w.d. wasn't working. i made a complaint on 13/5/09 ( call slip no. 09AP211581). Technician from m/s. GINNI AIRCON, BA-12, Mangolpuri ind. Area, Phase II, came and he told us about the gas leakage.He took the machine and returned it on 16/05/09 and charged Rs. 1200/= as the repair charges. the machine worked for a very short time. Above AC purchased on 19.4.2006 (Compressor defective) is lying with Swift Aircare Sector 44 Noida since 26.7.2009. I have contacted them thousand times since than and not getting any favorable response. I even contracted some officials of Ghaziabad region to help me in the matter but in vain. It is disgusting on the part of such a big company and such a poor service. You are requested to intervene and get my problem solved under intimation...

It was not working properly, Chillness has not coming properly. It takes many more time to chill the room.

I had bought Voltas vertis premium 1.5 ton (split) along with voltas stabiliser in July 09 at RAJPAL electronics, meerut. But the stabiliser provided (145-220 V) does not support the AC due to voltage fluctuationg below the range. V Have lodged a complaint vide no 12851 through Diebold for AC of my ATM cabin in jul09 o[censored]r company however the person from ur company have attended the problem and infrom us the fault that supplying cable is to be changed and promised us to get it repaired within 3 days but the problem remains unsolved even after 10 days have been passed due to which my ATM misbehaves and lot of customers are deprived of ATM services

Engg Mr Ishan has visited our home on 27/07/09 from M/s Sapna Enterpises and taken Compressor from Mini Magic Super for repair and promised us that it will be done by next days i.e. 28/07/09.

Sir, i bought VOLTAS Air Conditioner in last week of april, 2009.I installed it at my home in first week of may, 2009.It worked with no problems for one month & then it showed its real face.In first week of june, it stopped working at all.Service provider said that its COMPRESSOR needs to be changed & u as customer talk to the head marketing to allot a new compressor as in guarantee.
