vodafone is celebrating its some anniversary.since 299 plan was fulfilling all my requirements so i decided to go with that plan as he said i will not be charged for roaming in outskirts of mumbai and even std call will be brought down to 1rupee/min.As i found him very convincing and he also assured me about the reduction in call rates so i paid him 700 ruppees cash.He showed me documents of neighbour who all agreed to respective plans ,in the sense he was trying to prove he was a vodafone sales executive.( [protected] ) this is the postpaid number i am talking about.He also added that i will get two free sims ( [protected] , [protected] ) along with the gift voucher after the generation of my first bill of [protected]. He said call rates will go down and there would no roaming outside mmumbai.The vodafone executive named kamkanth came that day whose cell no is [protected].He also said two sims which i got along with that plan dont need to be activated or deactivated , just keep those sims aside and i willnot get the bills of them.so i kept them aside without opening the seal pakages of the sims.now after 6 days i got a enquiry call from vodafone retention department regarding the bill generation of the two numbers mentioned above and billing address of these numbers.So what i want to say is just return the amount i paid to switch over to 299 plan and please stop the services of [protected] and [protected] at the earliest.first thing why i got that enquiry call when i am not supposed to pay any bill for that free sims and second thing is call rates still the same.so the information provided by that executive was inproper.I am unsatisfied with the services provided by the vodafone and this will surely show adverse effect on its reputation as surely i am not going to refer your vodafone service when people ask me about buying some company simcard.
please take action as soon as possible and contact me on [protected].
Vodafone — Recharge Unsuccessful (Amount Debited from Bank A/C)
I did a recharge of 555 Rs. on 14th July 2011 around midnight on my vodafone mobile no. [protected] and the amount was deducted from my ICICI credit card a/c but I did not receive any amount in my Vodafone Prepaid account.I followed up with the Vodafone customer care and each time they told we will be either reverting the amount in your ICICI credit card account or will recharge my vodafone mobile no. with appropriate amount.
This has been pending since last one month but neither I receive the amount back in my ICICI credit card nor my mobile was recharged.
Each time when I call to the customer care they say yes we can see we received amount and definitely do needful asap.

This is informed you to that my Vodafone number([protected]) has been expired without any notice which effect my business.It has life validity and as per customer care Amin(He disconnected my call) and he tome to me that “I supposed to recharge with a validity amount.
For your information I had paid 3000 for above number, I think Vodafone planning to sold my number to someone else.
If I didn’t get reply and compensation, I will move to court because I had given above number to my all clients and deactivation of above number is not good for my business.

Vodafone — Activation of Internet services
In July 2011, i got a call on my mobile no.[protected] from vodafone offerring activation of internet services to which a agreed for trial basis. the caller informed that proportionate amount of rent will be charged. He further informed that i will soon get the required settings from the company via SMS and after that i will be able to use the internet.But I have not received any such settings for use of internet on my mobile. But on receipt of Bill for the month of July i was surprised that i have been charged rent for internet though services were not activated by the company. Kindly get the same corrected and refund the amount charged to me for July 2011 on this account. Kindly also direct the company not charge for the month of august '11 on this account as no such service provided by the company
