Vodafone — Tottery

hi

this is to complain that recently i recieved an Email from BMW lottery board stating that i have won 769465 pounds that has been pproved by Bank Of England and same will be delivered to me on 4th Jan but they are asking to pay 48000 indian currencey
but the problem here is that how to belive that it is true or fraud as there have been may instances with other persons in Delhi
so this is a complaint that such lottery amount should be delivered after deducting the taxes and all and should not ask the winner to pay at the time of delivery that creates a fear and suspect of being fraud
Name of the Diplomatic Agent ( Mr. George Maxwell )

and the mail i got from-

I came to know these numbers are from pakistan so its a huge scam. Please someone look into the matter as soon as possible. The account in which the amount got deposited had 37 crores. Now that means so many people were fooled like me. What if this money was or is used for funding terrorist organisations? Please someone from higher athourity look into the matter.

Hi there, I also got a similar kind of a call on my wife's number today which surprisingly was showing display name as "VODAFONE" with the number +111, informing that the number had won a lottery of 15 lacs and I have to call at [protected] to some Rahul Sharma, the caller initially told his name is Sampat and when I asked again after noting down the number, he said his name was Vijay Kumar. I asked him to sms me the no. and tried to talk to him more however he cut the line telling that he cant sms and the call is being recorded etc..

I thought to pass on the information to all as this might save somebody's hard earned money which these a**holes are trying to dupe..
