i got missed call from Pakistan the number is [protected] on 19/9/2011 at 8:38pm.I JUST WANT TO KNOW FROM YOU THAT FROM WHERE THEY GOT MY NUMBER ?

Vodafone — Bad Tactics/Policy
Dear Sir i was a privilzed vodafone post paid customer for almost 3 years, in month of january i had opted for plan change through vodafone store, put latter on when bill came it was a differant one, then i had not done the payment within 2 month the service was been stoped.Now, on May 25th i received a call from vodafone (pooja-[protected]), she told me she will do the settlement of my dues to Rs1600 instead of Rs2500 and my service would be continue no need to do the remaining payment, she told me to give a post dated cheque and service wld be activated within 2 hrs. So, i given a post dated cheque of 1st june and the service was started.
Now the Climax, on 1st june my cheque was cleared and the service was stoped on the day itself. i contacted that lady, she had always given me excuses. I don't know the lady was to Smart or it's vodafone policy to take whatever money comes from the customer my false commitment. if any of the vodafone person comes across my complaint plz do help meout, my new contact is [protected] (thats to vodafone Funny!!)

Vodafone — disconnect
sir/madamI Raju Tamang a customer of your connection (vodafone) would like 2 disconnect my number [protected] and[protected] it is a vodafone corporate line as i am suffering from maniac attack i don't thing that i need 2 have any connection further.
I hope u will take the possible steps 2 disconnect my number as soon as possible.

Vodafone — misguidance and deduction of money from my mobile account
I Manoj Kumar [protected] a vodaphone customer is been cheated by the company.On18-sep-2011 i got my phone recharged with a copon of Rs.555 and that time my balance shown was Rs.685 and according to the scheme the balance of Rs,97.would come in next 24 hours.this Rs.97 was credited to my account,making my account to Rs.781 aprx.but on 20-sep-2011.my account shown only Rs.566.when i called the customer care and ask them about my balance and deductions,they had no answer for this.At 4-23pm a cc officer Praveen kumar told me my balance was Rs.600 on the system and my phone was showing Rs.566.How can it be possible my phone shows something else and ur system shows something else?.Praveen gave me a complaint no.[protected] and convinced me that the deducted money would be return back as soon as possible.Now, nothing has been done till now and on top of it they even refuse to talk about this.and now they say i have used internet n they have deducted around Rs.215,for it.My question is can a person use this much amount on internet in 1 -2 hrs just for surfing without any downloads? Secondly they r not responding to my phone no [protected].
My request is please return my money back into my phone account [protected] or i'l take legal action against it.Resolve this matter in 0ne day or I'l launch a complain in consumer court...........

Vodafone Mobile Co. — Reminder of deduction money for service alert
Hi Sir/ Madam,My name is Sachin Thakur & my mobile no.([protected]). I have faced a problem regarding service activated by vodafone mobile co.(Missed call alert service) without requested & this is not a first time before these we have faced three or four times this type of problem. Yesterday(19/09/11) arround 5:00 Pm we recieved a message that missed call alert service is actived on your phone & Rs.30/ deduct from account, but i don't request this type of service & after this i called to vodafone customer care executive they assured me that you just type deactivatioin code & send it to vodafone co. & after this your deduction money Rs.30/ should be refundable within 6 hrs but i don't recieved my deductive money & when i call today to vodafone CCE then they told me your service has been deactivated but your we don't refund your money & I told them plz call your team lead i have talk to him then they will disconnect the phone.
So, look into the matter first priority & refund my deduction money Rs.30/ ASAP.

hI,My self Manoj kumar, in past i am using Vodafone no. [protected] from last 6 yrs. but from Last 4-5 Months back i am not using this no. bcoz my company provide me another no. but now i want this no. back. but when i check this no. is out of service for this no. also i visited to vodafone store in Sant Nagar . Sant Nagar Vodafone People dont work on my issue and also not suggest me anything.
So kindly see the matter and please work on it

Vodafone Mobile Q — Charged for unsubscribe caller tune service
I am vodafone prepaid service owner, Received an sms on 4th september 2011 stating a deduction of Rs30/- for caller tune service which was done without my request or intimation, when i called the customer care they said that I had opted for the same against an service call received from their end, though at that time I was attending an Assignment of my course.I repeatedly asked that the same should be disconnected and the deduction need to be credited back. but that funny customer exec arguing on the same and then i stated that will be complaining on same with TRAI about the customer being charged without their knowledge. This happened with an friend who uses IDEA but then they refunded it. However after 2 days since i escalated an senior officer called and heard on the complaint and said that amount will be refunded and it was done and i was happy. The call received from senior guy was from his mobile so I had a direct contact point to put my complaint. However the entire thing repeated for 3times again within a gap of 1-1 day and thankfully that guy (Sameer Khan) helped in crediting back. But last deduction which was done on 9th september for the same caller tune is unheard. When i tried calling this senior guy he first attended and said same will be solved and credited back and agreed of some technical problem at their end. later when i followed up for the same he use to disconnect my no. Finally my deduction for service which i have not opted is with vodafone. If they do 1 such deduction from each customer imagine the amount they are gaining from it free of cost, coz to unsubscribe we send message and then service is deducted and charges are levied with no refund later. Is there anyone faced with such problem.
