Vodafone — Billing for Network Usage
my no. is =[protected]..have been billed for internet usage since past 3 months.as and when 111 is contacted he says pay the bill and the same will be adjusted in the next bill, which has not happened..in fact having categorically discontinued the service still am being billed for Downloads!!What can be done?please guide

Dear Team,I have taken a number [protected],i activated the plan Rs 399 monthly rental for blackberry services,
I have visited 20 times in vodafone stores for the same problem,but everytime got the feedback that after 24 hours it will be activated
50 times i have called upon 116 blackberry complaint center of you
Still the same problem with my handset,i don't have any other option to get my number closed

Vodafone — VODAFONE OVERCHARGING RENTALS AND MARKETING THEIR PRODUCT AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. AND PLEASE CONNECT CALLS TO EMERGENCY NUMBERS
The past 4 months I have been having a hell dealing with Vodafone. They do not have customer care service, and this was informed to me by their agents when I called 111.. their so called customer care number.I have been charged overcharged for my BBM services for 8 months and later they waived it in three months and that too only half of the amount... and then I wanted to activate data pack which got activated for 3hours in June 2011 and automatically disconnected.. yet they charged full months rental... they waived it and the following month in spite of informing at the store to not to activate the service, they went ahead and charged me again in July 2011. I visited their store at ABIDS HYDERABAD - AP and they said it was fixed. Yet,today as of 12th September 2011 my outgoing was bared because they say no complain was raised about the issue and they did not have complaint number. I was asked at the the Vodafone store to make the payment deducting that amount. Now they bar my outgoing saying balance is overdue.Call to customer care and they say they are only available for providing information and not to resolve issues and yet they charge 0.50 paise per 3 minutes. They placed one of my calls on hold for over 7 minutes and disconnected it ( Agent Abdul Waheed ).I deactivated my caller tunes couple of months ago, and had a conformation message about the same, Vodafone was playing their theme song when people called me. Later I checked my bills and found out that Vodafone was actually charging me 30 Rs per month to play their choice of caller tune, at my expense, in spite of me deactivating my caller tune services. When I walked into the store at Abids Hyderabad, The agent Sureka asked me to just activate a different song and let go of the matter! so basically they advertized their product at my expense and have NOT PAID ME FOR IT YET.
The rudeness of Hyderabad customer care executes or rather the INFORMATION PROVIDING Agents is unbelievable. That guy gave his name as PAVAN KUMAR VARMA, and asked if he could spell it out for me, if I had any trouble with the spelling and did not make any mistakes spelling it.also a few facts I realized about Customer Care reconfirmed by two agents Praveen Kumar Varma and Sai Ram..
1.They are sitting there only to provide information
2.They are not allowed to give out Emp ID, how should we know if we are speaking to someone authorized
3. The Agent I spoke to says, Complaint to Nodal officer can be given - in a I do not care attitude
4. They do not have access to our bills or data
5.TO QUOTE SAI RAM their agent " IF SOMEONE IS DYING AND WE HAVE TO CALL A DOCTOR - WE ARE SORRY"
All in all Vodafone is THE WORST service provider and I am shifting and lodging a complaint. I have been registered on DND for over 3 years abd yet everyday I get calls from telemarketers. On the 28th August 2011, my situation demanded I call emergency numbers 100 and 108 for our neighbor and it was not connecting. Luckily, my cousin who uses other service provider was able to connect through.
Hopefully when I approach the consumer court, they will do the right thing or hopefully posting this here in this this website shall be benefitial
Vodafone — false bill amount
Hi,My name is Govind Kumar.I had a post paid connection [protected]. I was charged false bill amount of almost Rs.800. I was told in April that i will get my refund in 3 months. I have got mail from the vodafone for the same as well. But till now i have not received my cheque. Today again i got a call from vodafone and they said that it will take another a month to get my cheque. I am really surprised that how a mobile company can treat the coustmer like this. Can you please attend my case? It has been almost 5 months to refund my own money.

Vodafone — deduction for caller tune and contest
Start callet tune and diduct payment without my permition also stop interner and diduct rs 5 for contest I could not understand that why permition you start value aded srvices and vodaphone custmer care service is like tp make phool credit my diducted paent imidiatly and also shure that I will receve messge for usrs of internet. Thanks Shame on your poor service. How much time will you take to look in to this matter? 1 month ...2 months...3 months...It has been 5 months and still you are looking in to this matter. I strongly advise other users not to opt for vodafone postpaid connection. This is the worst service ever provided by a mobile service provider. I have sent you number of emails but no one bothers to reply. After sending 10 emails i get a reply that it will take another one month to refund the amount.You all are cheater.

Vodafone — mobile number not made inactive
I have a vodafone number [protected]. I want to make it inactive.The so called "Happy to Help" is now behaving as "Unhappy to help"
I had send a n email to them on 4th Sep for same, No action till now.
The Vodafone outlet store says that it can happen over an email. while calling the customer care officer, i get a response that the request has not reached them. But I have a proof a=of an automated generated email that comes every time we sent an email to 'vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com'
Now the customer care officer transfers me to another line with the promise that the concerned officer will give me further details on my request. Bingo!, the other line never gets connected.
So a customer is left with no one to attend to the service, there is no alternate email id, no other number for further escalation.
Congratulations to the Vodafone "Happy to harass" service provider. you just made your motto more meaningful
I know the next response would be, we wanted to contact you but there are no alternate contact number. To save the Vodafone from such disconfort, my alternate contact number is [protected]
