Sir,
We have lodged a complaint on 23Aug'10 at your service centre Ludhiana on[protected] number about complaint of display in not working properly of my Voltas Vertis Platina 3 Star 1.5 Ton AC. That is purchased on 21Apr'10.
You technician has visited on 26Aug'10 after 2 times re calling.Your pepole remove that part and tack away and he said we will replace aftar two day but still I am waiting for replacement.I have called on that number and [protected] but no body have taken seriously.

    Recently I have purchased an AC (Split),1.50T, Vertis plus, Make-VOLTAS. The AC is within the guarantee period. The fan blade of Condensor is damaged. I have lodged the complaint immediately to th ocal dealer.But no action has been taken till date.Also I have lodged the complain at Toll Free nos of [protected].My complain serial nos is 10AS0100561. I need immediate action for functioning.

      I purchased VOLTAS AC on 03.05.2010 at NMI ASSOCIATES NO.55, MAHATHMA GANDHI ROAD, PONDICHERRY – 605001, PH:[protected], 2340011.It was installed in my house on 04.5.2010 by EZABRLL service, Authorized Service Franchisee, no.140, Bodi Chetty street, Thirupapuliyur, cuddalore – 2 ph:[protected].

      They installed it and switched on and went but within half an hour huge amount of water poured inside through the indoor unit air flow path.

      On 5.05.2010 I informed the matter to the above dealer and service station.
      This type of problem occurred again and again. On 03.08.2010 one service technician came from PEARL REFRIGERATION SERVICE. NO.64, Madha Koil Back Street, Semmandalam, Cuddalore – 607001, Ph:[protected], [protected] came to my house and they removed the BRAINTRAY ANELL and taken away for repair on 03.08.2010.

      But till date nobody came and rectified the problem.
      I informed the matter to the dealer sevice station, Chennai, ([protected][protected] and [protected]. After calling so many times they registered my complaint and the number is 10AU0700394.
      But till now the defects are not rectified. I am very sorry to say that why I bought your VOLTAS SPLIT AC.

      VOLTAS — VERY POOR DEALER

      we purchased water cooler in 2009 from Volats dealer M/s. Chaudhary International, Aerodrome Circle, Kota-Rajasthan.

      after some day its coil burst and gas get leakaged. we compaint to them and they repaired this and asked money for reparing , we paid them. but still the coil get burst, again they repaied. but again it s coil burst this is continue for 6 tijes. we asked dealer to replace this is under warranty but they regret. we also request him to give us written details of its reparing 6 timmes so that we can make complaint to Volats, but he regre to give anything in written. How a dealer can harsh i know

      here what i want to say that M/s. Chaudhary International is very Fake dealer in Kota. He has Harsh us for more than 1 year

        I had launched a complaint for my Air Conditioner on the help line of company on 14th August, 2010 and have been consistantly following up with them for the same, but till date my complaint is lying unattended inspite of many assurances from the Company of attending the same within 24 working hours.

        Voltas vertis A.C. — not attending to complaints

        Our ac was serviced on 12.08.09, saying that gas has been re-filled and now it will do proper cooling.Since the very next day, it does not cool or show if it had been attended to.Thrice I have complained and nothing has happened. My complaint no. is -09AU261951 . It seems some fraudulent activities are going on in the name of authorised service center.Please help.
        I had purchased 1 tonA.C from M/s Kohinoor, link road, Andheri (West) in the monthe of May'2010. Within a month compressor started giving problem. We ahd made a complain with Kohinoor & been directed to send complain to service Center.Even after contineous chasing it was got replaced after 3 weeks.

        In the manual it is mentioned that in first year 3 free services will be provided but till date nobody turned up & while calling up the call center / Shreenath Electronics either they will not pick up a call or disconnect it.

        I would like to mention here that writting here is useless as nobody looks at this complain & even management do not bother for it.

        I hereby want to mention that at least I will not go for any "TATA PRODUCTS"

After that i call upon for the 1st service at july 2010. They come and done it . 2nd time i call them for service at march 2011. They are not ready to attend the service. they told that all service pupils are busy at installation.i call them nearly 4 times . no response.           Hi,i m Chetan from lucknow and I bought a split 1.5 ton ac from Voltas last yr..I bought it from S.D.AIRCONDITIONERS (Lucknow).Within a yr. gas leakage was found but was not communicated to me at the time of second service.But soon after the warranty period is over,the problem re-occurred and now gas filling charges are being asked for, around 2500/- .After contacting the customer care many times,i have been informed that there is not a single day warranty for gas.Even if there is a gas leakage within a day from purchase,the customer has to give the payment as gas filling charges.
          SO,its my sincere request to look into the matter and do the need full.

            My Window AC 1.5 Tons Vertis Premium was purchased in June 2009. In July 2010 the Compressor malfunctioned. The Company replaced the Compressor but Charged Rs. 2200/- for Gas filling. Who should be responsible for AC Gas if Compressor under warranty malfunctions. Sendly after replacement the AC Compressor is making Noise as if second grade of repaired Compressor has been fitted. With whom to take up this matter.

              I’m writing this letter after taking a lot of headache and irritation for the newly installed split a/c on 20 July, 2010. I thought I’m buying this product and it will solve my problem as I’ve been recently being under surgeon’s knife for a major surgery.

              But to my dismay, this a/c has increased my problem instead of helping me recover from my illness. I made a complaint to Voltas customer care on 23 July, 2010 (complaint # 10JL2301719). After the complaint, technicians visited me on 3rd day i.e. 26 July,2010 after calling my dealer (M/S Neelkanth Electronics located in Adarsh Nagar, Delhi 110033) for several times. When technicians visited they were not able to detect any fault for cooling and added the refrigerant gas after which the cooling slightly increased.

              Now as it was rainy weather from few days we kept the a/c off and when I started again on 3 August,2010 it again went to ground zero and there was no cooling. Again I reopened that complaint with customer care as technicians who visited earlier advised that the complaint would not be closed as they were also not sure about the fault.

              Now it is the third day 6 August, 2010 and no one has visited me yet. I feel that the problem lies with the product and it needs to be changed. After buying this product I’m feeling cheated and not being provided any services after spending the hard earned money.

              I hope you can help me and get me the justice being a consumer.

                my ac voltas ac premium got damage for last 4 times in last 8 months now also my ac is not working i have complain my service center in varanasi
                name ( electrcoolservice center shivajinagar mahamoorganj varanasi )has repair my ac last 2 week ago and change the compresser at that time i ask them who did it happen in they repl me nothing now after 2 week my ac compresser got damage till now no one come to see my ac i thing my service center people r using duplicate parts in reparing of ac this is a very serious problem because they are using your brand name i dont want to spoil ur image but to take action against ( electrcoolservice center shivajinagar mahamoorganj varanasi ) plz i request u to plz solve my problem i will be very thankfull to you

                  i bought a windod ac on voltas in july 2009 1. ten days back is suddenly stopped working , i call the service pers , he checked the ac and said that the bushes of fan motor have broken , he took it brought it back afer 4 dayy after locally repairing it , fitted it but the ac did not work for more that 2 hours and again went silent. i an totally disgusted with the serve nad the product . iwant the product to be replaced since it has not been an year , i have spent more than rs 20000 .

                    D) Purchase Date - May 19, 2010

                    E) Our location: IOMachine.Com Pvt Ltd
                    Address - A-2 sector - 58, Noida PIN - 201307

                    2. The AC Unit stopped cooling on evening of June 1, 2010.
                    3. On June 2, 2010 - we called up the dealer reporting about the issue and we were asked ot place complaint with Voltas Customer Care.
                    4. So, June 2, 2010, we placed a complaint to customer care vide complaint no - 10JU0201309. We were assured that the case will be handled in two days.
                    5. Till June 6, 2010. we were continuously placing call and getting assurance that there would be technican to check our complaint; but, none of the technician came to check the unit.
                    6. On June 6, 2010, I personally visited the dealer's showroom to check the status of our complaint and got the assurance that there would be a techinican positively.
                    7. On June 7, 2010 - a technican came ot check the unit; re-filled the gas in unit and informed that there is fault in installation. So, the gas would not last long. We immediately called dealer and informed him.
                    However, they discarded their responsibility saying that it is job of customer care and service center to deal with installation issues.

                    Service center details are:
                    Name - SWIFT AirCare
                    Address - Shop No - 10, Chauhan Market, Sector-44, NOIDA Phone[protected]

                    8. Same day, the AC stopped working in an hour. We reported customer care and dealer once again. The customer care assured us that there would be technicain again to check it.
                    9. Till June 9, 2010 again we were maiking calls to dealer and customer care and no technican appaeared. That was the time I expressed my frustation and warned the customer care that we would be going ot consumer forum now if this issue not resolved. In addition, I spoke to Mr Aman at servie center directly and informed him about the issue.
                    10. As expected, within an hour, techinican came and carried the external unit with them mentioning that they would fix it and re-install the next day.
                    11. On June 10, 2010 (yesterday) around 8pm, the unit was reinstalled. We did not sign the job-sheet in order to confirm that it works properly for at least 3 days.
                    12. I had the suspicion that it would not work. On June 11, 2010 (today) around 6pm, AC stopped cooling.
                    13. I have again registered a new complaint to Voltas Customer Care vide complaint no - 10JU1103688 for replacement o[censored]nit and got assurance that it wouldbe done in 24 hours.
                    14. There was a representative from Service center who re-filled the gas in the AC and after exactly 10 days it again stopped cooling.
                    15. We registered another complaint with customer care now, asking for a replacement on June 29 then this complaint was re-registered on July 5 vide complaint # - 10JL0502243. Customer care informed on asking them the status that they have forwarded the complaint to the service center and service center assures that they have forwarded it to company for response.

                    I am now planning to turn to Consumer Cell for justice if I do not get response in 2 days.

                    vertis plus — replacement of ac

                    we(ashok kumar r/o jmc 1550,bakshi nagar ,jammu) purchased our ac i.e,voltas vertis plus 1.5 ton from R.D.ENTERPRISES opp. kashmir times off., residency road,jammu on[protected] which not worked properly even for 1 hour.your many tecnicians chechked it and the area manager of jammu misbihaved with us.this ac has burnt our 4-5 transformers and your technicians braked all its locks.now we want that you will replace our ac our otherwise we will go to consumer court.

                      I have purchased 1 Ton Split AC in Feb 2010 and got the same installed on[protected] by paying rs. 1500/- to so called VOLTAS technician .
                      Now that day onwards i have faced water leakage issues with this machine and same were reported to the customer care at no's [protected]/[protected] vide diff. complaint no's ( one of them was 10JU2301084 dated 23.6.10 )
                      Today also a similar complaint has been lodged vide no. 10JL2402689 dated 24.07.2010 as excessive water is dropping out of the split AC Wall Unit forcing me to put off the machine.
                      Every time the technician is coming and spending some 15 minutes at my home making small changes in the cooling pipe ( gas pipe ) and leaves asking me to observe.

                      I would like to ask that how long it would continue like this, and why the machine or any part of it is not changed if the problem/issue is persisting.

                      You are requested to kindly HELP me in making VOLTAS to provide a permanent solution to this issue.

                        Hi,
                        I am writing to inform you about one of the WORST customer service I experienced in last one month.
                        I registered a complaint no 10JU2304369 on June 23, 2010.
                        Continuously followed it up for one month and every time I got only got assurance that it will be resolved by tomorrow.
                        When I called up today I was told that the complaint has been closed and the reason is "by mistake the customer care executive recorded the pin code wrong" and I have been assigned a new compliant number 10JU2302052.
                        I have few queries:
                        1. Is the pin code so important and complex that even if the entire address is correct you can only discover this after one month.
                        2. Is the any service level which a customer can expect or you can just close the complaint that has been pending for over a month without even informing the customer?
                        3. Is there any higher authority to whom I can escalate this issue because after this incident I don't think that this complain is going to be resolved in next few months.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          I had bought an voltas vertis split AC on 25/04/2010 from Union Radio, Sipri Bazaar, Jhansi. It is not working properly since 14/06/2010. I have complaint about it to the same distribution centre, as a result of which there was some repairing sessions held by them. But all the repairing sessions were unable to overcome the working problems of the AC. The AC is in warrenty period (which is of 3 months), and I want a replacement for it. Kindly consider the above problem.

                            i have bought an AC(voltas vertis plus i), it is not working since 11/07/2010, i had complained for it in the customer care of voltas. on 12/07/2010 a technician from voltas arrived and checked it, then he told me that the fan is not working properly and need to be replaced.. since then there is no response from him or the company, the no's he gave me are not working, i again complained on 14th,15th and even today... but still no technician has arrived...
                            this is the main reason why i ma complaining and need immidiate response..

                              sir, i purhased voltas vertis plus window ac 1.5 tons almost one month back(june 2010) from era radios dd purum ,bareilly.though i went for LG ac ,era radios forced to take voltas ac.From the next it has problem of dripping. it works for only half an hour, then drip and after that it does not start in summers(june).But it does not drip on cloudy day.I complaint about it to the era radios,he sent 2 times service man.they came and saw and went by closing the complaint.Era radios promised me to change the ac, but now he is not responding.KINDLY HELP ME TO CHANGE THAT DEFECTIVE PIECE.I was not accepting this type of product from voltas.

                              i totally disagree to dr ashish's point, how can one force an highly educated doctor like mr ashish to buy voltas or may be any other brand .it his intelligence &choice that makes a selection.
                              i mysel[censored]sing 3 voltas airconditioners at my home, working excelently well.

                              and every 4 months a person from era radios comes for regular service, i am happy with the acs &services.

                                Till date my airconditioner has not been delivered and yesterday and as well as today we called your AMC but in vain their reply is the same we will call back in half an hour and inform.
                                We are fed up with this type for service offered and the reputation of the company is at stake, the friends who forced us to buy voltas AC were informed and told not to recommend voltas AC to others, we have no issues regarding the Voltas AC but we are annoyed with the AMC servicing agencies were the service engineers are novice.

                                Please see that the AC is returned back as original

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                We had purchased three AC (two window of 1.5 tons and one split AC of 2 tons) of VOLTAS make and was recommended by our friends.
                                We installed the said window AC in DEC 2008 and split in 2009, the AC's were serviced by your AMC contractors ( MAXON ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTIONS) for the first year free service as per the company policy, and same AMC contractors ( MAXON ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTIONS- Headed by Mr. Bhagwandas Shetty) were continued for the future services.

                                In the month of MAY 2010 one of the window AC was not cooling the room, a complaint was lodged with the AMC contractor, the AMC contractors service engineers took the AC, checked and informed that the GAS has to be refilled, we asked him to do the needful and the same AC was returned after FOUR days. But still there was no cooling we again complained to the AMC contractor ( MAXON ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTIONS), the engineers were sent and the AC was taken and subsequently informed that the front coils had leaks.
                                We inquired with Mr. Shetty that why this was not checked when the AC had gone for GAS filling,there was no answer, we asked the AMC contractor to repair the same and return, which was done in 10 days.

                                The AC after repairs were installed again, the same had no cooling effect, as when the AC started and used to cut of after 2 minutes and the temp was kept at 20 deg, it is to restart after 20 minutes.

                                We decrease the temperature to 16 deg which had the same effect we informed the owner of the MAXON ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTIONS and told him that the AC is cutting of at 16 deg temp with out making the room cool so he informed us that if you keep the temp at 16 deg it is bound to cutoff so he instructed us that we should keep the temperature at higher deg, on the 5th july he sent his service engineers for the check up, they informed that the resistor might not be functioning properly that is the reason the compressor is getting heated, they replaced the resistor but still the problem was not solved, on 7/07/2010 the AC was taken to the
                                MAXON ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTIONS service centre and till date we have not received the AC and the MAXON owners are daily giving false hopes that will be delivered immediately, with out AC for the last 2 months you people are the better judge.

                                We would like to add that the originality of the AC is no longer lasting as the total AC has been experimented on by novice service engineers,the same at the time of free services for a year on the purchase of AC, new apprentice service engineers were sent and in the bargain the said engineers have broken one of the window AC front coil plastic panel which was never replaced and was quietly put in place and was noticed by us after 6 months.

                                You needful action in the matter is appreciated at the earliest

                                voltas vertis window a.c. — poor cooling

                                purchased 4 units air conditioner out of that 2 a.c.are not cooling at its standard, inspite of repeated complaints the problem is not resoved please look into it.

                                Voltas Vertis plus window AC 1.5 Ton — very poor service

                                I had complaint for my Ac on 27th May 2009, complaint No.09MY270418 for servicing & for rectifing of a fault, but 'am sorry to say that after repeated phone calls (this includes 4 phone calls and a sms ), no one from the company has bothered to call back.it's been four days already.
                                I would request the authorities to please take action against this.

                                Voltas Window AC 1.5 T Vertis plus — Gas leakage and Non reply for AMC

                                I have purchased Voltas AC Window 1.5 Tone Vertis Plus on 12.12.2007. The AC is not cooling properly. No persone meet me regarding AMC. No satisfactory reply received from Toll Free Number. Still the gas leked after refeling of 10 days. pl look into the matter urgently. Thanks

                                Voltas plus window AC — Non service of AC

                                We purchased our AC just 2 years back for which company has offered us 2 free service. But we regret to say that not even a single service has been done. When we contacted there service centre in Ernakulam, they are not coming. After our repeated reminder they told us that service will be done with chargeble fees of 1500, this is violation of terma and conditions under which we have purchased AC from Voltas. We request you kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise we will be forced to solve our problem in consumer court.

                                  I HAVE PURCHASED AN VOLTAS SPLIT AC (CRYSTAL CARE) FROM THE DEALER OF COMPANY RAGHU ELECTRICAL . FROM THE FIRST DAY AC IS HAVING PROBLEM WITH COOLING .                                     Dear Supplier,

                                    This has further reference to the subject, I would like to inform the Voltas company that i had made a complaint through your customer service helpline 60004555 on 24th of June 2010 for my Voltas Elite Split Ac 1.5 ton not working. Your service engineer Mr.Anbu K, took my ac PCB for service on 26th June 2010. Till now there is no response from him, for the last 10 days iam calling to your Customer Service helpline, iam not getting proper response from them.

                                    My complaint no : 10JU-2403755.

                                    This is worst response given to a customer by Voltas, I would like to get my PCB back immediately, if it is not happened, i have no other way to approach Consumer Court.

                                    Kindly take immediate action for this mail.

                                    Pls Note:I will make sure that here after i will not buy any Voltas/Tata Products.

                                      I was purchesed Voltas Split AC in Month of April 20101, At the time of installation their is no any gas observed at time of testing, installer telleing us that it is not the problem & it required to be refilled. but we dide'nt accept & we demand replacement of outdore unit. they will give us after 15 days & installed ac exactly outside to our bedroom. so when it was stared the totoal noise of outdoor unit is disturbing us. the noise is very heavy to hear. from last three months i am doing followup to service center, but they take it very lightly. & person appointed for installation are having very poor knowladge.

                                        I purchased 3 voltas vertis AC from your local dealer M/S Akarshan NEEMUCH (M.P.)on 26-06-04. In Oct'08 one of the compressor stopped working.I contacted yours office at Indore (M.P.) they asked me to contact Patwa Brothers NEEMUCH (M.P.) as they are the current dealer. I cotacted them , they took my AC with asurance of replacement of compressor within 15 days as it was in warranty period . To my information your company send replaced compressor twice near about in month of Nov - Dec ' 08 & again in Feb - March ' 09 but both the time he didn't gave it to me . Please check your record to know about the truth & please inform me the facts . But to my disbelief even after my lodging complaint to your company on 10-06-09 by no 09JU101530 there is no information to me .
