[Resolved]  Vodafone — Complaints

Dear Ms.MaulikaChandramouli & Mr.ZahirWakes

I have received you waiver offer, than you for such consideration.

But, you executive Mr Thakkar, who came to me last week, offered waiver of Rs 900/-

The difference is substantial looking into both the offers.

Well, I have very good experience with Vodafone, hence, this doesn’t effect much.

Madam, I sent a mail regarding this to you and waiting for your mail.

I also have to mention that, your executive are very lazy to record / launch a complaint.

I am ready to continue my connection [protected], hence requested to charge me the correct figure.

The same was considered favorable. I am appreciating your move and your customer service.

I requested your executive that kindly de-barred my service as I am ready to pay the waived amount, with certificate the same will be not reflect in future.

I want to continue with my old plan and STD package, other services should be disconnect.

I have made request for the disconnection on 03.05.2009 but was not effected.

My long association with Vodafone, not allow me to go for other complaints.

I hope my connection would start before the payments, so that it will easy to make the payments.

Vodafone — They activate any value added services with out any request by the user...

i m souharda nath a final yr mbbs student, i m a consumer of vodafone prepaid cellular service...some day before i.e on 7th july 2009, vodafone activate caller tune service on my no.[protected] with out any request of mine...on calling customer care they said that i requested 4 dat sevice but i didnt...this is not 1st time they are doing...they some or the other way active such paid service n cut the amount from balance & on asking give the same ans...
Plz plz sir help me...wat to do.,

I am trying to trace the owner of Vodaphone number [protected] which has been deactivated.

This person owes me money and I know they have a contract with Vodaphone but have changed their number. Please help me trace this person, I have tried everything to get the 'new' mobile
