Vodafone — Unnessearily Ativating Criket Alerts to +91-9985994433
on dec 2 2008 at night 11:30 Cricket Alerts has been activated and Rs 30/- was deducted, i call to the customer care and asked about the matter, he said that u have attended a service call of vodafone but i said that 2 month back itself DND service was activated but he said that he dont know any thing and he has not taken any complaint. Then I left that issue but again after 3 days i.e., on 5 th dec 2008 at night 10:15 again these Alerts has been activated and agan Rs 30 /- was deducted, then i realised that vodafone was the WORST WORST WORST than any other mobile networks or mobile services in the WorldVodafone — DISSATISFACTION OF SERVICES
Dear sirThis is to bring to your notice about the hardships we have gone through since the past few days thanks to some of your customer care executives who werent at all coordial with us .
While some were rude some themselves were not sure regarding the post paid schemes.
Everyone gave us different opinions . We have been to vodafone galleries at Vashi, Mulund n Thane and must have talked to a minimum of 15 vodafone customer care executives, the result of which is still futile because none of them were able to solve our problem because of which we had to resort to writing this letter so tht u could look into the matter and try solving it at its earliest
The thing is that 4 o[censored]s got converted from prepaid to postpaid to have group talk 50 paise.
While the two of my friends got converted, myself and one of my friend couldnt do so. At that time myself and my friend did not have the required documents so we were told tht the 2 o[censored]s could activate some other postpaid scheme on our mobile and when the other 2 friends group talk scheme was activated we could join them
but now they are going back on thier words by telling it is not possible .This is clearly a breach of trust.
Coming to my case i had not be given my sim card for 8days though i was assured that u would be given it on the next day itself i.I myself had to visit a vodafone gallery which was far away frm my place and then in the meantime the scheme got activated and since i did not posses the simcard then my mobile wasnt active so i could not receive calls nor could mke calls causing a lot of discomfort.
Our exams are going on and we have been made to visit vodafone galleries and call customer care executives to solve this problem and still it remains unsolved which is adding to our frustration and causing a lot of inconvinence to all o[censored]s.
your motto that of "happy to help" is not at all true to itself since we are highly dissatisfied with your service
I therefore ask you to not only look into the matter but also act as soon as possible failing which i would be forced to file a complaint regarding my dissatisfaction of your services and an appropriate compensation regarding the same.

Vodafone — harrassed with the autoactivated value added services
Iam very much harrassed with the services of Vodafone Pre-paid connections.I have two Pre-paid connections of vodafone, On 1st oct /08 callertunes service
got auto-activated on my no. [protected] without any request and thereafter Rs 45 debited for the same.
Atonce when I came to know, I called the customer care & the concerned representative guided me for the
service deactivation procedure but not informed me about the TAT (Turn Around Time) of 5 days for getting the
refund back, My so called service was deactivated on the 6th day and when I did not get the refund of money
debited again I got in touch with the customer care but denied for the reversal.
Later on I got committment from couple of Team Leaders like, Mr Gautam Mahanta, Mr Vivek Jaiswal, Mr Neeraj
that refund will be provided as the activation was done my mistake from their end but till now no refund.
At the same time getting harrassed with the behaviour of CSRs and Supervisors on phone. Lastly I have spoken
to Mr Arun and Ms Gurpreet Kaur floor supervisors on 8th Dec/08 and ultimately without giving any resolution,
denied for transffering the call to Mr gautam Mahanta or any senior persons, they disconnected the call .
* I should get the refund back because I never opted for /availed the service .
* TAT of 5 days for deactivating the service for the refund has not been communicated in writing anywhere nor in verbal.
* Worst service experience from Vodafone, because its not the first time incident, its often happening.
* In August/08 the same caller tunes and Fundoo Pac service were activated without my concern on my different no. [protected]
and if they are talking about so called TAT of 5 days for refund ..I got refund of rs 60 after 1 month of service activation.
Refund was given by Mr gautam Mahanta, the same person whom I approached for the second case.

Dear sir,i am holdind a prepaid connection on my name which i was not using for past 6 months. when i try to use it it was found not working. Mr. Ronak from Vodafone shope at Borivali west adviced me to refill my phone so I refilled it with a top up of 305 and 198. but few days after the refill the card was disconected and the balance of almost 950 were forefited by company. They informed me that i can neither use that same no. nor can i get refund.

Vodafone is cheated in Their 75 Rs. Tarrif. in Tarrif coupen it is clearly mention that in this Tarrif the Call will we deducted As follow: all local call in NCR reason will we 50 Paisa per minute and STD is 1.00 per Minute but its violet when i recharge with the same. the call charge will we 50 paisa Vodafone 2 vodafone and 60 paisa on other. when i call to customer care he told me that it was a printing mistake. Vodafone — completely Unreasonable bill
