he said company knows.we compalient to custmer care contnoiusly the custmer care pone no is[protected].but they do not take care. so from last one month they do not give any solution so please advise what we do

    Dear sir , i purchesed window ac 1.5 ton voltas vertis plus for my pathology lab on 27 / 07 / 2010 form chandra air condisner , krishna market , shop no. 1 , jalesar road , firozabad . The complain was register on 30/04/2011, with id no. c2081174 . As you know , the summer temp. is crossing 45 degree and working in lab with out ac is very difficult . My lab instrument is not working properly .
    I purchesed your machin only for name TATA , but it is very shocking for me to wait for service such a long time .
    i want immediate action on this matter .
    AC tirrped after each 10-12 min. .

      Sir, I had purchased one Voltas Split AC(1.5 ton) & two Voltas window Ac(1.5 ton) from M/S Raj Electronics, Shop no-G-4-5, Sec-12, Dwarka on 24.04.2011.Same were installed on 25.04.2011, however grill of one window ac was broken. Complaint for the same was lodged with no-11AP2507977 but till date it has not been replaced. Again afterb two days split ac is not functioning/cooling. Though complaints have been lodged under s.no 11MY0301480 & repeated by no 11MY0404649, however no response has come yet. Complaint has also been lodged on the Voltas site, but no response from there also. I feel cheated by spending nearly Rs 70,000/- in purchasing above three ACs. Voltas can not be trusted any more.

      Just feel the pain that items purchased of Voltas made are Sub-standard & no one from their end is doing anything to correct it.

        I purchased Voltas AC from you in the year 2010. At the very beginning of installation of A/C not functioning properly. We requested so many times for its service/replacement. Your company engineers visited the house many times but could not set right the A/C. Ultimately the A/C back was replaced by another AC. But by replacing the AC the problem could not be solved as the AC installed also not functioning properly. The Engineer of your company have tried to set right the defect but could not set right the same with the result.

        We request you once again to please take personal interest and ensure that the AC is got set right within 2 days. If it is not repairable the same may be replaced immediately. In case it is not done, we shall have no option but to approach the Consumer Court for a relief.

        VOLTAS — COOLING NOT DONE

        WE HAVE VOLTAS VERTIES SPIT AC 1.5 TON IT HAS COMPLAINT FROM MANY DAYS IT COULD NOT COOLING PROPERLY. WE COMPLAINT AT LOCAL CENTER THEY UNABLE TO REPAIR IT.

          Dear sir,
          I have purchased an Airconditioner of Voltas (1.5 Ton,split AC) vide its dealer M/S Harisharan & Sons,14 A Kamla Nagar,Opposite Birla Mills,new delhi 110007 on 17 April 2011.Just after installation we have started feeling that cooling is not proper so we complaint to the company they checked it and told that there is some leakage of gas thats why cooling is not proper they guided us to call to the dealer.we complaint the dealer but he refused to accept that gas has leaked from compressor.After that we are just moving pillar to post. we are moving from Voltas to its Dealer but nothing happened.After investing around 32,000 rupees we got a poor quality AC that Compressor has the leakage.Now neither they are repairing it nor they are ready to replace it.Seeking your guidance to what to do.

            10 months ago we have bought an ac voltas vertis plus . in recent 20 days this ac has gone for repair for 2 times for gas leakage and compressor problem.
            it is 5th day when they service provider mobile no.[protected] is daily assuring us to deliver the ac but not delivering even now not picking up the phone.
            you can see the tempreture now what is the use to buy this products. moreover this is now under waranty.

              I have purchase on 9/07/2010 voltas split ac from Frontline Electricals,Agra After few days dealer is not coprate to instal the ac and the same i have instal some other,after few days over all perfomance was not not good in cooling than i have charge gas also with 1400 rs and that was in warranty pereioud,and now NO ANY service is done by the dealor.On 26/04/11 i have again complain to Frontline Electricals regarding the cooling but till date 2/05/11 they are not attending.kindly help us......My name is SAKET SARASWAT AND THE CELL NO.IS [protected]

                we had bought a voltas split AC of 1.5Ton capacity. we had launched a request for service on Dt. 08th April 2011, during service the blower of the AC was broken by the technician from M/s Weather Comfort, Faridabad. Now from last 15-20 days we are chasing with the weather comfort but he is not changing the blower of the AC and just linger on.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  I had purchased a Voltas AC (Sl no.- 4010967G10F047666) – 1.5 ton Window (Vertis Plus) on 23/3/2011 along with a stabilizer 4kva from Dealer-M/s Hazrat Vision, Sector-8, Rohini. The same was installed on 27/3/2011 by Mr Naushad (mobile no.-[protected]) who was sent by the dealer as company person for installation. The installation was done with electric connection fixed and AC was working fine.

                  Further, a DEMO was done on 5/4/2011 at 5:12 pm via no.- 412801 (call slip no.- 11AP[protected] by Mr Satish Kumar, he found installation perfectly ok and AC was working fine.

                  However, on 30/4/2011 when I was to use personally for the first time , it do not start neither stabilizer was on. I had called the dealer who in turn locked a complaint at Voltas call centre via no.-11AP3009034 (customer Id-C2005352). The executives from voltas came on 1/5/2011 (mobile no. of one executive-[protected]) and tested the AC during which some spark came out of the socket and I was told that I need to check with electrician since wiring is to be done and MCB switch is to be fixed. Their behavior was rude and not satisfactory and were in too much hurry without listening anything.

                  I fail to understand that when installation was ok, demo was ok and there were no issues at that time and no need was given to fix a MCB switch then where am I at fault and if it is to be done then installation team should be called to take care. On conveying this to dealer he refused.

                  Would request to resolve the issue which has led to complete dissatisfaction of service.

                  Lets all here not just end up in writing here. Lets register a case against VOltas Ac service. Mine Ac is just 18 days old now, and has stopped working.

                  I am facing an issue with voltas too. Bought AC on 12/5/2011 & despite n number of followups its not installed by now. 12 was a thursday so i thought it would be insatlled by saturday when i would be at home. to my surprise its tuesday today & its not been installed.

                  I bought it from reliance mart, Faridabad & they assured it to be installed within 48 hours. The AC was delivered in roughly 53 hours. (Bought 12/5/2011 11am..delivered 14/5/2011...4 pm). To my surprise when i called Reliance Mart As when the AC will be installed they said it would take 48 hours more as request has to be raised. Utter nonsense. Why it could not be done from Reliance Mart when i bought it.

                  I filed installation request at Voltas : Request Code: 11MY1504138 on Sunday 15/5/2011.

                  They said it would be by monday 16/5/2011. The number on the booklet 6000 4555 in which they say to add std code is incorrect number for delhi code 011. the other number[protected] toll free is pathetic service. I was calling this number since afternoon of 16/5/2011. MOst of the time the number is busy. one can reach the customer care executive after 15-20 mins...after around 50 tries and 20 min hold on phone i could talk to an executive at around 8 pm who confirmed that ac would be installed by 12 noon today. from 11 am im trying voltas toll free its coming consistently busy.

                  i dint hope such pathetic service from voltas which comes from TATA stable. I contacted relinace mart service centre, they asked whether i have raised the issue at Voltas. On my agreement they said, its delay from Voltas service, kindly persist.

                  I am simply frustrated on this behaviour of their modern retail partner Reliance Mart, Faridabad & their own service centre. Its 6 days & ac is un installed. God knows what will happen if any issue comes in AC repair in near future.

                    Sir, I have purchased one Voltas Split AC 1.5 ton Vertis Gold Model (Indoor Unit No.; 4551025/m/08/f/002194 and outdoor unit number 4510944/m/09/a/003396) dated[protected] vide invoice number: 3545 from G.P Enterprises, Sabharwal Market, Opp. Masjid, Hall Bazar, Amritsar. From the date the AC is installed the problem persists in the AC as it doesn't make cooling. I contacted the dealer many times and every time mechanic has come and made some work on it and the AC works for one or two months but again the problem persists. I think the dealer is linger on time. I know the warranty/gaurantee period expires but dealer linger on time by convincing me that he will make it normal. Please look into matter and replace the AC.

                    im purchased voltas s/ac vertis platina 1.5 ton.till i purchased im not satisfied with my ac not cooling at all even in 16 degree initially the product replaced new unit, even this one year we made 9 times on services for indoor unit leakage problem but till now same problem continues, please contact my mobile no:[protected].
                    i never expect the tata product like this my service personnel is sri maruthi aircon those technician services is very poor arrange some hify technical persons or else i need new unit, poor performance of the ac

                        I have purchased a votas split elite Air Conditioner 2ton from K.K Services 17/33 M.G marg Allahabad on

They come on the site and done their service .I told him that ac cooling is not fine and please check the gril temperature to me .My room in 10by10 fit is not satisfied cooling. Votas engineers came many times but not solved in my problems that told me cooling good .My problem started in after 7 month that please solve in my problem.

                        Hi,

                        I would like to share views against TATA Voltas AC 1.5ton.

                        1. I got Voltas Ac on 27/03/2010
                        2. I was not contacted proactively by your service Engineers for free service.
                        3. I was suggested to relocate the AC by your Engineers since i raised a complaint for lack of cooling
                        4. Immediately after the warranty period 30/4/2011 we have been advised to change the gas kit that cost around 3000/- due to gas leak.
                        5. After changing the gas kit, within 4 months we faced similar problem of insufficient cooling and now they that PCB board went faulty.
                        6. Now PCB board has to be replaced.
                        7. We are using 3 AC's of different brands but we face regular problem with TATA VOLTAS.

                          I purchased a Voltas Mini Magic Water Dispenser on 04 April 2010. After few months, it stopped cooling water and I called up customer support team on 31 March 2011 (Before completing one year, withing warranty period), vide reference number: 11mr3102190.

                          Same day, two engineers (NIRMAL and MANOJ) from LAHAR ENTERPRISES, CHANDIGARH visited me. He checked the product and told me that the dispenser will have to be taken to their service center. He promised me to take it within 1-2 days. It was on 31 March, I waited for 2-3 days, nobody came. I called LAHAR person, and he kept on postponing. Fed up, when I called up Customer Support again on 10th or 11th of April, he sent his engineer. Imagine, it took 12 days for their dealer/engineer to collect the product from my office.

                          Worse still to come.

                          On 11th April, the visiting engineer told me to fix it within 2-3 days and return me. He did not. I waited for 4-5 days and called LAHAR[protected]. He told me that it will take 1-2 days, I called again on 21 April that it is already 22 days, He promised me to deliver it on 22 April, Morning. I waited alll day and today is 23 April, it is still not delivered.

                          To VOLTAS: The LAHAR guy has been highly UNPROFESSIONAL, with no sense of service or business. I have called up him 4-5 times, being your customer and he has never called me, not even once for the reason of delay. Now, I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT BACK. If you have any policy for compensation on moral grounds, compensate me for the irritation, disappointment and wastage of my time. Really a bad service by Voltas. It does not and should not take 24 days to fix a faulty Water Dispenser, and it is still nto fixed.

                            I have made compliant on 27th march, but still my AC is not repaired.
                            From last 15 days I made daily phone call to Tata Voltas service centre but every time they says our technician will visit your site on tomorrow, but no one has come till date. I have experienced the worst service of Tata Voltas group. Please think 10 times before buying new tata Voltas AC.

                            Frustated customer of TATA PRODUCT. Filed a complaint of non functioning of Voltas-Vertis 1.5 TON AC on 30 june.Even after repeated phone calls and email my humble request are falling on deaf ears. It is 10 Aug and still no clue whatsoever about my AC. This AC is placed in my waiting area for patients. And they are having a horrible time in this humid and hot weather.

                            We promote buying Indian products and once we follow this advice- this is the condition we land in- PATHETIC.

                              I' m extremely worried that my air conditioner is not in working condition, in spite of the machine being brand New.
                              The assurances given are not being implemented.

                              I have furnished all details, and am sure, you will put your administrative machinery to work.
                              A reputed concern such as yours, i am sure will surely, take appropriate action, so that i am not harassed any further: the correspondence to redress the problem are attached along with this mail.
                              Will it be to much, if i ask for a replacement. Why do i have to accept a brand new air conditioner, which has been opened up so many times and yet remains non functional.
                              Frankly, i do not want this defective machine, and want a replacement, immediately

                              Please do the needful, and at the earliest, and by this i don't mean, the early Indian style.

                              The machine a Brand New at that is unserviceable.

                              The mechanic Mr. Kaikobad sheikh from RelianceDigital Retail Limited has assessed the same as unserviceable.

                              Please do the needful at the earliest, so that i can use the machine now when i need it most.

Maine centre per anekobar personally complaned ki hai kintu baar -baar phone karne per bhi mere AC ki service nahi ki gayee. maine phone no.[protected] per bhi complained ki hai jiska no. 11AP1001651 hai parantu bade hi khed ki baat hai ki Voltas Company ne mere AC ki service nahni karai. .                                   dear sir /madam ,

                                  After 2-3 days close follow up , today our issue was attended by service person from volatas authorised service centre SWIFT AIR CARE , NOIDA .
                                  They were saying colling is not happening as gas has been leaked out again and were asking for Rs.1800 for refilling , for which i have clearly refused .
                                  Kindly put my concern to Voltas management , of giving defective AC and then asking for charge for gas filling within a perios of 1 year .
                                  I am again putting stress on below points .

                                  1. I have been provided with defective AC due to which gas is getting leaked again and again - where as i know lot of personS who had never filled gas in last 2-3 years.
                                  2. After filling gas , we had operated AC just for 15 days and now started in last week . Why gas leaked out automatically ?
                                  3.Why the service person do not check for leakage properly at the time of gas refilling ?
                                  4. Reason for free gas filling is being said as warranty period is over on mar - 10 . How we can detect gas leakage without operating AC ?
                                  5.Delhi dealer ALPS engineering failed to do service on time , for which he has already been paid by you , due to his own other engagements , with whom we were doing follow up for last 1.5 months .If he should have turned up before warranty period is over , we should have informed about gas leakage on time and should have got the gas filled freely .
                                  6.We do not expect such low class service from VOLTAS like reputed organisation , due to brand name of which we had purchased AC.

                                  Hope your management will understand the issue and do favourable action at the earliest .

                                  if you can send any telephone number service manager who can understand our grievance , will be of much gratitiude .

                                    i have a tata voltas ac. as the summer season is about 2 knock, we tried to cleanup the ac and its grill and stuff. while opening up the window grill of our window ac, the plastic grooves of the ac, in which the grill sets up, broke. then i found it was of very low quality plastic thats was used in those ac groove joints. from a company like tata, with such a popular brand voltas, that sort of result is totally not accepted. although i have registered a complaint with the company to replace the grill, as it can't be fixed. i am afraid that they might put the whole charge on us only and might ask for money to replace. i have the ac in warranty. please suggest how to deal with the company regarding this as i don't want to waste my time by negotiating with them.

                                    I have sent a remote for repairing after getting the name of service centre from the call centre of voltas . It was given on 3rd of March 2011 and till date I failed to receive the same after persuing the matter on regular basis.

                                      I purchased VOLTAS split AC 1.5 T on 07.03.2011 at Relience Digital. It is not working from 17.03.2011 (Just 10 days after purchase and 7 days after installation). When I lodged a complaint on toll free number, they sent one person after 3 days and identified the problem with remote. They took the remote (on 20.03.2011) and disppeared forever. After continous phone calls he came back with remote with many reasons for rectifying the problem with remote. He came to my home on 15.04.2011 (nearly one month after)
                                      Then he started to swich on AC with remote.!!!!!! Its not working once again. Now he checked the system and said that there was a problem with chip. He has taken that along with remote on 15.04.2011 and till not returned.......... My AC is looking like a show peice and I really sorry for all the custumers after seeing this mail.

                                        Namaskar,
                                        Subject : delivery of AC Vertis Gold 1.5 ton.
                                        I wish to inform you that I had booked an Split AC of 1.5 ton Veris Gold Model for M/S Innovation Aircon (A group of Agoan Electronics), Shanti Path, Pulia No-1, Raja Park, Jaipur on 18th March,2010 vide our Cheque no-739253 dated 18th March,2011 of The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd, Jaipur for Rs 5000/- (Five thousand only) and told dealer that I will take delivery after 25th March,2011.
                                        Dealer delivered the AC set on 28th March, 11 vide their delivery challan no-438 with the invoice no 661 dated 18th March, 2011. But when I received the goods I check the products packing. I had doubt that Inlet part (Complete box) of the packing was opened at dealer's point. I complaint about it immediately to Mr. RamAvtar (Showroom Manager). Mr. Ram Avtar was trying to convince me that it might be opened at dealer's point. So He returned back all the complete AC set immediately same day (28th March,11).
                                        He assured me that, he will get next lot of materials (AC- Vertis Gold) from company with in one week, he will deliver the same. But I am very sorry to say that after calling on phone many times and also visit the showroom, I always get reply that AC has not come from company. Sir more that 20 days have passed, but I did not receive the AC till today. Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver goods immediately. I shall be highly obliged.
