I am a vodafone prepaid cutomer having number [protected]. I went to your vodafone gallery at Four Bungalows, Andheri for converting from prepaid to postpaid by retaining the same number. Over there they told me that the postpaid connection will get activated within 48 hours i.e. by Tuesday afternoon. Now almost it's Saturday but still my postpaid connection has not got activated till now. I regret to inform you that I am not at all happy with your this kind of service. When I called up your vodafone helpline on [protected], they are just merely transferring the lines and keeping the customer on hold for a long time without getting the problem solved and at anytime when the call gets finished and again I retry for the second time the same procedure is repeated thus creating a rubbish and annoying situation for me.
Now that I have paid the cash for postpaid connection, you are requested to suggest what should I do? Otherwise I will just cancel the vodafone service and switch over to another one.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Hi,I have been receiving calls late in the night from this number almost every alternate day [protected]. When i call this person back, my call is not responded. Since i have an airtel no, i was suggested by the customer care and told by them that this is a vodafone number of delhi region.
Despite i am planning to get this number booked under the nearest police station today, i want to thrash the person badly so he gets taste of his own medicine of calling someone late in the night at 12, 1, 2, 3 AM every alternate day.
Can you help me in this, i mean contacting vodafone or this person?
