DEAR ALL I PURCHASED A NEW VOLTAS VERTIS + AC IN AUGUST AND THE REMOTE OF THAT AC LEFT WORKING WITH VERY NEXT DAY I SUBMITTED IT IN VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER SONIPAT(HARYANA) NAMED AS (VISHVAS REFRIGRATION. THE COMPLAINT NO WAS AU140885 .VERY SURPRIZED THAT NO RESULT CAME IN FOUR MONTHS OF THE SUBMITTION FOR CHAGE THIS REMOTE..VERY POOR SERVICE FROM VOLTAS ........WHO WILL USE AC IN NOW WINTER...... I have purchased Voltas vertis window ac.Remote is not functioning properly.i purchased another remote by dealer at Ankeleshwar but still it is not working properly.How to register the problem so that they can attend the problem at my residence

THE COMPLAINT NO WAS 10MR1904119 .TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM VIJAY SALES, MIRA ROAD BRANCH NOR FROM YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FROM VASIA.
