Vodafone — Rs 1000 submitted for Plan change on companies agreement form but no plan change happend. person missing who came for plan change

Hi,

Person called on my cell and told me about some Vodafone –new talk plans. I agreed to take Rs 999 Postpaid Plan. He came to my office and gave me a form to fill Vodafone Agreement form no 01865868. I filled in the details in form and gave him Rs 1000 for plan change. He gave me receipt for Rs 1000. Name mentioned on that is East End enterprises, S 561, No 410, School Block, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.

Person who signed at the receipt is Deepak Kumar. And after that person never returned back to me and I dint get any plan change. I have reported it in Vodafone centre Sector 18, Noida a lot of time but no action was taken about that. Persons at Vodafone sector 18, Noida office told me that I would get my cash back. But I never received it.

Some of the complaint Nos, I got from Vodafone are:[protected] and[protected].

East End Enterprise Nos I got calls from are: 91-[protected] and 91-[protected]

I still have that customer agreement form from Vodafone and cash slip with me.

Vodafone — Sim card registration failed from last 2 months till not activated for postpaid scheme

i was trying the sim card registarion form last 2 months but till because very thirdclass mgmt of vodafone team it is not happen.


as per rule for registarion is to be complete within 24 hrs but in my case around 1440hrs over but till i get message sim card registarion failed .


i can share the sales executive from vodafone those are responsible for this.

There are charges on my account that I had never used but the vodafone customer service is not even ready to listen forget about resolving the issue.

The customer service is WORST for VODAFONE INDIA. So, if you are planning to take connection from vodafone India, Please do not do so.

i made a recharge of rs.444, after a day i saw my account that rs.199 deducted for GPRS service which i did'nt activate. i talk to the customer care and they told me that service is activated from last month and this is the 2nd month's rental which they deducted.
