I bought VOLTAS 1.5 ton ac @ RATHNA FAN HOUSE CHENNAI T NAGAR, THEY TOLD THE NEXT DAY THE SERVICE PEOPLE WILL COME AND FIT THE AC, BUT THEY TOOK AROUND 4 DAYS AFTER WE MADE 10 CALLS AND REQUESTED. WE BOUGHT THE AC IN MARCH,2011.. BUT IN MAY 1ST, THE FAN(PROPELLER) OUTDOOR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES, WE CALLED THE CORRSPONDING SERVICE PROVIDER (RITE AIRCONS - VOLTAS AUTHORISED SERVICE PARTNER) AND COMPLAINT AND THEY TOLD, TODAY WE WILL PUT REQUEST TO VOLTAS FOR NEW FAN PIECE AND NEXT DAY WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. BUT THEY DIDNT CAME. WE HAV MADE AROUND 60 PHONE TO THE SERVICE CENTERS, THEY TOLD PIECES CAME NEXT DAY WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. PLS BEAR.. ALMOST 8 DAYS WAS OVER, BUT THEY DIDNT MAKE UP, LASTLY THEY TOLD IN ANOTHER 1 HR WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. WE WAITED FOR 5 HRS, THEY DIDNT CAME. WE CALLED SERVICE CENTER MGR AND COMPLAINTED, THEY LOOKED AND TOLD, SIR, THE FAN PIECE THAT CAME WAS NOT UR MODEL, SO PLS BEAR WE WILL PUT NEW RQST AND IT WILL COME IN NEXT 2 DAYS. WE DONT KNOW WHAT WE DO. ITS AGNI NATCHARAM TIME.. ITS 107 DEG IN CHENNAI. WE HAV PREGNANT LADIES IN HOME. DONT KNOW HOW TO BEAR IT. PLS DONT GO FOR VOLTAS.. (SERVICES THE WORST i HAVE EVER SEEN).

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the Complaint No.11AP3004087 dtd 30th April 2011, we have a Hotel in Satara named as Hotel Maharaja Regency we are using 40 Nos of Split and Window A/c units of Voltas company in our Hotel and office . One of my A/c Room inner unit motor was suddenly defuse i called up your centre no.[protected] and launched a complaint and order a purchase a new motor No . YDK-18-4-A6 and Indoor unit No.4551036C08C009542 to Mr.Raman his Mobile No. is [protected] in your Karad office personal had called serval time and reminded them for the same but everyday they give a new reason saying motor is not avaiable in the market. i also called the call centre but everytime they only hanged up the call and i was listening for more then 15 mins. till date i have not received the motor and and that is affecting our business last 24 days we have blocked 1 A/c room in a peak hot season. Can you suggest what should a customer do .
It is just impossible to deal with our company and people. I have spoken to more the 3 executives regarding this issue but thereafter they also did not attend my call.
