VOLTAS/SPLIT AC — AC NOT WORKING FROM VERY FIRST DAY OF INSTALLATION
Hi,I had installed the AC on 10th of may. I complained against the ac in the company, but they did't responded well.
Every time they give the excuses. My ac is not cooling since its installation. The problem has not been solved since now.
Complaint number 11MY1108659.
So, please help me in solving this problem as early as possible...............

VOLTAS Split AC 1.5T Vertis — NOT FUNCTIONING
I have purchased VOLTAS A/C 1.5T VERTIS on[protected], within two ~ three months ac started giving trouble, immediatly I called the service centre and repaired. He said there is a gas leakage and it happens some time. since then said new product was not operated due to climatic condition and also said A/C was not used even more than 100hrs till date, In first week of march 2012 when the A/C is switched on, condition is same that which I had within two months of purchase. I registered a complaint with service center and VOLTAS. call no. MR1504702 and customer ID is C2204935.Both the representatives service centre and VOLTAS arrived and put a blame on each other.Finally no yeild from either side. Finally I got the A/C repaired by paying INR2500 to third agency. Now I want a prompt reply from VOLTAS; I had a very bad experience with VOLTAS1. Whether VOLTAS service is available for customers or no?
2. Who is responsible such type of problems and losses to customer?
3. Why such a poor quality of service center or service has been provided to customer?

VOLTAS Split AC 1.5T Vertis — Defective piece and poor installation
My Old father, Sh.I S Anand, bought AC from Kalpana Digital World, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi on 11th of July, installed on 15th.From the day one the AC is not working properly.The coolinf effect is very poor.The complaints have been made 4 times but in vain.We were told that the Installation has been poor/wrong.Accordingly the company's hired Service provider came thrice and twice they changed the installation.This excercise of re insatallation has not only resulted in breaking of the swing blades but also inside some engineering problem/damage has happened.Further since the cooling was not proper the inexperienced engineers have damaged the outside unit.The gas has got leaked as per the so called engineers sent by the company.In this summer we had thought of it that we will be having some respite from the heat by buying a Quality and Branded product but all has gone down the drain.To add the wall where the inside unit has been fixed has gone having shabby look.The AC IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.Now, I have requested to the dealer that the product be replaced BUT HE is suggesting only to send company person to repair it, which is not acceptable since THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE FIRST DAY.
