I have lodged one coplaint to the voltas on tollfree no. comlaint no. 10sp1200436 on 12.09.10 but till this time it has not been rosolved even many times reminder. It is abot the malfuctioning of ac , displaying E2 error on display board....

Nobody from Voltas contacted me!!To their marketing people in the "office" your dealers and subdealers like Igloo and National Refrigeration Engineers only are important! This is bad.

My Window AC 1.5 Tons Vertis Premium was purchased in June 2009. In July 2010 the Compressor malfunctioned. The Company replaced the Compressor but Charged Rs. 2200/- for Gas filling.
