[Resolved] Voltas Ac — Free Service

I had logged a call for '2nd free service' of windows 1.5 ton, comp. no 11MR2206744 on dated 22.03.2011, after taking continues follwup with customer care, answer was call is in progress...on dated 02.04.2011 i had take followup with customer care, answer was call closed...so i had logged one more comp. and number is 11AP02025455...still i am sufer .....customer care alwasys informed me that call is in progress..and tomorrow service engineer will call to me but still no one had called me up...

please do the needful.

problem : its supplying current to its full body
so sir please make it repair as soon as possible before any accident take place.
