Vodafone — Breach of SMS alert
I am registered with DND since Feb 2009 but on 7 July I recda promotional SMS from number [protected] at 14:41 hrsOn 10 July at 00:33 hrs recd promotional SMS form DK - Rajeev
On 10 Jun 2009 I recd a promotional SMS and made a complaien to Vodafoen centre -complain number[protected] but the customer service executive Arif did not note down all details and my complain was not highligted to TRAI
When I enquired I was told I will get a revert by 30 June 2009.
On 11 July 2009 I called up and was informed my complain was rejecteda s daat was not complete, Pradeep verma a custoenmr case executive stated to em complain was forwarded to TRAI on 13 June 2009, thsi wa sheer lie they give absolute incorrect and incomplete information

I santosh kumar jena would like to request u that on 21st may i got a call from voda fone. simply i received the call & disconnect but it was activated.
2nd- Today on 14th july i got a call arround 1.30 pm from vodafone simply i received tha call & disconnect but it was activated. i got the message around 7pm.
the costomore care personnels are useless.
so i request u to look into the matter & do the need full about my accout balance

Vodafone Prepaid SIM — Circulating old used sims
I am new to Delhi and I got this new pre paid connection from Vodafone and the experience had been horrible as i get daily at least 4-5 calls for one Mr. Arun Kumar. Banks, Cards, Finance companies, Wealth Management, what not.. this policy of recycling old numbers should be banned as its a real nuisance for the consumer. I have asked vodafone but I am sure there wont be any action, unless a law is passed not to circulate old or used numbers.Thanks and rgds - Vinod
Vodafone No. 9999417010 — Supply disconnected.
Sir,I am using Vodafone no. [protected], Its supply was disconnected on the reason that one phone no. [protected] had been allocated to me during 5/1/07 to 4/8/07 for which Rs 1400/- are due.
MY PLEA
1. I have never used this phone no. [protected], May be some sales agent had fraudulently get the SIM Issued on my ID and used it till it's disconnection for non-payment.
2. I approached Police station to register this complaint, but the no. [protected] had been issued to someone on Prepaid basis six months back. Police Officer advised to go to Cosumer Court.
3. No one approached me during the period of activation of phone or after its disconnection (during[protected], when I approached Customer care for the bill details to verify its genuineity they refused to give the same as two years have elapsed and no bill or details are being generated.
4. I should not be forced to make payment for the calls which I donot own, as their destination is not known to me.
5. I have never defaulted in making payment of my genuine number [protected].
Kindly register my complaint and help me get justice.

i recharged my number with rc50. then i got rupees 46 in my phone.i registered for sms pack of Rs 5 but i dont get my messange pack. then i call to 111 but they hold my phone and then disconnect my phone. then they start cutting my balance from phone. they start chat service and callertune. i neither said to them for that nor i send any message to them. they make my balance -20 RS . THEN after 5days i rechare my phone with RS 20 after 1 day they again subtract my balance with some services .and now my balance is RS -1.i dont use any services. the name o[censored]r employ is nitin, ajay . but there are two more but i forget their names .my number is [protected]. i want my balance back..

Vodafone — daily amount cut my mobile

Vodafone — Overnight charging for GPRS usage
My vodafone no is: [protected] and i received a message stating that with the recharge of 95 you will be provided with unlimited browsing. To confirm that i even called the customer care to confirm that and i got the reply as unlimited browsing only. so i activated the unlimited GPRS plan by starting of July 09 and i have been using it for the past 15 days. till yesterday(15.7.09) i didnt see any change in my balance(Rs.144), but today morning (16.7.2009) my balance has gone to negative (Rs -63). When i phoned the CC, they are telling me now that it is not an unlimited plan. If there had been a limit, they should have charged me when i crossed it, instead they left me to use to a certain amount and they have detected an amount overnight in my phone account.To cross check it again i called from another no to the customer care and they are still saying to those who are not using it as unlimited plan only and after i cross questioned them, they are telling me that there's a limit in the usage.
I feel they are cheating the customers with giving false information through message and in the name of 'customer care'.
I hope necessary action may be taken on this issue.
