THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT ON 05/05/2010 WIDE INVOICE NO: 235. I PURCHASED TWO AIR CONDITIONER UNITS FROM YOUR REPUTED DEALER DANUBE ENTERPRISES (VOLTAS SPLIT A/C 1.5 TON VERTIS GOLD I). UNFORTUNATELY, POOR AIR CONDITIONER UNITS PROVIDED BY YOUR COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THE AIR CONDITIONER HAS NOT BEEN SATISFACTORY. WE ARE FACING THE PROBLEM IN A/C UNIT FROM THE DAY ONE ITSELF. IT HAS BEEN SERVICED FOR MORE THEN 8 TO 10 TIMES AND EVEN ONCE UNIT HAS TAKEN FOR SERVICING TO THE COMPANY.

THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR END WAS REALLY DISTURBING AND IT HAS HELPED TO DEVALUE OUR MOUNTING TRUST IN VOLTAS. I REALLY FEEL SORRY CHOOSING A VOLTAS AS MY AIR CONDITIONER .WHEN YOU TRY TO BLOW SMOKE OVER THE PROBLEM WITH SILLY REASONS, HOW CAN YOU ESCAPE FROM THE FLAWS IN THE DESIGN OF YOUR PRODUCT. I REALLY DOUBT, THIS IS DOCTORED EFFORT BY VOLTAS TO BOOST THEIR SERVICE BUSINESS BY ASSEMBLING SPURIOUS PARTS TO THEIR AIR CONDITIONER UNITS AND TO GET THEM REPLACED AS AND WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE.
FROM APRIL LAST WEEK WE ARE FACING THE PROBLEM IN THE UNIT WITH HIGH SOUND IN OUTDOOR UNIT AND LESS COOLING IN INDOOR AND INSTEAD OF OUR SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO DANUBE ENTERPRISES NOBODY HAS COME FOR SERVICING THE UNIT.
ANY WAY, I LOOK FORWARD TO SETTLING THIS MATTER AMICABLY BY REPLACING WITH NEW UNITS. IF, HOWEVER, THE MATTER IS NOT SATISFACTORILY RESOLVED WITHIN ONE WEEK AND REPLACED THIS AIR CONDITIONER UNITS WITH NEW ONE, I WON’T HESITATE TO FILE A SUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY IN THE CONSUMER COURT WHERE I AM SURE TO GET A FAVOURABLE SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.
I EXPECTED A MUCH HIGHER LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM YOUR COMPANY, AND I AM QUITE DISAPPOINTED. I HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIESTAND REPLACE THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY.
