1. I had purchased one two ton Split AC Vertis Super on 23rd April, 2009.
2. That AC in not working properly and free Services is also due.
3. On 15th April,2010 I had registered a complain at 3:00 PM to your lucknow service station vide complain no. 10 A-P 1502888 dated 15 April, 2010.
4. At the time of registering my complain I was assured by lucknow service station[protected] that my complain will be attended with in 24 Hrs.
5. After expiry of 24 Hrs. I once again contacted your service station that my complain is still unattended.
6. Sir, you will feel proud the manner in which your service station made me to understand the meaning of 24 Hrs.
7. According to your service station 24 Hrs. means 3 days of Eight Hours working (8X3) so my complain will be attended on fourth day.
8. On 18thApril, 2010 I once again contacted to your service station, they requested to give them some more time and assured that my complain will be attended sooner or later.
9. On 20th April, 2010 at 6:00 PM I once again contacted your office and received a surprisingly a good reply from your station. I was informed that the staff attending my area is dead busy so please wait for two or three days or get your AC repaired by hiring the services of Private technicians.
10. Sir, when I refused to hire the services of private technicians they told me that I have no option but to wait.
11. Finally, I wish to inform you that I am living in a room at the top floor of my house and bearing the heat of 41 to 430 Celsius for last six days.
12. Now I am totally exhausted and not in a position to bear it for more than 24 Hrs.
13. I request you kindly get my AC repaired within 24 hours otherwise I will have no option but to refer this matter to District Consumer Forum claiming compensation for lack of services by your company.
14. At the time of purchasing AC I preferred Voltas because of good reputation in my mind. I paid no attention to so many lucrative gift offers of other companies like LG, Samsung, Onida etc. but now I feel totally disappointed by purchasing the AC of Voltas.

voltas split a c — lack of service

The remote control of the model Vectra was taken away for repair or replacement three months back by voltas authorised dealers FREEZE ENGINEERS ; Vanross jn. and in spite of repeated requests and reminders nothing has happened .I have to call them from other no.s .When I call from my own no. they simply let the phone ring. Is this the servicing you have to offer?

    Dear sir,

    The service personnel that you have sent serviced my ac but after servicing they broke the swing frame at the time of refitting. This is for you kind knowledge that, when ever you send service personnel, we simply predict that they know nothing .Look into this matter. Also they could not rectify the noise problem during 2nd free service. I expect my swing frame to be replaced with new one and the noise problem to be rectified as earliest as possible.Thanks.However, i have informed them 8 times through mails but no one cares.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton split Ac from Vidya electronics on April 19, 2010, Uttam nagar. In the packet the guarntee card/ manual was open and there was neither remote stand nor cell. There was no pipe for releasing water. The person who came for instalment was charging Rs.500/- per meter for the extra thick pipe. He charged Rs. 50/- per meter for water releasing pipe. I had really very bad experience from their behaviour.

      I shall be thankful to you if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action. In such circumstances how people can have faith in your product.

        This is Kamalakar from Yellandu of Khammam Dist of Andhra Pradesh.
        I purchaged a VOLTAS 1.5 split ac on 8/05/09. From the begining a noice from out side unit is distrubing us. Non of the VOLTAS machines are producing this typ of noice. I enquired a person about this noice "he told me that it might be a processor problem. So I requesting you to kindly send a service engineer to my ares to find the solution.

        I had a very similar problem

        I bought Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton AC in 2009 after 14 months the compressor went bad and I made a complaint to Voltas customer care they took full gas and repair charges Rs 3250 in advance and with in few days replaced the compressor. I was very happy with prompt service.

        But when I checked the AC it was making lot of annoying noice. The service person checked it and tried different ways but could not fix it. He told that another engineer will come and fix it. Since then its almost a month and almost daily I call customer care and even registered a new complaint but nothing happened. I called up regional office (Ghazaiabad) but still there is nothing from there side.

        With this kind of service I have completely lost faith in Voltas services.

          Dear all,
          I'm suffering from poor services of the company. i have purchased split a.c. voltas elite on 29 march 2010 for my office but i'm not satisfied by its performance since first day. i have submitted a complaint against the problem complaint number 10AP1503279 dated 15 apr 2010. here i want to inform that almost five days has been spent but i couldn't get the solution not a single executive or mechanic visited my premises till i'm writting this complaint..
          anybody who is the responsible person, should do sumthing in order to maintain the faith of a consumer in the company.

            AC is not working properly. i already registered two compliants to customer care about compressor tripping but still no proper actiion has takenin favour.
            action taken by you against first complaint was two technitions has come and they just check the ac by opening the grill and clean it and filanny they said your AC is working fine. But still i am facing the same problem.

              I had purchased a 1.5 ton voltas ac from M/s Gupta Electronics, Dogra Chowk, Jammu, near to City Square on date:[protected] and installed on[protected] by your authorised service engineers M/s JCM, Jammu. But it is not working properely even from first day that a water leakage in indoor unit.
              After giving several calls to voltas authorise service centre M/s JCM, Jammu and customer care, but no body till date i.e.[protected],
              came for attend my complaint.
              I think that there is no officer or supervisor in voltas to see that voltas authorise centre and customer care
              person & its technician working properly.
              I think that i had done a great mistake to purchase voltas ac, which is not bother to attend the complaint.

                i hv purchased split a.c. on july 2009 from mahima enterprises, sanjay place agra(u.p.).. according to ur company rule first service held on after 6 month from purchasing date...........bt my plit a.c. service nt done till 19 april 2010.......i was complain to dealer on 1 april for service..... i was dissapoint that no one come for service.......i remind dealer for service daily bt dealer said ( kal ho jayegi kal ho jayegi paakka) till 19 april service nt done.........due to this coolng fo a.c. is also poor vry poor..
                i was very very upset why i purchased voltas split ac.
                no mean to purchase voltas split a.c. it is better to purchased cooler of local quality.......

                  We have purchased One No. 2 ton Voltas AC on 10/04/2010 from M/S IMPERIAL REFRIGERATION CO., DARYA GANJ, NEW DELHI- 1100 02 VIDE BILL NO. 153, vertis plus Window AC, srno.037282.From the day one their was lot of noise from the fan, we had lodged our complaint on[protected] at their customer care centre. The complaint No. is 10AP1201982, BUT till date i..e[protected], nobody attend our complaint. Whenever we try to talk to customer care executive, they promise us that tomorrow your complaint will be handle or hold our phone. Please help us.

                    I have purchased a 1.5ton window air conditioner of Voltas with Stabliser from Croma retail, Aditya City Center,Plot No. c/gh-3,Vaibhov Khand,Indirapuram,Ghaziabad-201010, on 15/04/2010, Delivry date : 16/04/2010, and installation within 48hr.. After meny reminders they supply only A.C.on 17/04/2010 at 7PM. without stabliser. They are not responce me properly, and installed tillnow. I have sent complaint to Croma Customer Care also. Due to this I have mentally harrased and upset.My. Bill No.[protected], and Customar No. 9014623.

                    That is simply disgusting. I was planning to buy a Voltas AC from Croma, Gurgaon today only. But after reading your comments, I surely will not buy from Croma. Thanks for the information.

                    Croma — AC not installed

                    I purchased a 1.5 Ton window AC from CROMA SG road Ahmedabad on 16 Jun 11 and was promised free installation of the same within 48 Hrs. The company reps started demanding money and material for installation subsequently ( upto Rs 1900) and even after 72 Hrs, nobody has turned up.
                    I had to finally spend money from my pocket get the AC installed on my own.

                      This is Gatla Ram Reddy,i have taken VOLTAS SPLIT Ac on 10/9/07,from Samurai Marketing in Warangal
                      AC Model:1.5 Ton,Vertis Plus Split A/c,We got problem on March 20th 2010,where we purchased that shop was closed completely,so we booked a complaint at Head Office of Voltas Company in Hyderabad on 12th April 2010,They send their service Mechanic on 17th April 2010,and he told that the fault is with compressor
                      .and he demanded rp 500 for finding fault,but we have 5years of warrenty. So we are facing problem from last 1 month in this hot season,So Please Instruct your Service Engineer to Replace the compressor with out further loss of time.

                      i have purchase a window VOLTAS airconditioner from khosla electronics pvt. ltd.(Dalhousie branch) 1&2, old court house corner, kolkata-700 001 vide there bill no DA/3439 dated 02.05.2012. the supllied machine is on the insttalation by there person found defected and inform that machine is not working properly and not to be installed. today engineer come and check & repair machine without my permission.i told to engg that don't repair but him repair same and tell me that as per instruction by owner i repair. now i want to replace the said a/c. i call to khosla electronics, voltas hydrabad but not replliedd safisfactory and told that installed the machine & use same.but why i taken repair machine.

                        I purchased air conditioned from Kalpana Digital at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi but no warranty card and user manual could be made avilable in the original packing and seperately by the distributor. They assured that they would provide if you visit personally. But I could not visit and the same is still not available with me.

                          i purchased an voltus ac from khosla electronics , garia on 06th april 2010 , by cash rs 16200/- and thereafter after serious follow ups for 3 days my machine was delivered at my residense on 10th april '10 and people from voltus came to install the same on 11 th april , they opened the packing and it was found to be a damaged machine as the gas was not there due to transport damage and the front pannell was found broaken ,even then they installed the machine and it was not working . i informed the incident to khosla electronics as they have supplied me a defective one and they have refused to exchange the same sending the ball to voltus's court and i 'm facing the hazards of spending rs 16200 and begging at all ends for proper justice

                          On may 2014 i buyied a ac of voltas from snapdeal. I have discovered that the AC has the problem fan noice very much
                          The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the AC has been replaced and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days.
                          I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the AC to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
                          I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.

                            I've bought a Voltas Vertis Vectra 1.5ton Split Ac in 2006 and hardly used for a yr in my guest house, then removed and kept as a spare, as i sold the house, now i wanna fix it, the indoor tem plate is lost {left behind in the sold house}, i placed a compliant, My call No. 10AP0302612, My Customer id is C1297140, asking for a new tem plate, they said i'll get it in 3 days when i called the 4th day they said 3 more days, yesterday when i called they said 15 days, i lost my patients, i asked will ur'll be able to give me the spare or not he said he will call me in 1 hr, till now no feed back, service seriously Sucks, i regret for buying a Voltas Product, it will be of great help if this reaches the right person to take action

                            I agree 100% Voltas sucks. I bought 1 window unit from Vivek & Co and the day they came to fix it they messed up the front board and forced it down crudely and went away. Now within one year the power cicruit board as they call it is burnt and the instanbt switch on the UPS (Guardian) does nto work for a long time .

                            Unfortunately in our country these guys are going scot free because of lack of consulmer rights. I understand LG is the best for spares availability.
                            Voltas just sucks.

                              My air conditioner is un serviceable and I have lodged a complain in Voltas call center vide complain no 10AP0703859 dated 07 Apr 2010 and same has not been attended yet in spite of approach to Area Manager and Reigonal manager. Company claims that any complain will be attended within 24 working Hours .No response yet . I hope mattyer will be looked by some more higher authorities to improve the company's image.

                              Voltas 2 ton vertis plus air conditioner — non attending of complaint no 10AP0703859

                              My Voltas air conditioner is un serviceable. I have lodged acomplained in call centre of Voltas company vide complain no 10AP0703859 dated 07 Apr 2010. This complain has not been attended till 14 apr 10 in spite of taking matter upto area manager and Regional manager on daily basis . No response only assurances are given. Very strange set up of customer care. I hope something will be done.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                i have booked one tata voltas split ac and got delivered on 10.04.2010 My call No. for installing the same is 10AP1002836, not yet attended by voltas team. Still the installation of new Voltas Split A/c is pending. My call was logged in voltas system on 10.04.2010 and till today on 13.04.2010 – 14:00 hrs. No one has turned up from voltas side. It has been 03 days since i am fighting with voltas people.
                                Further, false commitment is being given by voltas customer care representative – HITEN / SANTOSH / PRASAD to name a few that today installation will be finalised. But i am really fed up with the service or response given to a customer.
                                Even they are not ready to give me the agencies contact no i.e. “M/s. Shreya Enterprises” thru whom the installation is being carried out. Nor he is bother to give me a call regarding when they are going to install.
                                Please note that, by this time other branded companies like LG, SAMSUNG, WHiRPOOL would have already satisfied my request, but dealing with TATA VOLTAS IS REALLY PATHATIC.
                                THIS KIND OF SERVICE WAS NEVER EXPECTED ESPECIALLY FROM TATA GROUP.

                                  I have bought one Voltas A.C 1.5 ton last year. As per company policy, I have registered the complaint to the Voltas castumer care also on 11th April 2010, they also promised to rectify the complaint within 48 hrs but till date 3days have passed and they have done nothing. My complaint no. is 10AP1004678and customer id is C0932944.

                                  Now, as the summers have approached, and after 2 months of repeated torture, we are helpless and at the hands of the company.

                                    i have complain toll free customer care number the call is is register vide no 10Ju[protected] th june 2010 but till today no body has attained the call.what should i do shall i go to consumer court waiting for your reply
                                    i too have same issue. Logged a call on 09th june vide complaint id 10JU0903800. 10th June, technician came and identified that water drain spare has been broken and to be replaced. From that day onwards till 21st June, literally calling up Customer care toll free # and asking for the replacement of spare to front office and Sr. Executives. No body has turned up with any solution neither giving any further escalation details. This is a pathetic situation from the Voltas point of view, as its not resolved as of now. Who will look in to this and provide a update.. My contact # is +91-[protected].

                                      I have purchased two Voltas ac from dealers of voltas on 28 Mar 2010. The workers of the dealers installed the ac s on 28 th Mar and 31 mar . However till today no rep from the company (Voltas) came to demonstrated the product. The Ac s are making erratic noises and lot of vibrations. The compressor appears working errtically and noisy, disturbing my sleep. A better service is expected from a Tata company like Voltas.
                                      Today one mechanic from compny attended to complaints but could not rectify it. He refused my demand to record that the complaints are not yet rectfied to be entered in his form.

                                      New complaint registered to day with the company. No. 10AP0803560.

                                      Is it not the responsibility of the dealer to intimate the compny of a sale so that the installaton and demo be done by the company? And is it not the responsibility of the company to ensure that their dealers intimate the sales to them for aftersales services?

                                      Voltas AC — No after sales service

                                      This is to inform that I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton window AC in October'2008 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
                                      The AC which was brought to function from April 2009 stopped working after only one month or so.Thereafter, I called up the local dealer as well as Voltas Customer Care but all in vain. I have tried to contact them a number of times but they have not shown any interest.To add to my worry, the local dealer says that since the A/c is placed on the fifth floor its difficult for them to provide the service.It really sounds so absurd.
                                      I had purchased a tata product, voltas a/c vertis elite.I am sorry to say voltas has no quality, poor after sales network, fraud dealer network & no caring of customers. well in future I will never purchase any Tata product.

                                      Voltas window A.C. — NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

                                      On 19.7.2009, we have purchased one Voltas window a.c. (1 ton) from Kohli Bros., 13A Prehlad Market, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. The unit was installed on the same day and to our great shock, when we switched it on, the a.c. was making very disturbing noise as if something is broken inside. We called Mr. Kohli and informed about the same to which he advised us to contact Voltas call centre directly. The callous and indifferent attitude of Mr. Kohli was more shocking to us. Anyways, the very next day i.e. on 20th July, 2009 we called Voltas call centre and lodged the complaint. The problem is still the same despite the fact that technicians have visited our home twice. Please let us know where to call and who is the right person to call so that our problem of huge noise gets rectified.

                                        Dear All Customer Service Managers,

                                        This is in regards to the Windows AC I had purchased last year,Would like to apprise you that I had made an request to your Customer Service Centre[protected] regarding the servicing of the AC and the request no. is 10MR2800800 & 10AP0602484 respectively.It's very much surprised to know that it's been 15 days have past and no one has turned-up from Servicing Department regarding the same.I would also like to comment that this is something which is very much poor,disorganized,stupid response I had recieved when it comes to providing the delivery of services to their Customers and it is totally unacceptable from my point of view that the company like VOLTAS is entertaining this.
                                        I hope after reading my comments someone will wake-up and try to do the needful ASAP.

                                        Voltas/Window AC — FREQUENT PROBLEM

                                        Just after one a half yaer ac started givivng big and big problem.First fan motor got fail and after weeks thare is gas leakage as told by tecnician.and also telling may be require coil replecment,while it was working saisfactory during notor replecment.May i request to replace with new ac asit has either some manufacturing defect or poor quality of workmanship.
