i just want to confirm if this company is really fake or not. It make's me amazed for their offers, especially for the benefits. I t is so unusual compare to other big companies. Please be advice as sooner to know what I should do....

I PURCHASED A NEW VOLTAS VERTIS + AC IN AUGUST AND THE REMOTE OF THAT AC LEFT WORKING WITH VERY NEXT DAY I SUBMITTED IT IN VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER SONIPAT(HARYANA) NAMED AS (VISHVAS REFRIGRATION. PROP...VICKY SAINI.) . THE COMPLAINT NO WAS AU140885 .VERY SURPRIZED THAT NO RESULT CAME IN FOUR MONTHS OF THE SUBMITTION FOR CHAGE THIS REMOTE..VERY POOR SERVICE FROM VOLTAS ........WHO WILL USE AC IN NOW WINTER.........

I received an offer letter without even a telephonic conversation... they simply gave the offer letter once they asked to fill up a small form concerning my details .... after the first mail , i googled but the company's name was nowhere to be found ..evn the address was not there on googlemap... then i asked them about it and the very next day a whole new website poped up .. strange!!!! ... In short its a fraud... beware .,... again...

Purchased a Vertis Elite Air Conditioner in April 2009. The remote of the product stopped functioning in August 2009. A complaint was launced with the Voltas customer care, complaint number is 09AU230285. The remote was picked for replacment with no service remote control provided to us.

After a month time I was offered a used/old remote control as a replacement, which i refused.

I purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 Tone Window AC from Naveen Electrotech, New Delhi on 05th October 2009. At the time of purchase the dealer told me that you will get 2 free service. Demo was also given by Voltas person and they also confirmed that they will service the AC twice for one year. But till date my AC is not serviced even once and when I contacted them they are now saying that the AC is out of warranty by 2 days. WHAT TYPE OF...

my bro got a 1ton split ac from VIVEKS chennai. it has been over one month since i gave a three month old remote for service. the remote was taken for service (for the second time) on 21st august no word from them till a gave them a wake-up call few days back. these ppl don't even transfer the calls to their supervisor.after giving them some nice scolding they came in the evening... Respected Sir, I have brought the Voltas, vertis Plus 1.5 Tone ac from "AROVISION ELECTRONICS " ABOHAR Dist. Ferozepur on Date 04-06-09 . They give me a Stabliger which was not proper woking.I complaint this on the shop.They didnot atend the complaint . I am a TATA employee and I have bought Vertis elite 1.5 ton split AC from "Sri Maruthi Aircon, Saligramam, Chennai" on May 2009. Installation was done by 2 young guys who are inexperienced and did a very worst installation. I again fought with that agency and they corrected the installation.
