i buy a aircondition last year july month,,its swing stops working jus a week later..i placed complaint last august the first time ,,bt ur local customer service center wasnt provide any service ,,,a place it again n agai ,,,n the process of complaining from my side still going on,,i had placed a number of complaints at ur service centre at amritsar punjab,they already took seven months bt didnt provide service now they changeling says that i can complain anywhere reguarding them,,they will not going to provide service,,
now at last after continue complaining from last seven months m contacting u ,,plz help me so that i really feel that u provide service to ur customers..

VOLTAS/AC — Non-repairment of product under warranty period

We have purchased an AC-Voltaz on[protected] from Mr. Rajesh Jain who is the proprietor of Music Mehal (Shop name). He has not given us the bill for the same product and now denying from arranging
the repairment of the same. since product is under the guarantee/warranty so i am eligible to have get the same facility from his side.
I have a proof (Bank statement) of purchased the product as i make a payment for the same through cheque.
Kindly solve my poblem because he has abused me so many times when i went to him for such request to do and not replying me anything.His behaviour towards his customer is not good.
