i purchased an voltus ac from khosla electronics , garia on 06th april 2010 , by cash rs 16200/- and thereafter after serious follow ups for 3 days my machine was delivered at my residense on 10th april '10 and people from voltus came to install the same on 11 th april , they opened the packing and it was found to be a damaged machine as the gas was not there due to transport damage and the front pannell was found broaken ,even then they installed the machine and it was not working . i informed the incident to khosla electronics as they have supplied me a defective one and they have refused to exchange the same sending the ball to voltus's court and i 'm facing the hazards of spending rs 16200 and begging at all ends for proper justice

On may 2014 i buyied a ac of voltas from snapdeal. I have discovered that the AC has the problem fan noice very much
The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the AC has been replaced and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days.
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the AC to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.

    I've bought a Voltas Vertis Vectra 1.5ton Split Ac in 2006 and hardly used for a yr in my guest house, then removed and kept as a spare, as i sold the house, now i wanna fix it, the indoor tem plate is lost {left behind in the sold house}, i placed a compliant, My call No. 10AP0302612, My Customer id is C1297140, asking for a new tem plate, they said i'll get it in 3 days when i called the 4th day they said 3 more days, yesterday when i called they said 15 days, i lost my patients, i asked will ur'll be able to give me the spare or not he said he will call me in 1 hr, till now no feed back, service seriously Sucks, i regret for buying a Voltas Product, it will be of great help if this reaches the right person to take action

    I agree 100% Voltas sucks. I bought 1 window unit from Vivek & Co and the day they came to fix it they messed up the front board and forced it down crudely and went away. Now within one year the power cicruit board as they call it is burnt and the instanbt switch on the UPS (Guardian) does nto work for a long time .

    Unfortunately in our country these guys are going scot free because of lack of consulmer rights. I understand LG is the best for spares availability.
    Voltas just sucks.

      My air conditioner is un serviceable and I have lodged a complain in Voltas call center vide complain no 10AP0703859 dated 07 Apr 2010 and same has not been attended yet in spite of approach to Area Manager and Reigonal manager. Company claims that any complain will be attended within 24 working Hours .No response yet . I hope mattyer will be looked by some more higher authorities to improve the company's image.

      Voltas 2 ton vertis plus air conditioner — non attending of complaint no 10AP0703859

      My Voltas air conditioner is un serviceable. I have lodged acomplained in call centre of Voltas company vide complain no 10AP0703859 dated 07 Apr 2010. This complain has not been attended till 14 apr 10 in spite of taking matter upto area manager and Regional manager on daily basis . No response only assurances are given. Very strange set up of customer care. I hope something will be done.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        i have booked one tata voltas split ac and got delivered on 10.04.2010 My call No. for installing the same is 10AP1002836, not yet attended by voltas team. Still the installation of new Voltas Split A/c is pending. My call was logged in voltas system on 10.04.2010 and till today on 13.04.2010 – 14:00 hrs. No one has turned up from voltas side. It has been 03 days since i am fighting with voltas people.
        Further, false commitment is being given by voltas customer care representative – HITEN / SANTOSH / PRASAD to name a few that today installation will be finalised. But i am really fed up with the service or response given to a customer.
        Even they are not ready to give me the agencies contact no i.e. “M/s. Shreya Enterprises” thru whom the installation is being carried out. Nor he is bother to give me a call regarding when they are going to install.
        Please note that, by this time other branded companies like LG, SAMSUNG, WHiRPOOL would have already satisfied my request, but dealing with TATA VOLTAS IS REALLY PATHATIC.
        THIS KIND OF SERVICE WAS NEVER EXPECTED ESPECIALLY FROM TATA GROUP.

          I have bought one Voltas A.C 1.5 ton last year. As per company policy, I have registered the complaint to the Voltas castumer care also on 11th April 2010, they also promised to rectify the complaint within 48 hrs but till date 3days have passed and they have done nothing. My complaint no. is 10AP1004678and customer id is C0932944.

          Now, as the summers have approached, and after 2 months of repeated torture, we are helpless and at the hands of the company.
          I request you to please tell me, what should i do ? I have already spent so much amount in the calls to the co. and the dealer. Please help me in this regard.

            i have complain toll free customer care number the call is is register vide no 10Ju[protected] th june 2010 but till today no body has attained the call.what should i do shall i go to consumer court waiting for your reply
            i too have same issue. Logged a call on 09th june vide complaint id 10JU0903800. 10th June, technician came and identified that water drain spare has been broken and to be replaced. From that day onwards till 21st June, literally calling up Customer care toll free # and asking for the replacement of spare to front office and Sr. Executives. No body has turned up with any solution neither giving any further escalation details. This is a pathetic situation from the Voltas point of view, as its not resolved as of now. Who will look in to this and provide a update.. My contact # is +91-[protected].

              I have purchased two Voltas ac from dealers of voltas on 28 Mar 2010. The workers of the dealers installed the ac s on 28 th Mar and 31 mar . However till today no rep from the company (Voltas) came to demonstrated the product. The Ac s are making erratic noises and lot of vibrations. The compressor appears working errtically and noisy, disturbing my sleep. A better service is expected from a Tata company like Voltas.
              Today one mechanic from compny attended to complaints but could not rectify it. He refused my demand to record that the complaints are not yet rectfied to be entered in his form.

              New complaint registered to day with the company. No. 10AP0803560.

              Is it not the responsibility of the dealer to intimate the compny of a sale so that the installaton and demo be done by the company? And is it not the responsibility of the company to ensure that their dealers intimate the sales to them for aftersales services?

              Voltas AC — No after sales service

              This is to inform that I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton window AC in October'2008 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
              The AC which was brought to function from April 2009 stopped working after only one month or so.Thereafter, I called up the local dealer as well as Voltas Customer Care but all in vain. I have tried to contact them a number of times but they have not shown any interest.To add to my worry, the local dealer says that since the A/c is placed on the fifth floor its difficult for them to provide the service.It really sounds so absurd.
              I had purchased a tata product, voltas a/c vertis elite.I am sorry to say voltas has no quality, poor after sales network, fraud dealer network & no caring of customers. well in future I will never purchase any Tata product.

              Voltas window A.C. — NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

              On 19.7.2009, we have purchased one Voltas window a.c. (1 ton) from Kohli Bros., 13A Prehlad Market, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. The unit was installed on the same day and to our great shock, when we switched it on, the a.c. was making very disturbing noise as if something is broken inside. We called Mr. Kohli and informed about the same to which he advised us to contact Voltas call centre directly. The callous and indifferent attitude of Mr. Kohli was more shocking to us. Anyways, the very next day i.e. on 20th July, 2009 we called Voltas call centre and lodged the complaint. The problem is still the same despite the fact that technicians have visited our home twice. Please let us know where to call and who is the right person to call so that our problem of huge noise gets rectified.

                Dear All Customer Service Managers,

                This is in regards to the Windows AC I had purchased last year,Would like to apprise you that I had made an request to your Customer Service Centre[protected] regarding the servicing of the AC and the request no. is 10MR2800800 & 10AP0602484 respectively.It's very much surprised to know that it's been 15 days have past and no one has turned-up from Servicing Department regarding the same.I would also like to comment that this is something which is very much poor,disorganized,stupid response I had recieved when it comes to providing the delivery of services to their Customers and it is totally unacceptable from my point of view that the company like VOLTAS is entertaining this.
                I hope after reading my comments someone will wake-up and try to do the needful ASAP.

                Voltas/Window AC — FREQUENT PROBLEM

                Just after one a half yaer ac started givivng big and big problem.First fan motor got fail and after weeks thare is gas leakage as told by tecnician.and also telling may be require coil replecment,while it was working saisfactory during notor replecment.May i request to replace with new ac asit has either some manufacturing defect or poor quality of workmanship.

                  Subject :- Non functioning of Aircondition Mechine ((VOLTAS WAC VERTIS PRM).
                  Reference :- Above A/C Mechine was purchased by me from M/S National Electronics, Jamshedpur Vide their invoice no 1525 dtd 29/04/09.
                  I have purchased the above A/C machine on 29.04.10. Last year the said machine ran well without any trouble.
                  But sir, the above machine suddenly stopped functioning without any prior signal.
                  Sir, in this summer season with-out an air-condition we are passing through very hard days.
                  On 12.04.2010 at about 6.30 P.M over telephone no.[protected] I have lodged a complain with M/S National Electronic for the repairing of above defect. I also requested them to let me know the complaint number. But till now neither I have received any complaint number nor any person visited my house to inspect the above machine.
                  Therefore I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to repair / replace the above air-condition machine without delay.
                  It is for your kind information that the defect arises in the above machine within the period of one year (date of purchase 29/04/2010).
                  Sir, if any positive action is not being taken either by you or by the National electronic within ten days from the date of this letter, I shall be bound to move to the court of Consumer Forum for justice.

                    Voltas AC services are absolutely pathetic. They make 100% false commitments. Call center operators and leaders just do not have any ETHICS. They do not respect customer complaints and are meant for further deteriorating services.
                    I have spoken to team leaders Aruna, DIvya and many more at their call center[protected] and always heard a commitment that, the AC will be serviced by today.
                    My complaint no. is 10MR2702381 and was registered on 27th March. 24 working hours is their commitment time and today it is 9th April.
                    Several reminders/ calls and requests have just gone invain.
                    I seek justice and necessary actions on the company and their service provider for not acting so long and for making purposefully wrong committments and making me and my family suffer for the product which was sold with high expectations.

                    VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER — Voltas Air Condition

                    Dear Sir, We had Purchased Voltas A/c 2 Ton Vertis Gold Date on -15/05/2010 to KBM Electricals. This A/c have some Technical Problem & we had complained in Voltas Customer Care regarding problem date on 23/08/2010 & Complain No. is 10AU2302017. we have called many time but we have not received any positive response & Phone Call.                       i have purchase a a.c on dated 25.03.2010 of Voltas Platina 1T (Window) from Hari Om Electronics, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052....but from the 1st day our remote of the a.c is defective....we have lodge the complain to his customer care on dt. 29.03.2010 for demo....when his representative come in my resi and check my a.c and tell me that ur remote is defective....and under waranty....company (voltas will replace the remote....but as of now i dont recd. the remote....

                      inspite of many call to customer care and his authorised service center they tell me they dont have the stock, when the stock is come we will delivered ur remote....

                      i am in very trouble due to this cause...

                        I've Purchased Voltas window AC (vertis+) last year the ac is under waranty AC is not working for last 2 months & I've been putting the complaint for the same time but Voltas has sent the person each time who spend two or more days with repairing but result is zero they are just doing R&D with ac & no one is very sure where the problem is I've gone irritated now & want my AC to be replaced by Voltas with extended waranty. Plz take the appropriate action so as to bond these companies for their liabilitis.

                        I've Purchased Voltas window AC (vertis Premium) last year the ac is under waranty AC is working for last 3 months without any controls except the main MCB swithc& I've been putting the complaint for the same time but Voltas has sent the person each time who spend two or more days with repairing but result is zero they are just doing R&D with ac & no one is very sure where the problem is I've gone irritated now & want my AC to be replaced by Voltas with extended waranty. Plz take the appropriate action so as to bond these companies for their liabilitis.

                        Also i never received my A/C remote the first time and they only sent a remote which does not suit the model.

                        i have purchase vertis+ window ac from Andheri west Snehanjali (behind Navrang Cinema) on 29th april 2009 after 2 days we found that their was no sufficiant cooling even ac was on for 3 hour. i have complaint to Snehanjali to replace the ac but they are not agree to replace it. i have called 5 to 6 times, they always say we will send a technision for verify and they Bl**dy chetting with me. then i went to Voltas office at Chinchpokly where i meet some area incharge they also says we will replace the compressor not ac. after i fighting they are agree to extened warrenty period up to 15 months and they have send the letter to their local branch office at andheri-jogeshwari, and they have change the compressor. now i am facing problem with the noice comming from the ac. and i did not received extension warrenty letter with me. now what i have to do?? the Voltas has spoil name of Mr. TATA on this business and they should close the business in AC.

                        Sir,
                        I have purchased voltas ac vertis premium 1.5T on 19th october, 2010 from vijay sales borivli (w). I am facing frequent water leakage problem due breaking down of main indoor chesis. I have come across this problem thrice since the purchase date. On 31st march, 2010 the technician reported for breaking of chesis, the part was replaced on 8th april, 2010. Again on 12th may, 2010 the technician reported for the same, and was replaced on 18th may, 2010. Later on 7th june, 2010 same problem occured. If this is going to continue then what is the use of replacing the part, instead they should replace the entire unit. The frequency of occuring same problem is not even 1 month. The ac is most required during summers but due to leakage problem i was not able to use it whenever in need. Now the Ac is under the warranty, who is going to bear the expenses once the warranty period gets over??????? I have called the Ayesha Enterprise several times and asked for replacement but they are not agreeing to replace the unit. I have done a big mistake by purchasing voltas ac, pathetic quality..!!!

                          We have purchased a Voltas AC on 5/4/2009 from Noida Electro Appliance Pvt Ltd.Serial No. AC:
                          C[protected]. Following are the incidents happened with us which make us feel like we have been cheated:
                          1. Dealer provided us the AC of manufacturing year 2008 instead of 2009.
                          2. We raised a service request 10 MR 1503712 on 13 March 2009 to service our AC. Nobody contacted us regarding same.
                          3. Our Ac stopped working on 23 March 09
                          4. Raised another service request on 24 March 09, Service Request Number 10 MR 2801752.
                          5. Service Engg came with several follow ups and told us that our AC fan motor is burned out. Need to repair the motor.
                          6. On 1st Apr another service engg came with repaired motor but unable to fix that because he was un trained professional and not well equipped.
                          7. After doing several follow up I have been told that they are not having exact screw for motor.

                          Consequences.

                          Economic Damage:
                          1. My current situation is my AC problem is still not fixed. We are unable to use our AC which is just a year old.

                          Action needed:

                          I am highly disappointed with the product and quality of service provided by Voltas, so I request Voltas to extend my warranty tenure by one more year at free of cost since the Air conditioner problem is still not fixed and with repaired motor there is a possibility that problem might reappear.
                          So kindly persue Voltas to extend my warranty by one more year i.e. till 4/4/2011.If they are unable to extend my AC warranty kindly take back my AC and refund us full amount.

                          We have purchased an AC-Voltaz on[protected] from Mr. Rajesh Jain who is the proprietor of Music Mehal (Shop name). He has not given us the bill for the same product and now denying from arranging
                          the repairment of the same. since product is under the guarantee/warranty so i am eligible to have get the same facility from his side.

                          I have a proof (Bank statement) of purchased the product as i make a payment for the same through cheque.

                          Kindly solve my poblem because he has abused me so many times when i went to him for such request to do and not replying me anything.His behaviour towards his customer is not good.

                            Whenever Compressor turns ON after 3 min the MCB trips. Compressor problem. No support from voltas service. None of the phone nos given in manual working. If sometimes get through the sytem is upgrading so they dont help. They just say they are sorry now..cannot lodge the comp[lain ..call later. I seriously feel cheated.. The TATA is playing with its image...I supprot not to buy VOLTAS products...Once money is given..No service is provided....

                            Voltas Vertis Premium Window AC — Complaint Not Being Attended To

                            I purchased an Voltas AC Model Vertis Premium on 12 April 2009 from Jyoti Electronics, Star Plaza(Near Bachcha Park) Meerut, UP. On the second day of purchase I realised that the AC was not functioning properly and that the compressor was switching off with vibrating sound and that the temperature was regularly rising in between and warming up the room. It would maintain itself at 22 and then rise till 28 to 30. I have repeatedly requested Jyoti Electronics to have the AC checked by company Authorised Rep but to no avail. Today they gave me a number of your customer care as [protected] and asked me to contact them saying that after sale it is not their responsibility. This is ridiculous. I am contacting the said number and no one is responding. IS THIS VOLTAS? I have two LG AC's at my permanent residence and I have had no trouble in service. SUCH DEALERS SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED as they are giving a bad name to you. I would request you to kindly get this resolved immediately and not compell me to use another forum for my grievances. Hoping for a favourable reply and immediate action.

                            AC Vertis premium — Complaint

                            I have purchased 2no.of AC units from your Authorised Dealer M/S.Dolphin Vision at Paralakhemundi.The dealer instructed to install the ACs through local mechanic.Due to installation by local mechanic they are damaging water panel as a result there is is water leakage This is the most complaintby almost the consumer. After purcase the dealers are not instructing us about installation through authorised voltas technicians.
                            This is the state of affairs by another authorisede dealer i.e.,M/S.Nakshtra Electronics,Paralakhemundi.
                            It is requested to instruct your dealers to insist the installation o[censored]nits through authorised voltas technicians only & not through local mechanic.

                              I have purchased a one voltas water dispenser model mini magic from the seller palani electronics vide district dealer through . I enjoyment through the product one month . After a month the product is deffective . I complained to the seller palani electronics mr. Palani . he replied to report to the service dealer and they will see the product , after the speeches from the seller the service engineers came and takes the reports they reported to his office . Till date when I was contacted through cellphones , they gives the answer "Tommorow will come after come the part we will come to change the deffective parts , please wait. The same answer till date and time I got the same answers from the side.

                              I mentally affected such of the said activities. So I am not able to enjoy benefits of the purchase of products, instead I getting only my sadness.

                              May I expect my compliants a correct remedies are getting from the customer care puts complaints .

                              VISIT TO WAGAH BORDER

                              I am very disappointed after my recent visit to Wagah Border. The way authorities there handles the crowd is shameful. They must decide whether they should throw this ceremony open to public or not. If its open they need to equip themself to manage the crowd in more humane ways too. As a Civilian I am as proud of being an Indian as any Defence personnel, we also give defence guys best of services either it is banks, restaurants, shops, theatres etc. but when it comes to defense why do we civilians get such inhuman treatment from them. I am doing my best whatever I can for my country, my question is living in cities being a part of Govt./Semi. Govt or Pvt sector are we civilian not doing our bit for the country?? Authorities must take charge of Wagah visit by visitors from booking (how many should be allowed in a day) to visiting (how many people shoule be released in batches inside). There must be some training for defense guys on how to handle and deal with the crowd. I am sure it will help them in lot of areas. Please don't let any indian feel that he or she is not welcomed in their own country's celebrations at the cost of giving preferential treatment to foreigners.

                              VOLTAS — defective of heater

                              I was purchased one mini magic water dispenser from the brand of voltas products through the seller of m/s. PALANI ELECTRONICS on 11.09.2009, the product code is 6210101T09D001264 Amounts Rs. 6500.00 . When I was using this product 45 or 50 days . After the period the product is getting the electrical shock , I complained to my seller for the defective of the product . The seller told bring the gaurantee card and bill . I placed the product and the Bill documents, The seller told to ;his area dealers . They inspected this product and gives the assurance by orally to replace the deffective goods.

                              I have somany times to ask by cellphones and internet complaints made for the deffective of the product, Till date there is no response from the votas company customer care authorities. Then why should give the gaurantee to his / its products. What is it, It is to be cheatness to the public. How dare the acts are in the legal acts in the country. I give the reference of thecompany complaints No. 10MR2604584.

                              I expect the justifiable remedies filing the compalaints from in this consumer complaints forum

                                Sir,
                                My father bought a mini window ac from a retailer near by my home. After 2 months the cooling of ac is totally zero and when my father went to the retailer about this issue the retailer move the ac from over home to service center.
                                Then after one month my father died in an accident due to this we are unable to go to the retailer but when we went to its shop he returs our ac as it is without solving problem.
                                Again we register the compailnt and again service center vendors move the ac from our home to their center.
                                Sir till the date we have not get our ac back.

                                Please help us on this matter. We are very helpless.

                                  sir i have puchased voltas a window ac model vertis plus from world voice radio (regd) ram nagar pahar ganj on 21 march 2010 my address is 50-c lig dda flats motia khan pahar ganj.the ac is working cooling.it is working like a cooler according to me the dealer has provided me the old ac becoz the ac is not proper cleaned ,the sticker on the ac is torn off.i want my ac to be replaced as soon as possible.

                                  we have purchased Voltas A/c But its not Cooling Properly
                                  I have purchased AC from Voltas on the 16th of March 2010. By 30th of March my AC stopped cooling. So I called the Service center[protected] and requested for a solution. A technician dropped in after 3days and informed the Temp of the Ac has to be maintained at 22degrees and not less or more than that. This suggestion was given in order to save effort of filling up gas which had leaked( Which should not happen, but i give decided to turn a blind eye). There was not solution on which I called again and complained and this time another technician dropped in an refilled the gas but that was on 13th of April 2010 to which i was ok. However since yeasterday, 17th April 2010.. the cooling is gone again.. And when called the customer service i was informed, no official complaint taken just was informed it will be sorted. Voltas advertises heavily about being customer friendly.. I DON'T THINK SO. WILL NEVER GO FOR A VOLTAS AGAIN.

                                    I am having Voltas Excel ColdCell refrigerator, but it is having problem of Freezer, so i contacted on helpline [protected] on 29 March 2010 at 08.06 a.m . The answer from this executive is that we don't provide any assistance to products made for home (i.e.only assistance to commercial products). He even suggested to contact local freeze mechanic.His seniors are not available .He was not having information regarding service stations in pune

                                      I have purchased 2 AC on 24-Mar-2010. 1 AC is in the name of Chandresh Rohilla & 2 is in the name of Amit Malhotra.
                                      As per your service & commitment of installation is in 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

                                      I recd my AC on 25th March-2010 time 18.25PM. I have a issue with your customer care service because every time they have committed a false commitment that the guy who install our AC is on the way or he reach your home in next 1 hour or 15-20 min. Mrs. Paramjeet has given me a contact no of that guy who had installed my AC. When i called him he had not picked my phone..

                                      I have an appointment with my doctor at 5.30 PM. because I am not well. Whole day I was waiting for this guy but he came arround 6.40 PM...

                                      My request you to please don't give any false commitment to the customer so that he can manage his work accordingly...


                                      I have purchased 1st time from your retail house but I am sorry to say that your service is not good.

                                      I purchased one .75 ton split ac ( voltas ) from my company (bpcl kochi refinery) store on instalment basis and i paid Rs. 3000 already the consumer store on 25/03/10. After one week i called the voltas dealer for installation but till date the installation process is not done.
                                      I purchased one VOLTAS vertis premium split (2ton) airconditioner on 20/04/2010. from Ganeshraja Engineers, Ganapathy, Coimbatore. It was installed on 26/04/2010 and serviced on 30/04/2010 as it was not functioning properly. After that it was serviced 2 times for namesake.Now the A/c machine is not working for the past two months and no proper responce is received from the above cited dealer.

                                        Sir, Kindly rerer my earlier complaint of 25 th March 2010. A poor reply has been received from Mr. Ashok Kumar Hasija service team of NCR. Perhaps they ignore my complaint matter and told me about payment of part.
                                        As I am clearly told him on telephone that I will not pay any amount for AC repair as the comperehansive AMC is still vaild upto 24.04.2010. You are requested to instruct him for immediate action and solved the proble. Thanks
