Vodafone — Rs.199 deducted incorrectly

I am sushanta saha using a vodafone connection since 2007, i made a recharge of Rs.444 after a day i saw that Rs 199 has been deducted, talked to the customer care thay told me that amount has deducted for GPRS service and this is my 2nd rental which i did'nt activated in my connection.

peale look into this metter, they cheated me.

Vodafone — Disturbing calls

Dear Sir,

My wife getting disturbing calls to her mobile from a vodafone number [protected]. Very nonsense he ws talking to her mobile. She told him that she will complain to police but he is doing the same. I would like to know who is this person and his address so that i can give complain to Police. Hope you will treat this as hight priority. Please advise..

Prepaid Mobile Connection Of Vodafone 9830244640 — unwanted caller tune activation

In the last 4 days caller tune was activated twice without my request. On the 1st occasion a complaint was made to [protected]. the operator was told to cancel the caller tune and refund Rs 30/- charged. He asked me to send a cancellation request to 144 as per sms msg from him and within 24 hrs the caller tune would be cancelled and the Rs 30/- refunded. i sent the msg and the tune was cancelled but the Rs 30/- was not refunded. I again rang up Vodafone and talked to Mr.Ranjan Bhattacharya and he informed that he would not be able to help me. To add insult to injury i find today that a fresh caller tune has been activated and a further Rs 30/- has been deducted.
A similar episode took place in the past but on that occasion the money was refunded.
It is not clear why you insult your customers like this. Is this a way to earn extra profit? Is this your company's policy?
In case you value the good name of Vodafone and you are bothered about providing good service to your customers, please take urgent action to refund the Rs. 60/- wrongly deducted from my balance.
A confirmation to this regard will be highly appreciated.
