I had purchased one Voltas 1.5 Split AC from the above mentioned dealer. I had paid in full by credit card. Firstly they did not delivered on time.
Secondly I was told that the bill would come along with Technician who would deliver the AC unit. The technician didnot submit any bill.
Also after requesting the dealer to courier our bill they failed. In the mean time after 3-4 months the Remote of the AC stopped working. I complained to the service centre and also call centre but no response.
After long the technician came and took away the remote to repair.
Later I was told that it will be replaced but i need to show bill. But how on earth could i show them the bill since i was not given. Later the remote was kept in the service centre and not returned.

After several request the remote was returned without any change still stranded in same problem.

Then i called the call centre several times and I was told that my problem would be sorted out within 24-48 hours. Then another technicial came from another service centre. By the time i had myself verified that it was not AC remote it was the sensor on the AC side that was faulty. Then i requested the technician to rectify the sensor.
The technician took out the whole unit and told he would take for repair and would be back in 2-3 days. But another 10 days have again passed but there is no sign of anyone turning to get the AC repair.

This is how the company is providing the service support.

    My name is Naveen Kumar Singh. I have purchased an Voltas A.C. One tone vertis plus on date 22/05/10 from Nikky Electronics, shop A-1239, G.D. Colony Mayur Vihar Phase III New Delhi -110096.From the day first it is not working properly
    1. Remote Not working.
    2. P.C.B. circuit defective.
    3. We are not able to change the cooling level

    I have complained to the dealer Nikky electronics on date 23/05/10. The service center executive visited on 28/05/10 and 01/06/10 but not able to resolve the problems.

    As you can see that Dealer supplied me defective piece of Voltas A.C. I need your legal help to file a case against Voltas To sell me defective piece of A.C.

      Dear Sir,

      I've Purchased Voltas window AC (vertis Premium 1.5 win a/c) last year the ac is under waranty AC is not working for last 3 months & I've been putting the complaint for the same time but Voltas has sent the person each time who spend two or more days with repairing but result is zero they are just doing R&D with ac & no one is very sure where the problem is I've gone irritated now & want my AC to be replaced by Voltas with extended waranty. Plz take the appropriate action so as to bond these companies for their liabilitis.

        Purchased the Voltas AC vide bill no. 11, dt. 22/4/10 from New Kasmic Traders, mata rani road, Ludhiana ( Voltas Dealer) and got installed by dealer himself. Since its purchase the unit is not working properly, the same has been conveyed to the dealer, regional office of voltas at chandigarh and the head office mumbai. My problem was not solved since today. instead of solving our problem the regional office incharge asked us to lodge a complaint at the Toll free Nos. which has been regularly lodged at the following complaint no along with the dates for your ref.

        Inspite of my above repeated complaints the company has not bothered to redress my problem.         We like to bring to your kind attention that we have purchased the product (Split AC) of Voltas not of the DEALER's Mr. Vijay sharma was contacted through mail which he referred to Mr. Sandeep singh pathania, who is looking the customer care dept. and seems to be an agent or partner of the authorized service centre personnel in ludhiana from his rude conversation and behaviour on telephone which lasted for 25 - 30 minutes just to convey the message of authorized service centre..He interrogated me, as I was accused and asked about the date of purchased and threatened that why you have not contacted me earlier and now the 10 - 11 days have been passed and we have exhausted all the channels ie. Dealer and service centre. Due to Non Cooperation and satisfactory reply we are forwarding our request to you...More over, he refused to settle my complaint and asked we have no responsibility to give you service to the split ac purchased from the dealer, but not from the distributor cum service centre with whom he seems to be attached and looking after their interest instead of customers for which he has been deployed..Also, as said by him in the below mail that company is not responsible for improper installation as mentioned on the warranty card, we think Mr. pathania is not capable for this post because he does not know that the warranty card is in the sealed package which can not be seen without opening it, and the same package is opened by the person / mechanic / engineer.who has come to install the unit. Now 1 more point has been raised that the company is hiding the main / important terms in the package so that the customers can be exploited on these terms later on and money can be made...which was atleast not expected by THE BRAND "TATA"

        similar complaint was lodged with the company last year but on assurance given by the authorized person that this type of problem will not be created in future but same are being faced on second purchase as well and we hope this time not only assurance will be provided, rather corrective action should be taken to sort out the issue ASAP.

        Now we really had a bad experience with Voltas AC's...and surely we are not going to make any purchase of voltas ac and will also not recommend others to buy from voltas...

        Dear Mr. Vijay,

        We already have Voltas Split AC and bought a new one 10 days back from a local dealer in Ludhiana (M/s New Kasmic Traders) and we requested them to install the unit upon which they agreed and did the same within 2-3 days. But after the installation, it did not work....we informed regarding the same to the dealer upon which they came to verify the problem and they diagnosed that the gas was leaked and asked us to contact the authorized service centre of Voltas. Accordingly, we approached the authorized service centre and Mr. R.G.Singh checked the unit on 28th April and confirmed that refill is needed and assured to refill within 2-3 hours Till 30th April, no person has come to refill the gas and not replied satisfactory while tried to contact on telephone then we contacted Mr. Jain (Authorized Centre Head) who flatly refused to entertain our request on the basis that a unit has been installed by the dealer not by them and asked that we will not provide any kind of service in future also because the unit has been purchased and installed by dealer because they have not earned any paisa from the installation charges. Since we have purchased the unit 10 days back and not running till today, the question arises in our mind that whether we made a good decision to purchase voltas ac.!!!!!...again...because the same problems are being faced by us even after your past assurance.(plz refer below mails)

        We request you to please take necessary steps and direct the authorized service centre not to refuse and exploit the customer so that we may not hesitate to purchase the product of Voltas(World Renowned) in future.

        Also, we will be lodging the compliant at toll free nos. but we thought to inform you regarding the same first.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        My name is Anuj Paul Gupta and a resident from Ludhiana (PB). I have purchased a VOLTAS VERTIS PLUS AC last summer from a local dealer. Everything was going fine until I asked W.S.P.Care an authorised service centre for your company) to perform a service for the AC before I began with the usage this summer. He has sent some people after two days and more over those people were not specialized i.e. not knowing the basics of performing the service. Then after service, after 2 -3 days AC stopped working ie cooling was not there. I lodge a compliant again with the same service centre as they have performed the operations before as well. Then they said that MY AC needs refilling of the GAS (which was leaked from nowhere) ie no leakage symptoms found. Again after 2 -3 days the person came with the gas cylinder to refill the gas in the AC. when he left my AC was not providing cooling to me and moreover the leakage of the water started in the room itself. I again lodged the complaint, the person came again, he rectified the water leakage and the cooling problem(as he stated) but after he left again the cooling problem was there.

        Now, again I reported a complaint to the same service centre on Saturday 16th May, but til now no action has been taken, When I try to cal Mr. RG singh the owner of the service centre, he says that we will be sending the person today itself or they are already in my locality but they are not coming to my home. I waited for them the whole Saturday, Sunday, Monday (after calling them in the morning and waiting for their engineers to come) but no one came or contacted me.

        Yesterday I had a word with Mr. RG Singh about the same he said he will send a person after 8pm, although I requested him to send the person a bit early as I have to go to a marriage function but he said he cant. Even then I missed out my function taking into the consideration of the busy schedule of the service centres due to the summer season and I waited the whole night and moreover in the morning (today) but no one has yet came and even I have not rcvd any intimation from them. When I asked him and his employees to give me the compliant number yesterday, they refused to give and said that there is no complaint regarding this. Later I inquired today morning regarding the complaint it was there, complaint no. 254 dt 16/5/2009, which is not been forwarded to any of the engineers yet to rectify.

        My product is still in warranty / gaurantee. and I feel I am being exploited by these people.

        At this moment when some one asks me about this product and company I just said to them, "the product and the company is good but they dont provide a post purchase service"
        which does not suits to the company like TATA

        At the end i will like to request you to please consider my case and take required action so that i would not be an unsatisfied customer.

        After selling Voltas do not bother about after-sales service. I have also stopped buying Voltas products and told my friends to buy Samsung or other make. Never enter Voltas. Tatas have a bad name in consumer products and they
        have never succeeded in consumer durables because of absence of after-sales service.

          I had purchased one 1 pc. air cooled packaged air conditioner 8.5 ton capacity on 11/06/2009 vide your bill no. [protected] that was the time when my pains have begun. We have not used this pc. for more than 2 months last year. This was not because we never wanted to use it , it was because the unit had remain shut down due to one problem or other.The unit's fan motor has got burnt 3 times last year within a span of 2 months and was repaired everytime and given back to us.This year it is now june beginning and we have been trying to start this unit, but the motor problem still remains. I had purchased this unit from the Voltas Company just because the company enjoys a good name and reputation being owned by the Tata Group.But I am sorry to say,I was wrong ! I tried to register my complaint at the Toll free nos. mentioned in ur website, but they so coolly apologise for not having any service access in Amritsar. Now, I think this is my last try writing to ur company, if there is anybody who could solve my problem or else I should take now with the fact that I have been fooled around during the purchase of this unit.

            We purchased one Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton Vertis Panache/HC on 26th August’2009. This model of AC was purchased only after strong recommendation of the dealer. It is also pertinent to add here that the subject AC was slightly higher in cost so therefore better quality AC was presumed. But it proved to be one of the biggest error we had committed; this was realized only after installation in first week of September 2009. The AC took about three weeks to start for use and that too after lot of complaints with the dealer. We may add here that during the installation and demo, an inexperienced mechanic used to come and it is very sad to say that during the demo, the mechanic was not even aware about the basic functions and utilities of this model.

            After usage of 2 weeks, AC created cooling problems, complaints were lodged for it and again a complaint was lodged in 2nd week of October 2009 for the similar problem which was rectified after 2 weeks i.e. in last week of October’2009. This cooling problem occurred due to gas leakage twice and an inexperienced mechanic who had come to refill the gas for the first time actually cut the copper pipe for refilling the gas though there is a special valve provided for the refilling of gas which he was not aware of. Then came the winter and AC was not used. In the first week of April’ 2010, we again started using the AC after getting it serviced from the company mechanic. Then, this AC hardy worked for 15-20 days and it developed a technical problem for which a complaint was lodged with the company on 10th May’ 2010 (Complaint No. 10MY1004985) since then at least 8-10 mechanic have visited our home to readdress our complaint but till date our AC has not been set to order.

            Everybody knows about the height of summer this year. We had to buy one cooler in absence of AC with an extra expenditure Rs. 5,000 because we remained unheard even though we have contacted the Area Manager of the company, Dealer and Service Contractor. When we contacted the dealer, he showed his inability because there was no interest once he has sold the goods. Service Contractor said that we have already sent the parts of your AC to VOLTAS and now it lies in their hands when to solve the complaint. After this reply we talked to the Area Manager Mr. Sudipta Chakarborty who was came up on phone after a lot many calls and his reply was very casual. We made several requests to the Area Manager to replace the AC, he said we cannot satisfy each and every customer.
            It is very sad that after spending huge amount for getting relief from summer and our complaint still not resolved even after more than 25 days then what is the use of giving big slogans like “INDIA KA DIL, INDIA KA AC. & efficient rated AC etc.” and also they claim that we will solve your AC problem within 48 hours at the most. Our experience about Voltas is so poor since their own workforce and the service contractors are not only inexperienced but inefficient also. They don’t have any concern for consumer as they want to settle the complaint in a routine or casual manner even though the family is living in Day Temperature of 45 Degree Celsius and Nights of 38 Degree Celsius. It comes to our mind as if we have committed a sin by purchasing a Voltas AC. Nobody tells us the email address or telephone numbers of the higher authorities from where we can get our readdressal of our complaint fastly.

            Out of 9 months of purchase there were about 4-5 months (since remaining 4 months was winter) in which could have used the AC but it only worked for not more than 45 days. There so called service engineers came 7-8 times to attend the lastly lodged complaint and took away many important parts which have not come back till date even after 3 weeks. What a fine example of After Sale Service. The most terrible thing is that our 1-Year Service Warranty is expiring in August’ 2010 in which almost 2 months are left. We have requested them several times to replace the AC for which on one hand they are not agreeing it to replace the AC and on the other hand they are not able to repair the AC after 3 weeks itself.

            Now it comes to our mind that branded items are sometimes an utter failure to purchase with. What surprises me is that when someone comes to Voltas, it is with the belief that it is a TATA company and thus it would be the most reliable one. How can your Service Contractor send the so called mechanics who instead of repairing the AC end up damaging it as mentioned above in case of refilling of gas. How can one trust a company whose Service Contractors try and cheat their customers. I do not even know what to do with my AC as I can not trust any of Voltas Service Contractors. The only choice left is to get rid of Voltas AC and go for some other brand. Yet if Voltas (a TATA company) cannot provide good services then who else can?

            We request you to get it replaced because his model very well known to the mechanic teams. We now request your esteemed network/organization to help us in the readdressal of our complaint at the earliest possible occasion by taking the matter with concerned higher authorities of Voltas.

              I have purchased a voltas 1 ton virtis from M/s.Maruthi at Chennai before 4 years. From the inception I am getting so many problem especially in summers..

              1. 1 & 2 Years stabilzer problem
              2 3 & 4 th years electronic board problem.

              I made several complaints to your Toll Free Number and M/s.Maruthi Agencies. Last one month two times removed the board and serviced by M/s.Maruthi engineers. But they could not able to rectify the problem.

              Hence I kindly request that the same may be taken back and supply the new one immediately. Otherwise there is no option to approach the consumer forum.
              I have purchased only because of Voltas is a reputed and standard company. After buying the same, I came to understand that you are not supporting to the customers like other non-branded products.

              I request you to take necessary action to replace the substandard quality supplied by your dealer M/s.Maruthi Agencies.

                I have brought a ac with Voltas, a 1.5 ton Vertis premium spilt a/c from Vijay TV Show Room on 27th April-2010 in Guntur. I have been facing problem since the day 2nd, the installation was done. I have logged a complaint with Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7). The Complaint number is 10my1500965 . This was raised a 23 days back and still there is no response from Voltas or from the dealer.

                I have been followed up with these people for n number of times through calling the dealer, Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7) and also sent mail for requesting like anything.

                I have not got any response from them. I just wanna to make the people aware, what kind of service is providing by the Voltas by my complaint. Please don’t go for the Voltas Product. They will treat you like anything while giving you a faulty product.

                My complaint no. is 10SP1602706 dated[protected].It is regarding the non functioning of the stabilizer The mechanic came on[protected] and tooki the stabilizers for repair and did not return back till now. The reminder were given several times at customer care . Mr. Mukund attended the call and assured that the stabilizers is under mantenance and will be returned back soon. He was contacted on[protected] and on[protected]. Again the rminder was given on[protected] at 2200hrs and Mr Aslam received the phone call. he replied and spoke very rudly and non sence . Please note that inspite of so much harrasment there was no satisfying response from Voltas customer care.I am very much dissatisfied with Voltas customer care ant would not recommend any one in future to buy any Voltas equipment

                  Very recently i have purchased Voltas AC (Virtis premium) from Aircon India, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Just after 3 days water getting leakage from the indoor unit. But no action have been taken after informing many times to dealer as well to voltas customer care, I am really fed up with their service. Please take the necessary action on dealer and get this issue resolved.

                  We too have the same issue and in spite of complaining several times no action as been taken. I wonder why does Voltas not rectified this faulty model. I wish someone takes any action in this regard.

                    my complaint as per purchase bill no 4325 dated 28-08-09 from m/s rhythem house noida for voltas vertis plus airconditioner 1.5 ton 3 units.

                    My numerous complaints and followup all in drain as per their registered complaint number 10AP1904435 DATED 19-04-10 AND 10MY1503004 DATED[protected] FOR ONE OF THE AC.

                    I am unable to get the solution to the working state of the AC please let me know what we should do to get the problem solved.

NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECIVED TILL TIME.

                        I PURCHASED A VOLTAS WINDOW AC 1.5T VERTIS PLATINA FROM KALPANA DIGITAL WORLD, 1/10,12 LALITA PARK, MAIN VIKAS MARG, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-92 ON 18.04.2010, INVOICE NO. K-00761/10-11. NEXT DAY HIS MAN HAS CAME AND INSTALLED AC. AFTER CALL 3RD DAY FROM VOLTAS COMPANY A MAN HAS CAME FOR DEMO. AFTER DEMO THE AC WAS WORKING. AFTER 4-5 DAYS THE COOLING EFFECT WAS NOT GOOD AND I ASKED ON PHONE THEY SAID AAP KIS POINT PAR CHALA REHAY HAI. I SAID 25 OR 24 THEY SAID AGAR KAM COOL KAR RAHA HAI TO AAP 20 OR 18 PER CHALAYE.                           i purchased one .75 ton ac voltas vertis plus make in year 2008 . since that time my ac is not working properly . it is having cooling problem from the date of purchase. reply to complaint takes place after month .last year on 26 june 2009 (complaint no 09JU293144)i made complaint but replied very slowly after a month.Even last month april 10-2010(complaint no 10AP1002236) i made complaint but no body came to me . again i made complaint on 18 may 2010 ( no 10MY1801929) engineer came for servive and checking but same problem is there . i purchased this ac due to brand name but its service is very poor . kindly forward my request to concerned department so that my problem can get solved as soon as posible

                          Service is pathetic no concern about the customers problem 64719333 no is not pcking up the phone.Never ever buy Voltas product rather TATA product its been only 15 days I bought voltas Ac product is performing worst no cooling still customer service people not bothered dealer also pathetic

                            In 2008 I Purchased Voltas AC at my home. Both my 1 ton Votas Vertis Split AC are sparsely used and are being serviced (during the warranty period and there after for 1 year by AMC) by M/s. Vikas Enterprises. Last year one of my remote was not working due to leakage of battery and was repaired by M/s. Vikas Ent. for Rs.600.

                            Ever since the remote was not working well. This year since the services provided by them were not to my satisfaction I was requesting them to have a look at the placements of AC so that they can be serviced better. In the mean time one of the ACs developed a leakage and on request M/s. Vikas Ent sent a two mechanics who while repairing the leak broke the locking pin of the lid of blower part of the split AC.

                            Because of the unexperienced mechanics who come for the services I decided not to use M/s. Vikas for the further services. In the mean time both my remote stopped working. I lodged a compalint with your 1800 number. 2 mechanics from M/s. RPM services came. I allowed them to take only one remote for repair. This was done as per their service report no. 6505 dtd. 06/05/2010. Today (i.e. on 08/05/2010) the mechanics came to my house with 2 remotes. Their claim was since my remote was unrepairable they are supplying me with the new remote. Saying this they produced my original remote (which was in very good condition) claiming it to be the new remote and an old remote with pen marking on all buttons saying that was my old remote. While questioning that my remote was in pristine condition why the marks, i was told they put marks on the buttons to identify them (surprisingly they does not seem to have heard about labels).

                            Mr. Lad, I threw both of them out of my house with both the remotes and sat down writing to you about the matter. What surprises me is that when some one comes to Voltas it is with the belief that it is a TATA company and thus most reliable. How can your service providers send the so called mechanics who instead of repairing the units end up damaging it. How can one trust a company whose service providers try and cheat their customers. I do not even know what to do with my AC.As i can not trust none of your service providers only choice left is to get rid of Voltas AC and go for some other brand. Yet if Voltas ( A TATA company) can not provide good services who else can?

                            I have already placed complaint with one M.r Nandkumar Lad of Voltas without any response.

                              When I bought a new house, I got 7 voltas split A.C. installed in my residence during off-season, after summer was over. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that Voltas being a TATA company, is the best choice for ACs. However, to my horror, I discovered that actually it is the WORST.

                              All those AC are non-performers, break-down every 7 days and nothing happens when you complain. After sales service in our area is sub-contracted by VOLTAS to a private party in the name of Swift Air Care (somebody in the name of Gulyani) who are big frauds. Everytime, you call them they will tell you that they are sending a person in 2 hours which will actually never happen. I have been chasing them for my Bedroom AC, for the last 2 weeks and you hear the same answer. I feel like shooting those guys. This is a regular thing for us for the last 2+ years and now we have decided to replace all Voltas AC.

                              Please never think of buying any VOLTAS brand. If you have any enemy, only then you advise him to buy VOLTAS. It appears TATA are no more concerned about their goodwill. What the hell Ratan Tata is doing ? Spoiling the name of his forefathers ?

                              Even at the time of writing this complain, 5 of those 7 ACs are not working. We have actually now given up.

                                As discussed with you in the past that am having trouble in this machine since the date of installation.

                                1) Your several people have come to my house, and tried to repair the AC. Your own people yesterday confessed that the first repair of the motor replacement is faulty, as the same is 2nd hand and is of low speed, whereas the original motor was high speed. You are most welcome to my house, and see with your own eyes the condition of the motor replaced, and the speed of fan.

                                2) Apart from this, the cooling becomes zero within 2 hours of filling the gas. Your several people have visited, and no one seems to understand the reason why / from where the leakage is. Even during the 2 hours when the gas is there, the compressor / condensor makes generator like noise, and all your people are tight-lipped for the reason.

                                - Had there been any electricity fault, the other 4 a/c's installed in the apartment would not have been running flawlessly (including 1 window ac of Voltas).

                                3) Am thoroughlly digusted with the product, and am tired of spending time/weekends with your service people of getting the product repaired.

                                - Pls treat this email as a formal notice to you and your company for getting the maching replaced within the next 48 hours (expires on 20th May).

                                - Failing to do so, I shall be happy to move to the court for mental damages, and replacement of the faulty product.

                                  I purchased 1.5 ton voltas window AC in 2007. The performance so far has been below average. This season i complained to thier Service Helpline on 1st Mayto send the engineer for troubleshooting. The engineer came after one week (on 8th May) after umpteen calls and follow-up. The compressor was found faulty (under 5 years wtty). The compressor was taken on 9th May by thier Noida service dealer M/s Swift Aircare with a promise to replce the compressor within 3 days. The dealre and company helpline is so casual and not giving any proper response. This is the WORST service experience i am having. Voltas (TATA brand) is good for nothing. I am repenting my decision to go for TATA brand. I am quite satisified with other ACs (LG) whihc are working for more than 5 years and their service is prompt.

                                  I dont know how to reach thier Managing Director. I am planning to put my Voltas AC in a coffin and send it to thier MD.

                                  voltas limited Air Conditioner — Pathetic service

                                  I have purchase voltas AC a few months back which promised me free services, They have given Address of Authorised service contractor as Comfort Point in ghatkopar east, we tried a no. of times for servicing, they say our guy will come tomorrow, but no one ever comes. Now, nobody is picking up the phone as well.
                                  I purchased an VOLTAS AC on 30.4.09 from Raj pal Marketing (Pvt.) LTD.
                                  Now the compressor stopped working.
                                  I made several complaints No. 10JU0303317. 2nd complaint 10JU0601339,
                                  3rd complaint 10JU1001179,
                                  I am sorry to say that my AC has not yet been repaired, so far.
                                  At the time of purchased every one promised for good service, Trusting tatas service
                                  I opted for voltas AC but Now seeing their worst service I am feeling that I was fool to trust their
                                  service, and purchased Voltas AC.
                                  Derler says that I am help less the company people not giving spares,

                                  I have purchased a Voltas Vertis 1.5 ton AC from M/S Sunview Electronics, New Delhi on 4th March 2008. The air conditioner has not been working to our satisfaction since the beginning. Also there has been a leakage of gas every 3 months for the last 1 year. We have been contacting the customer care helpline for the resolution of the problem. We have been assured by the customer care personnel that an engineer from "Voltas India Ltd." would visit us to look at the nagging problem. However an executive from Ms Ginni Aircon has always been coming to our place without providing any satisfactory resolution.The attitude of Voltas towards the customers seems exactly opposite to your after sales service motto "At Voltas, we believe that our relationship doesn't end when you buy our products. It's just the beginning."

                                  I have purchased a Voltas Air Conditioner in April 2010. It's Swing stopped working in July 2010, i have placed a complained in Voltas Customer Care. Since then i am cordinating with them and found no results. The remote of my Air Conditioner is still with them. I am completely unable to use my product. After suffiring so much my duty is to tell you about my problems and have complete faith on you, thay may be you may solve my problems.

                                  Here we would like to inform you that we have purchased 2 units of VOLTAS A.C. (2 Tonne) on 20.05.2010. Now the condition is that the A.C's. are not in order hence no cooling is being made in the Bank premises. We have logged the complaint at their service desk on 04.05.2011. but till date it is not being resolved despite the repeated reminders (at least 2-3 times a day) nobody bothers to attend the complaint. We have also called at their central service centre and requested them to transfer the line to their higher officials but no response was received by us despite the line was held by us at least 20 minutes. Then we again called at customer care centre and and we were again assured that the complaint will be resolved by the Saturady or Monday end of the day but till date the position is same.
                                  Sir, kindly take a kind view on the above mentioned complaint and take some strict action on that as we are being harassed by the company since last 10 days and the functioning of the bank is also effected due to humid conditions. Functioning of the system is also effected by the higher temperature.

The ac delivered to was tried to installed on 28/05/2013, but the company person told me that the ac is not new and is an replaced peace. I called up the dealer so he marked the complaint to voltas. On 29/04/2013 company employee came and visited and made an report claiming that re ac is replace peace and is of 2010 model. Dealer told me that they will not be able to change the ac until they get an confirmation from the company. Company people promised me that you will get an new ac within 24 hours but after waiting for the same I did not got any response either from any party. Neither dealer nor voltas is ready to change the peace when I paid for the fresh peace. Now on Monday am filing an case against both the parties as they have cheated and miss guided me and be fooled just to sell their product. In case the message is read by any voltas official please call me nog the undersigned no.

I want to know that which product needs too much repair in a single year only that means peace was defective at the time of purchase. Team my hardened money is going into vain because no action is taking at voltas end. I want to repalace my product as soon as possible instead of any repair. I shall be very thankful to you. After that I will have the way to reslove this case through district consumer forum with interest of 1 year 3 months and harsement cost as well. I shall also report this case as soon in newspaper punjb kesri and ruined the reputation of brand like voltas.

Your senior executives assured me that the problem will be get resolved by today end of day by hook or crook. Now m fed up of all these false comittments &amp; fake promises from ur call centre executives &amp; technician as well. In future I would not suggest for volats product to any of mine dear ones due to poor service n product desatisfaction &amp; As soon i Shall file the case in consumer court against voltas for poor sevice, product desatisfaction &amp; harasement as well.

                                  I have voltas split AC and i have contacted voltas service centre number of times for servicing and gas refilling, Inspite of reminding number of times till date no body has turned in.

                                  I want to also share that as such this piece was defective and i came to know after its warranty was over, as everytime i use to complaint that it has less cooling and voltas people use to say no its too warm thats why you are feeling like this and once its warranty was over i was told its aluminium tubes have hole and cant be repaired and i had to pay almost Rs 7000 for their fault..

                                  Again no one turned up and now strongly feel that it was my biggest mistake to buy voltas AC.

                                  We are authorised to buy CSD product being defence personnel but name voltas made me feel strongly to buy AC from open market.Sorry to say services of voltas are very poor and very unprofessional approach.

                                  Infact when i was kept in dark by your people when the coil had holes i consoled my self as i have high regards for TATA group but now i am going to raise this to higher authorities in TATA group as such treatment and chaeting not acceptsd to me.

                                  I've purchased a split ac on 10/04/2022 with invoice no A[protected]A441 - IMEI/SR no 4552698A20CB02396, 4512754D21AA02816..after a month it's stopped working, made complaint multiple times but didn't get resolution.
                                  Complain no [protected] has been closed without resolving the issue.engineer has visited on 13/08/2022 to check the AC and found some technical problem in coil or compressor so my Ac is in dead condition.He has taken time for one week to change the defective part. Its n guarantee period.I have used this Ac only for 20 days approx only. I am really very irate.
                                  Request you to please arrange to change the parts and resolve the issue on priority basis.

                                    THIS IS A COMPLAINT ON BEHALF OF MY CLIENT MR.GAURAV SHARMA, WHO PURCHASED A VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER VIDE BILL NO.13230 DATED 23/05/09 . FROM M/S LAXMAN SALES CORPORATION, MATHURA.
                                    THE A/C WHICH IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD STOPPED FUNCTIONING A 2 MONTHS BACK, WHICH WAS AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS TO THE DEALER WAS PICKED UP FROM THE PREMISES WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED.
                                    NOW THE PROBLEM ARISES WHEN MY CLIENT IS ASKING FOR IT’S A/C TO BE INSTALLED BACK. THE DEALER IS MISBEHAVING AND NOT GETTING IT DONE. EVERY NOW AND THEN HE MAKES EXCUSE FOR THE SAME. HERE I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED ON “VOLTAS” COMPANIES REPUTATION AND NOT THE DEALER.
                                    ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR. TELL ME WHY A CUSTOMER SHOULD BUY A/C OF SUCH A COMPANY WHEN THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE WHEN ITS REQUIRED MOST DURING SUMMER TIME.

                                      I purchased an Voltas Split air conditioner(Vertis) from a local authorised dealer in April 2008. The very same day of installation the A/C would stop automatically after 15 minutes without any cooling effect. I observed that the technicains who installed the A/c were in a hurry to finish the job and didn't even wait for long to check if it worked fine. After registering a complaint, the next day another technicain came and checked the outer unit.. we found a wire that was not connected to one of the points... after that was fixed.. it continued working for few days and stoped once again... this time without any cooling effect the ac would remain on.. once again a new complaint was registered... technicains came... took away the outer unit and replaced the compressor with a refurbished one after a week.. it continued to work for one year.. and once again the AC stopped functioning... all this time I was not charged anything for the service as the ac was under warranty. Now Inorder to get this fixed I've sent a few mails to the senior officials of VOLTAS and they say that due to the location I live in .. such cases are common and I would have to shell out Rs2500/- to get the gas refilled,, earlier the amount suggested was Rs 3000/-... after having spent Rs.24000/- to buy a VOLTAS ac which I thought was worth has turned out to be a disaster... More over the company is refusing to get it replaced,,, I'm not keen it getting it repaired and facing the same issue every six months .. My friends who live in the same area and purchased other brands have no such complaints and has never got their ac serviced in less than 2 years.. I am asking for a refund... 100% refund..no replacement as i have no faith I this brand anymore

                                      dear sir i purchased an a/c2ton from national electronics saharanpur on14/05/09 and there is gas leakage from comp when i contacted to them they refused to do so i just wanted a help from u because i buyed ac carrier no 1but condition i have seen what the dealers r doing of the carrier reputation i just want u cont me [protected]

                                        I Bought a Split AC From Voltas , like after and year the service technician came for rectifying a small problem, when checking the broke the swing blades and swing motor.They wrote on the bill that they would defenitely replace it for free but when we call them they say were are bringing it , again after 5 months we called them they say we gave it to your person , finally after 8 months they do not respond at all we tried the call centre after that they also do not respond what kind of company this. Please give me a suggestion
