Vodafone call me on my no. daily for caller tune. Today call me but my without any key press, this accept my requst and say me "Your caller tune actived after some time" but i m not intersted in caller tune and i m conform for this i was not press any key.

Vodafone costmer care is very bad service provid becouse not direct contact with person. Only contact with Computer.

Dear sir i have apply new post paid vodafone conection on 28/05/2009 and necessary dacument & Rs. 300/- submitted as per your vodafone company 12th floor Lokmat Bhawan, Nagpur, Agent, (NISHA & PANKAJ) alomst one month is complite, last week i talk to ms. nisha, she told me i dont know, i told mr. pankaj and callback but no any call, three forth days, then after i call back to ms nisha She is no positive reaply, last two days i call mr pankaj & nisha nobudy pick-up the phone.

Vodafone — no service

i have a vodafone number. it was a life time pre paid. i call on coustmer care and ask ask them to get it in simple pre paid. they tell me to get it post paid and then after 6 months it will be pre paid. its near about 2years passed i m tring to get it in pre paid. they are refusing me to get it in prepaid. there is no store in kaithal. i have to go 100km far for my complaint.

i got deduction of 99 rupees twice and after registed my complaint regarding this vodaphone mohali has blocked my custmer care too .. i realy felt bieng cheated from reputed company like vodaphone.please do somthing about it.thanks
