I purchased a 1.5 ton Window AC Voltas Vertis Elite on 31st Oct. 2009. At the time of installation the window grill was found broken in the box packing. The same was replaced on 12th Dec. 2009 a good one and half months after installation. I complained that remote was not working on 3rd May 2010 but even after 10 days the company is yet to attend to the complaint. The after sales service is very poor....

I have bought a 1.5 ton window ac from Voltas. Ever since I enquired about the dealer networt I have been facing problem with Voltas sales and aftersales service at every stage.

This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. They are not bothered about the customer and are not responding to any emails. Their exclusive dealer "Gharcool Enterprises" in Thane has overcharged me and I need some clarifications...

I bought an AC (Brand - Voltas) from Croma, Aditya City Centre, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 11-April-2010. Since the day I bought it, I have been going thru very bad experiences with the store and Voltas. I purchased a brand new VOLTAS 1 TONNE AC from VIJAY SALES, PALM BEACH GALLERIA . It was installed at my parents house at Panvel.
However right from day 1 , the AC is not functioning. & Inspite of giving calls to VIJAY SALES, VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE & NAHUR SERCVICES ( who did the installation) there was no prompt action taken.

i bought 2 Split A.C of voltas on dated[protected] and bill no 6614 FROM Sachedeva Electronics Centre ,Kunjupura road ,Karnal -132001 having contact no[protected]. Both the A.C are not working properly as there is any manfacturing defect. both the A.C are in Warrany period .and i want both A.C to replace so plz do the need the needfull help .

I had bought a Wndow AC model number being Sl.4010875 M08B010663 from Voltas Dealer namely Climax, Mani Sahu Chhak, Cuttack-753 001 bearing phone number[protected]/2622728/cell number being [protected] on 10.05.2008. As per company's policies two free services were to be provided by the dealer but the dealer doesn't care. Not even a single single free service is being provided by the Dealer yet. Now the AC has been out of order...

We have purchased 8 Voltas air conditioners from M/s. City Aircons one of the dealers of Voltas Products in Chennai. We have also taken service contract with them for 4 of them and rest of them are under warranty.

The installation was not done properly and the owner never wants to listen to us and every time we call them he uses uncultured words abuse us and disconnect the telephone.
