Vodafone — Non helping nature of Vodafone Cust. Care

Hi,
This is Ashok, Nagpur. I have paid my vodafone bill for the Month of Feb-09 at Vodafone Authorised store. I had receipt with me. but then Vodafone people are saying they havent received the payment. I have visited several times to Vodafone store for solution, but still havent.
Now Vodafone have sent me a Demand Note for the same.
Does any one knows the solution what to do now.
