I have purchased Voltas 1 Ton Window AC from Manoj Enterprises (Mayur Vihar-I) Delhi in April, 2010 and it is making a rattling sound at start-up ever since. I have registered the complaint several times on this company support no. They said to me your problem would be resolved in next day and sent a person who came and did something but could not fix the problem. It still giving out irritating sounds. Then I interacted with its PRO Mr. Alok Khanna. He too assured only once on email to sort it out. But later he too kept quiet. Nobody visited ever thereafter. The rattling sound still remains there.

I had a very bad experience with Voltas Company.Don't know what to do.


I did very big mistake to have purchased this company AC.

    Respected Sir,

    DEFICIENT SERVICE BY VOLTAS
    WINDOW A/C OF 1.5 TON.RISK OF LIFE
    OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. Dated the 16th May-11

    I have an 1.5 ton window A/C of “VOLTAS VERTIS MAKE”. Due to some reasons or other it was not at all working. Having no choice, I placed my request to the “VOLTAS” KOLKATA OFFICE under their “CALL BACK” option. The VOLTAS sent a technician from ASANSOL& after inspecting the same, opined that the “COMPRESSOR” of the same to be replaced. After consultation with their Kolkata office e, I agreed for the “REPLACEMENT “of the defective one by new one. The VOLTAS entrusted the job to one M/S SMART CARE of Asansol , Which is actually the authorised service provider of M/S Godrej & Boyece Mfg. Co.Ltd not at all of of VOLTAS. The SMART CARE took away my AC for replacement of COMPRESSOR on 31/03/11 and returned the same on 09/04/11 and raised a bill of INR 10750/= including the cost of new COMPRESSOR INR 8100/= +other charges.
    2. They did not provide me any authentic bill/invoice etc of VOLTAS confirming that they had actually replaced my old defective one or just “locally REPAIRED my old one” duped me like many more customers. Neither the VOLTAS nor the SMART CARE are paying heed my pleas.
    3. In view of the foregoing, Iam in totally loss and living with my family members for any unfortunate accident causing even death. Major serious casualties. I, therefore, pray before your honour to do justice in my case by “COMPENSATING ME WITH A NEW AC OR OR A SUM OF INR 50000/=.

      I bought a 1.5 tonne Window AC from the retailer (Top In Town, Sigra) on 17th of April 2011. On 1st May, it automatically shut down. I called the Voltas Care centre on 2nd May. They sent a mechanic on 4th May. He inspected and said a sensor is faulty and he will send his superior. The superior came on 5th May and said the sensor will have to be replaced. Thereafter, everyday I have been following Up, but no results. They keep delaying. In the meantime I am left with a faulty Ac within 15 days of buying it in 46 degrees centigrade.

      What should I do. Please help.

        I purchased Voltas i Gold split 5 star A/C Sr. No.F004116 from
        M/S PUSHKAR ELECTRONICS,N.I.T.,FARIDABAD on 29.04.2011 bill No.278.
        At the time of installation it was found the swing flap of
        split A/C is not working and complaint was registered to the dealer
        M/S PUSHKAR ELECTRONICS,N.I.T.,FARIDABAD.
        After that complaint is also registered at Voltas Custmer Care
        No. 11MY0204488 Followed by Complant No. 11MY0601583.
        Service Engineer of M/S WEATHER COMFORT(Auth. service center
        Voltas) visited on 08.05.2011 service report No. 6781 and then service
        Engineer of M/S HI-TECH COOL COMFORT(Auth. Service Center) visited
        on 10.05.2011 service report No.493.
        Till date 15.05.2011 the SWING FLAP is not replaced.For neccessary
        and earliest action please.

          Sub:Harrassment and Torture in Repairing/Replacement of New Voltas Vertis Gold i Split A/C serial No.F004161

          SIR,
          I have purchased VOLTAS VERTIS GOLD i Split 5 STAR A/C Sr. NO. F004164 From
          M/s.PUSHKAR ELECTRONICS,NIT FARIDABAD On dated : 27.04.2011 Bill No.234.
          Since 02.05.2011 This A/C iS not funtioning.Complaint regarding it
          was made on Voltas Customer Care No. 11MY0204397 followed by Complaint No.
          11MY0601531.
          After lots of efforts made by me, till date so many service engineers
          from Authorised service centre of Voltas visited for the REPAIR/POST MORTEM
          of this A/C 6-7 Times without giving any Service Report but couldn't get
          the A/C Repaired.
          During this,they have changed/Repaired/Opened PCB/Transformer,Indoor Unit,Out
          door Unit,so many times.
          Always they have assured that the A/C will get repaired very soon.

          Tel.No.[protected] have also assured the problem will get solved on priorty.
          New (TOP MODEL) A/C only 19 Days old which is not funtioning since

          REPAIRED/REPLACE are in vain shows the case of HARASSMENT and TORTURING
          The INNOCENT CUSTOMER.
          Now it also bound me to initiate for the LEGAL ACTION.

          Dear Sir,

          This is with reference to the Complaint No.11AP3004087 dtd 30th April 2011, we have a Hotel in Satara named as Hotel Maharaja Regency we are using 40 Nos of Split and Window A/c units of Voltas company in our Hotel and office . One of my A/c Room inner unit motor was suddenly defuse i called up your centre no.[protected] and launched a complaint and order a purchase a new motor No . YDK-18-4-A6 and Indoor unit No.4551036C08C009542 to Mr.Raman his Mobile No. is [protected] in your Karad office personal had called serval time and reminded them for the same but everyday they give a new reason saying motor is not avaiable in the market. i also called the call centre but everytime they only hanged up the call and i was listening for more then 15 mins. till date i have not received the motor and and that is affecting our business last 24 days we have blocked 1 A/c room in a peak hot season. Can you suggest what should a customer do .
          It is just impossible to deal with our company and people. I have spoken to more the 3 executives regarding this issue but thereafter they also did not attend my call.

            I had purchased a Voltas Vertis Premium 1.0 ton AC model last year on 30/5/10 from a dealer m/s Electronics India in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Last year I had not availed the 1st free service after six months of purchase as it is provided by the company.

            This year on 29/04/11 I requested through the customer care for 2nd free service and for updation of my residential address & contact info, the customer care agent provided me the reference id # 11AP2902574 and told me that the details had been updated and the service will be done in 3-4 working days.

            However after 5 days when nothing happened I called the customer care and inquired about the delay i was told that the service agent could not contact me as they were provided the old contact number (however the customer care agent had the updated contact info). For my satisfaction they escalated the issue and told same will be done in another 2 days and they provided me name & contact # of the service center (THE VINTAGE, Malviya Nagar Ph # [protected]).

            However since nothing was happening on 9/05/11 I again called up the customer care and the agent then con-called the service center and escalated the issue again and told by 10/05/11 service will be done. To the disgrace of the customer satisfaction nobody called me up from the service center, so I called the service center on 11/05/10 for inquiry into the issue and to my astonishment they were again trying my old contact number. Now they told me that the details were not updated and since as they got the updated details the service will be done the next day, however I am still waiting for a response from their side as nobody had turned up yet from their side.

            I would like to know how such a big brand company like VOLTAS is functioning with such disgraceful working culture where a customer is made to wait for 15 days for a service which is promised in 3-4 working days and how pathetic is the customer care cell where the customer contact details are not updated on request and shared with the authorized service agents.

            I am highly dissatisfied with the service and behavior of the VOLTAS Ltd in this issue and would like to escalate this issue.

            I had purchased voltas 1 ton ac like jan 2011 the installed person not at all installed properly, the ac is making noise while functioning, we called for local voltas customer care number but there is no respones till 15 days, we are very much dissatisfied with u"r customer service, i would like clear my complaint immediatly.(my name M.gajalakshmi, address-no 31, sekkadi street, palakarai trichy-1, ph-[protected], [protected])
            I had never seen such kind of pathetic services like voltas.

            I have 1.5 ton split AC & haing a low cooling issue in just 1 year. Till now 6th time the technician visited the site but the issue is still not resolved.

            No rating to voltas becasue they are very bad in their function/services

            We had purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac like Aug 2015 from Peak systems, the installed person not at all installed properly, the ac copper pipe was damaged, we called for local voltas -distributor -peak systems but there is no response & we need to follow up regularly till 2-3 days, and they are very arrogant & not giving proper service on warranty coverage we are very much dissatisfied with u"r customer service, i would like clear my complaint immediately. We are expecting good service from your end with good response.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I am Atul Gupta from Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248002. I bought a Voltas Split AC in 2009 from Volcare Cooling Solution, Bhatia Arcade, 52 Neshvilla Road, Dehradun vide bill number 2006 dated 2nd May
              2009. Since the last 2 months the remote of the AC has stopped working thereby making the AC unusable. I had called the customer care around 50 times during the last 20-25 days but there has been
              no step taken towards the resolution of my problem. The complaint number is 11AP2602829.
              Till date nobody from Voltas has made a single call to me to resolve the problem. I have spent thousands of rupees in calling them up repeatedly to remind them of my complaint and request them to take
              a step towards its resolution. Every time I am just given a false assurance that somebody will visit and cater to my complaint. I have been mentally harassed by Voltas as during this peak summer I am
              not able to sleep properly because of the AC not working. I want a compensation of Rs. 25000 towards the mental tension that I have faced because of the lack of sleep and also that my problem is
              resolved.

                we are sold two split ac (1.5 ton on[protected] of voltas because these product are manufactured by tata and they have provide free toll number but we are suffering one year and 5-6 time calling customer care number but there is no respons and i have sugest every person who are purchesing ac they have not purched VOLTAS.

                i had purchased 1.5 ton window AC from vivek&co chennai on 4th may 2009. from 19/4/2010 there is no cooling & i had given comlaint to voltas v ide complain no since then & till today them more than 50 times i ve spoken to them on various dates & even to their floor managers who r irresponsible. their status is nothing but just like peons as nobody bothors to listen to them.
                it is not even 1 year since i purchased the AC.
                the details to whom i ve spoken several times is as follows

                I would like to inform you that I have purchase Voltas window 1.5T AC from Better deals B-3, B-1 block Janak Puri New Delhi-110058.

                dated 19-june-2012 & installed at my residence, but window AC is not cooling Properly since installation.

                I have complaint on 19-may-12013.my complaint no is -13my19050. but no one solve this problem.

                to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would never buy the product of TATA in my whole life.

                My humble request, please solve this issue either replace AC machine or make correction if required any.

                In reference to complaint No.[protected]made by phone), I would like to draw your attention.

                - I purchased 1.5 Ton Split AC in May (last month) only. but installed on 3rd June.
                - I found a major problem that THE AC WAS NOT PROVIDING ANY COOLING.
                - I made a complaint on 04th June.
                - On 05th June Morning, A Voltas technician came, he checked & advised to attach a Stabilizer for the COOLING.
                - On 05th Evening, we attach a Stabilizer with the AC. But NO COOLING FROM AC.
                - On 06th June Morning, the Voltas technician came again. He checked. BUT NOW HE SAID THAT ""THE AC WON'T COOL MORE THAN THIS & Stay with this.""
                - On 6th evening, I called again to Customer Care. They told me that 1 of their Senior will call me regarding this matter. BUT NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE.

                ** IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING & SURPRISING THAT, EVEN AFTER 2 HOURS WITH RUNNING AC AT 16 DEGREE CELSIUS IN A 10x10 SMALL ROOM, WE ARE SWEATING WITH HEAT & SUFFOCATION. **

                I bought a Voltas 2 ton Split A.C with Model No. 243Cya . I bought it on 14th june 2015. It was installed on 15th june 2015. It stopped cooling just after 3 days of installation. I had made complaint also then technician also visited and said that there is no problem with the machine . There might have been some problem with electricity fluctuation. Then he just got away. The complaint again occured the same day at night.. Thus the technician also visited the next day again and again said that the machine is O.k..Again the same problem occuring today i.e 23rd june 2015. I have made a complaint with number [protected]. If your technician is not able to find the problem with the machine then in that case i want my machine to get replaced otherwisse just take your machine and refund me my money. Now i am not going to sign my complaint copy . And i am also going to file a case aginst you if my complaint would not get resolved .

                  I wish to draw your kind attaention toward my problem I have bought
                  the new AC -voltas vertis 1.5 ton on[protected] Form your dealer Gupta
                  Electronics ,with in a month it became like useless , it does not cool
                  the room . I launch the compalint in Customer Care not have been
                  visited timely after second complain the visited & verifieed the
                  complaint they found the case of Gas Leakage. after fouth day they
                  fill the gas in AC in just two hour it became like as before (like a
                  dump air conditioner). AC is not cooling at all .I have sent
                  mail on same day today they filled the gas in AC now it is not
                  working or not cooling ,in this summer if we dont't avail the facility
                  of your product so how we trust your brand name. If I would know that
                  How Voltas products are and How the Customer Care treat the Customer i
                  would not select voltas for my home.

                  I had purchased a Voltas window ac 123LYE from Croma on 29/05/15 which stopped working in less than a month of installing.After registering a complaint (complaint no [protected]), mechanic Arshad and senior mechanic Arvind from Voltas came to check the ac and confirmed in writing that the motor is spoilt .After having confirmed the same with Ms Priya (senior manager) and her reassurance that the ac will be replaced within a week as its under warranty, again 2 mechanics came and informed us that the fan is faulty and the previous engineers who were from voltas itself are inexperienced and the motor is not faulty and can be repaired and no replacement will be given.After installing a new part in the fan the ac still did not start and they also confirmed that it is beyond repair and needs replacement.
                  However, there is no revert from voltas regarding replacement inspite of several reminders.very poor service inspite of paying 23000 for the ac.
                  Will take the complaint to consumer court for cheating middle class customers of their hard earned money .
                  I purchased a Voltas window ac 123LYE on 29/05/15 from Croma at juhu .after installing, within a month it stopped working. On registering a complaint (complaint no [protected]) technician Arshad came for inspection and confirmed that the motor is faulty.After asking Voltas for a replacement of ac, senior technician Subhash was sent to inspect who also confirmed that ac needs replacement. Spoke to senior technician Arvind who confirmed on receiving the complaint and informed us that a request for replacement has been processed.spoke to Ms Priya (senior manager) who confirmed on already processing the request for replacement which would be done within 7-8 working days after which again 2 technicians were sent to inspect the ac.inspite of having in writing that the motor is faulty, they informed us that fan is faulty and ac will work after repairing the fan.they also said that senior technician Subhash and Arshad did not know their job.Ms Priya turned back on her assurance and told us that they will not replace the ac and will only repair it. After replacing the fan and frantically trying for an hour, the so called senior technicians also concluded that the ac is beyond repair as there is a major fault and will need replacement. however, there is no revert from voltas after that day.no one has bothered to follow up our complaint.ms priya hasnt bothered to get back with a solution.pathetic and poor service from voltas.cheating middle class people of their hard earned money.will take up the case to consumer court for fraud if no replacement.

                    Complaint against the quality of the product and the level of after sale services rendered to the customer
                    Company – TATA Voltas

                    Product – Window AC - Voltas Vertis-Elite

                    Problem –
                    1) No Gas in the compressor due to leakage in pipe within 5 days of purchase.
                    2) Quality of after sales service to the customer

                    Hi,
                    I bought 1.5 ton Vertis Elite on 06th May'11 and on 11th night we noticed that it stopped cooling (the 5th day of the purchase). We logged a complaint on [protected] on 12th at 08:45 am against which reference number 11MY1200194 was provided. I was shocked to know that the TAT of the technician to handle the complaint was 24 working hours. Upon asking the number of working hours to be considered in a day, I was told that a day consists of 8 working hours; that means the technician can take 3 days to visit us. Nobody turned up on 12th which I was not at all expecting. The person came on 13th at 02:00 pm; visited my place and told that there is no GAS in the compressor; he told me that there is a leakage in the pipe. I asked him that I purchased this machine 5 days back then how can it be possible; then he told me that the machine need to be sent to the company back to fix the issue for that the person from another team will visit you tomorrow(14th) to take it. Now the actual story starts, ITS 08:00 PM AND NO BODY TURNED UP FOR THE SAME. I called up customer care today at 02:00 pm to know the status of the complaint; the executive told me that your complaint was actioned as the technician visited yesterday. I told him the whole story and he committed that he is again marking a follow-up query on the complaint and the person will definitely visit me today only before 7:00 pm and will take my machine for the repair. When nobody turned up by 07:30, I again called up the customer care to and got a stunning answer, the CCE was not at all aware about my last call as there was no status/ comments available; I told him the whole story again; the person told me that he will arrange for the pickup today only OR the same will be done tomorrow. My whole day was wasted today and again I have to wait for tomorrow because I know that it won’t be possible for you guys to arrange in such a short time… I’VE EXPERIENCED YOUR SERVICES.

                    In this competitive time when companies are providing services in just 2 hours you are working on 3 day TAT… It is sooo surprising to see the quality of product TATA is providing to its customers (which failed in just 5 day) over and above, the awesome quality of service is being provided where customer is chasing the company for the resolution and service every second hour.
                    I was using LG ac from last 3 years and to bring to your kind notice the technician reach us within two hours after complaint was logged. I sold it off to buy a new AC and bought this tin; I think buying a Voltas was my worst decision; I am not saying this because of the fault in the product; but because of the service you guys are providing and not meeting your own commitment.

                    Now after putting 17000/- with an intention to live a peaceful life this summer I ended up having a sweaty nights and days and considering the speed of resolution the team is providing I will have to bear this for next week as well…

                    The above highlighted issues raise a serious concern on the product manufactured, the product quality delivered and the services rendered to the customer.

                    Now, kindly arrange for the replacement of this faulty product by Monday; I don’t want a repaired machine because it can lead to all this again in the future as well and I can’t bear this harassment again.
                    Expecting your call is a waste but there is no choice left with me…I have to ask for it. Kindly arrange for a call back for me.

                      VOLTAS — ac not doing cooling

                      I have purchased the Voltas V Gold 1.5 ton A/c last to last year.
                      Ac is not coolong wvwn 10 X 10 room

                      last year i came to know gas i snot there.
                      This yeart no one is lifting the phone andnow after attending the call no body from voltas is attending the sae.

                      1) Ac is in its warranty period.


                      2) we are really disappointed by your product as its not working properly since starting, we made so many complaints to your service center but they are not doing anything instead they are just making fool o[censored]s.


                      3) none of your service man have been coming to fix the problem.


                      4)if no action will be taken from your side then we will approach to the consumer court.

                        i have purchased a voltas 2 ton air conditioner on 14th of march 2011, recently on 5th may 2011 the outer unit of the air conditioner stopped working. I've gave complaint to the dealer and to TATA VOLTAS company through the phone, they assured me to send technician in 2 or 3 days. but till now there is no responce from either company or dealer. I'm losing money in as my business without a/c is not possible.

                          I want to state my unfortunate story. I purchased a Voltas Windows AC named Vertis Curve from CROMA Palam Vihar on 6th May 2011. Croma ( Phone[protected] committed that they will install on 9th May 2011 by Voltas engineer. After calling numerous times, Croma suggested that Croma engineer will install the Air conditioner as voltas engineers do not have time. On 9th May 2011, the AC got installed, after which Air on starting made terrible noise. When I asked the installer that it is not installed properly. He tried to put some plywood inside the AC. This did not solve the issue.He suggested to call up Voltas and get the AC checked.

                          I have called up Voltas customer care since 9th May till date 20 times. No Voltas engineer visited my house to solve the sound and vibration problem.
                          My complaint nos is 11MY0901534, I have been told that Mr Navin will visit from DP Airconditioning.
                          I am feeling frustrated with Voltas AC since day 1. I have another AC of different brand , they have amazing service.
                          Voltas AC has zero after sales service. I don’t know how Ratan TATA is managing this company.

                          VOLTAS Should change there slogan to India ka AC, EK BAR LE Rona Zindigi BHAR

                          Anybody reading this article, I would suggest to buy a cooler rather that Voltas AC. Atleast you will save money.

                          Air Conditioner Service request not being addressed properly

                          References : Service Request Number : 11MY0704632 dated 7th May, 2011, e-mail to [protected]@voltas.com dated 13/5/2011, e-mail to [protected]@Tata-bss.com dated 16/5/2011 and 18/5/2011, almost daily follow up at[protected] and[protected]

                          My VOLTAS make, Vertis plus, window air conditioner stopped working in less than one year, I lodged the complaint at helpline numbers.After a lot of follow up Voltas technician visited my place on 11 May 2011 at around 7:00 p.m.

                          Technician informed PCB is faulty and needs repair. Understanding quality of VOLTAS, I did not allow him to take PCB with him and asked for replacement.

                          After that no body turned up from VOLTAS. I am regularly calling helpline number[protected] or[protected] to discuss the issue. I am writing mails even to their Corporate office. Except assurance, we are not getting anything.

                          Their officials do not pick up phone.

                          Now my prime concern is that Voltas will not attend the problem and I would have to scrap the AC.

                          I sincerely urge not to opt TATA products. They are worst in quality and services

                          I had logged a complaint (No: 12MY1908449) with Voltas Customer care on 19-May-2012 . Technician had attended this and stated fault with fan blade in outdoor unit. Until now the fan blade has not been replaced due to lack of stock as conveyed by the service centre . Has Voltas company stopped manufacturing Parts for the sold pieces? Being peak summer season, this complaint needs more attention and focus. I am totally unhappy with the voltas service and would never recommend it to anybody else.

                            I have purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton AC 2 years back. Recently there was some problem with remote and it was not working properly. I logged a complain (No. 11AP2302171) on 24 April. On 25 April some guy from service dealer (Madhu Cool Centre) visited to my home and said remote need to be repaired and took the remote with him. Since then my remote is with service dealer and they don’t bother to reply.
                            I talked to Voltas customer care again they said they will get it fixed but no action.
                            I again talked to Voltas customer care and they gave me a new complain number 11MY0902542. But no action has been taken yet.
                            The customer care at Voltas is useless and pathetic. It sounds funny but seems they have stolen my remote.

                                i rajan verma purchase an ac dated 23/4/08 in 2009 its not working engeener came and says the motor have to be discarded dated 20/4 2009 and he changed the motor in gauranty period now the same problem have occured i complainted and my complaint no.10MY2704729 engeener came and he changed the motor he charged Rs1800 now compressor work for 1/2 an hour and stop for 5 minutes i again complained it the engeener says that your p.c.b is faulted now what can i do i have purchased a ac or aproblem from tatamy bill no.5555 from grover electronics nangal raya new delhi-46 if there is no solution i will go to consumer court answer me at [protected]@yahoo.inor my phone no.                                   I have purchased ac from reliance hypermartlimited- faridabad voltas sac 5200w 2 star classic 4501242on 1st may 2011. the same has been delivered on 5th may 2011 againt comitment delivery on 3rd may.
                                  till date its not installed and your technician has come to my home and after cmplete the installation process they hv find the same is defect.
                                  I have very much harouse by voltas technician, mobile no: [protected].
                                  also reliance refuse to replace the same and said that after delivery thier responcibilty is over.
                                  now i need to replace the same by tomorrow, otherwise i will go to consumer court and claim the entire losses .

                                      I bought VOLTAS 1.5 ton ac @ RATHNA FAN HOUSE CHENNAI T NAGAR, THEY TOLD THE NEXT DAY THE SERVICE PEOPLE WILL COME AND FIT THE AC, BUT THEY TOOK AROUND 4 DAYS AFTER WE MADE 10 CALLS AND REQUESTED. WE BOUGHT THE AC IN MARCH,2011.. BUT IN MAY 1ST, THE FAN(PROPELLER) OUTDOOR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES, WE CALLED THE CORRSPONDING SERVICE PROVIDER (RITE AIRCONS - VOLTAS AUTHORISED SERVICE PARTNER) AND COMPLAINT AND THEY TOLD, TODAY WE WILL PUT REQUEST TO VOLTAS FOR NEW FAN PIECE AND NEXT DAY WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. BUT THEY DIDNT CAME. WE HAV MADE AROUND 60 PHONE TO THE SERVICE CENTERS, THEY TOLD PIECES CAME NEXT DAY WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. PLS BEAR.. ALMOST 8 DAYS WAS OVER, BUT THEY DIDNT MAKE UP, LASTLY THEY TOLD IN ANOTHER 1 HR WE WILL COME AND FIX IT. WE WAITED FOR 5 HRS, THEY DIDNT CAME. WE CALLED SERVICE CENTER MGR AND COMPLAINTED, THEY LOOKED AND TOLD, SIR, THE FAN PIECE THAT CAME WAS NOT UR MODEL, SO PLS BEAR WE WILL PUT NEW RQST AND IT WILL COME IN NEXT 2 DAYS. WE DONT KNOW WHAT WE DO. ITS AGNI NATCHARAM TIME.. ITS 107 DEG IN CHENNAI. WE HAV PREGNANT LADIES IN HOME. DONT KNOW HOW TO BEAR IT. PLS DONT GO FOR VOLTAS.. (SERVICES THE WORST i HAVE EVER SEEN).

                                      Rite aircons is the most horrible service center. I bought Voltas from Ratna stores in December 2011 and it has a repair just in four months of purchase. The rite aircons people blaming ratna and they have not yet fixed the repair. its 15 days since the complain has been registered. The operational manager one Subramanium is rude and irresponsible. He has been telling to me and my relatives that he will attend or call us back. Yet he hasn't attended to or did fix the repair. I hope some day we get better service center.
                                      Wow I am not surprised with the above comments, I bought a Voltas
                                      AC from Ratna Fan house and the same stupid Rite Aircon was introduced to
                                      service the Machine, this man Subramanian is the worst lying hooligan I have
                                      ever seen in my life, what a pathetic human being is he… my AC stopped working
                                      during the AMC period and I complained, they show up after 10 days and told me
                                      the swing motor is dead, this Subramanian promised to replace the motor
                                      in 4 days, and it is 7 months now, he offered 2 free service which I am capable
                                      of doing for my AC, whenever I call him, his mother will be in hospital or
                                      serious, he is so aged, but lying and cunning… I hope god punishes this
                                      with the worst ever punishment for cheating on so many o[censored]s and not sure how
                                      many more he is cheating on

                                        i have purchased a split ac (model VOLTAS VERTIS ELITE). when my electrician tried to install it he found that motor in the AIRCONDITIONER OUTDOOR MOTOR IS MISSING.i called the distributor 100 times( R K DISTRIBUTOR NEAR SATYAM CINEMA) BUT OF NO USE.I BOUGHT AC ON 2 MAY AND TODAY IS 8 MAY.I M SUFFERING FROM MENTAL TENSION DUE TO THIS. HIS OFFICE IS FAR AWAY FROM MY PLACE SO I USUALLY CALL THEM TO COMPLAINT.PLZ DO SOMETHING AS THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT TAKING NOTE OF ME.
