Respected Sir,



It is to bring your kind notice that I am Smt. Sworna Lata Dash is a house wife living at Puri Town with my Husband (who is a Senior Citizen) and my Grand Daughter who is a mentally and physically challenged child.



I am a customer of your company who had purchased a Voltas Split AC on 29. 08.2009 from Sanjukta Electronics Puri who is also a authorized dealer of Voltas AC. Since 1 month I am regularly calling them for servicing. But they are not turning up. Now my AC is not cooling



My Grand Daughter health is seriously ill. She is bed ridden since 10 years. During this summer season (with 40 to 42 degree C temp.), it is difficult to manage her without AC. I am now helpless.



Even I am now fade-up with the Customer Support Services extended by the Dealer who is authorized by Voltas India.



Kindly support me and rectify my problem, otherwise I shall constrain my self to take legal support.

Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton — Defective Unit

Purchased the Voltas AC vide bill no. 572,bookno 12 dt. 31/08/2010 from Kool Planet Enterprises, j-111,west Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 ( Voltas Dealer) and got installed by dealer himself.
Since its purchase the unit is not working properly, the same has been conveyed to the dealer, regional office & gas was changed twice between this period of this defective unit. When the AC was purchased it was used only for1 month & in only 1year o[censored]ses we are getting problems in this defective unit. When gas was changed keep on getting problem with this unit. My new complaint no is 12A424030 Dated 024/07 still not got any response.
Same type of issues I have faced with voltas bad service.

"Issue Facing :

We have purchase voltas ac before 4 years. Compressor of ac is too much noisy. We have complaint many times but they dont gives proper support. Installation team has made mistake and fit compressor with some defects. Now voltas engineer demanding for installation charges to remove and fit. I was not present during installation and my parents has not much knowledge about it. Its company mistake and must be provide assistance. We will never recommend to purchase from Voltas. Its very bad experience. Please look into this issue and be needful.

Important Note :

When I push my hand on outdoor unit compressor metal grill, the voice is not coming so its prooven that issue in metal grill but your engineers demanding for installation. If any non-technical find out root cause then why you demanding for re-installation. Its may be defect in parts and need to change and fit this grill properly."

On above thread, they have not given me single replay and service.
Please be needful.

I wonder whether the Management of Voltas is giving any attention to after sales service. Their service, what I consider is not even 0%, but on negative side. Shocked. Not expected from Tatas, where people have faith, alas trust is betrayed. The way Voltas Service Dept is functioning, will put one in shame. My complaint dated 1.10.17 is still not being attended to inspite of vigorous and tiring followup. Parts of ac, remote, advance payment taken, but, no response.

    my father purchased the above mentioned ac on 24/04/2009.from inter Intel 1st floor shivaji chowk nanak nagar jammu vide there bill no 21 . the same ac developed problem in auto swing motor which was rectified by there service center named excel services 87-a llnd extn gandhi nagar jammu . vide there cabd service report no 474 call slip no 16f22 & took the swing motor along with them. since than i tried from all corners for my problem to be rectified , but all in vain , i registered the complaint on there corporate OFFICE complaint system & got complaint no 09jl042405 on my cell then i sent mails also but nobody listened . now through this complaint i would just tell the people who are at the helm of affairs that they should not spent money on advertisements because if they cannot give after sales services they should not mislead people.
    any way i think big companies are not now interested in there old business as new business is now more paying & lucrative.

    i am writing this simply for information & HOPE THAT OTHERS LEARN SOMETHING OUT MY BETTER EXPERIENCE .

      dear sir/madam
      i purchased voltas Vertis 2 tonne split a/c on 22 may 2009. from the very first day i m facing the problem of operating the a/c by remote. the dealer(Basant Salea) from where we purchased the a/c kept ignoring the problem, this year also we faced the same problem & i informed the voltas customer care on 9th of April 2010, they sent their person for repair who again denied the problem, i showed him the video also which i made before when i faced this problem , after a long conversation he experienced the same problem himself & found that there was some problem in I/C & display. it is now getting close to one month but still the problem is not solved.
      they are not offering the services which they should offer.

        I puchased a Voltas Split AC from a dealer - Shyam Lal and Sons, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt. on 25 April 2010. The model was Vertis Gold i (MRP 29990/-), 1.5 ton. However, on installation the AC did not function at all. On numerous calls to the dealer and Voltas Service, some people from Voltas came and told that some part was not working and would need to be changed. However, nothing in known about the Voltas people from then on. I have also come to know that several other units of the same model have malfunctioned.

        In brief I would like to say that I have spent Rs.30000/- on a product (a TATA Product??) which is nothing but junk, as of now. I can just imagine the level of service and quality a TATA product would have!!!

        My advice - do not buy Voltas AC unless you love speaking to elusive service personnel. :-)

          We purchasesd Ac from the dealers ( Mega Star Elecronics , Manimajra ), They are also service providers. we call them every day for the AC Service but they do nothing about it. Our AC is not woking properly and it is getting very difficult. really surprised that Name of TATA's is involved and there is no services after sales.

            Sir,
            I purchased a voltas vertis split a/c in 2008 April. Now since, I had to shift my house from Kodambakkam to Chromepet, I approached the votas call centre[protected] on 20th April and requested them for disconnecting and re installing the a/c. I specifically told them that I will be shifting on 26th (morning). They commited to send the service engineer (call was assigned to M/s. Sourthern comfort) on 22nd April. But inspite of regular followups over phone and two mails sent to them they did not send any person nor have they responded.

            Request registration No. 10AP2000333. Finally I had to hire an external a/c mechanic, due to which I under went mental agony and also I doubt about the performance of the A/c.

              DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Dr. Neeraj Taneja, bought an AC (Voltas Vertis Plus) from JYOTI ELECTRONICS, Star Plaza Meerut UP(W) on 19/05/2009, vide Bill No 1760 Book No 36 and I was promised of free services by the dealer. But I am really very sorry to inform you that your dealer never bothered to give service in time not even on my calling again and again since October, 2009. Later on complained to Voltas customer care number [protected] vide complaint number 10AP1305512 dated 13th April, 2010 and I was assured that my complaint will be solved with in a day. I waited for I week no one bothered to solve the complaint. I have been calling almost everyday since then and been getting just false assurances nothing else. I had even talked to floor managers by name SWAPNIL, NIKHIL and PRASAD even they could not help me and till date no one from Voltas Company bothered to solve the problem. Is this the way the Voltas works; I really regret my purchase of Voltas Vertis Plus. I wish I would have bought LG or Hitachi. It is really hurting. I have been compelled by the dealer (JYOTI ELECTRONICS, Star Plaza Meerut UP (W))and the Voltas Company to write this email. My Voltas Customer id – C0976172..Everytime i called customer support , my complaint and my calls have been recorded and is on their computer
              I shall be grateful if you look into the matter or else I have no other option but to change my AC to some good company who cares for their Customers.

                We have purchased AC from Broadway agencies from chandigarh sector-38. our A.C is in warranty. and when we complaint in service centre then their service engg. comes to repair the A.C. He found some problem in compresssor or may be some part faulty. he said we will repair it in warranty. But now after two days when we call them then they says that this aprt is not cover under warranty and charges will be taken for repair this.

                Ours is a recognised company Ruchi Soya Industries Limited, At our Baran Plant We have approximately 10 AC. In whole group we have hundreds AC, but we are not getting service from company at Baran Plant out of 10AC 6 are out of order.

                In response to my earlier email, I draw your attention to the matter that your company take necessary action to solved the problems which is occured from october 2009.On 25th I called to your Ahmedabad representative Mr.Murli regarding Oil leakeage from compressor, he promised this problem will be carried out shortly. But I regreett to say that still today this problem is unsolved. Though your surat representative Mr. Prabhu assured that oil leakeage problem solved by him within 2 days.But still today our 1 AC Plant is closed due to oil & gas leakeage.

                Mr. Murli assured in one of his email, (which is sent on 29th March 2010.)that some senior person visit from Ahmedabad during 2nd week of April to solve the pending problems which I stated in my earlier e mail.But I regret to say that more than one moths passed, no one came from ahmedabad or other senior from surat.While periodical visit to Gandhi SmrutiBhavan not carried out by your surat's representative Mr. Prabhu

                This kind of negligency in service is not tolerrable by SMC.It seems that your company has no intrest to service with SMC.

                I personelly requset Mumbai Office to take interest to solve Gandhi SmrutiBhavan's pending problems.

                  A Mini Magic Water Cooler of VOLTAS Co.was purchased.But now it is lying without use as some part was required. It was informed by the service engineer who visited the place and inspected the machine. He also informed that this part is generally not available.After contacting the service station for many a times no satisfactory reply was given. The question is,that when the spare part is not available with the company then why the machines are being manufactured and sold. This is clear case of cheating.Will any personnel from Voltas Company give a satisfying answer to this.

                  I am also facing same problem and after repeated complain no service engineer appeared to check the problem of my water dispenser. I think Voltas is now a worthless company.

                  I named mg dhanasekaran manthangal mottur, ranipet 632404 I purchased one voltas mini magic water dispenser from palani electronics muthukadai, . ranipet, bill no, 319 dated 11.09.2009. This product is used in one month afterwards the dispenser was defected by water heater I intimated to the seller and returned to the goods .
                  The seller said when asking my purchased goods of he says I send to the distributor for replace it . till date and time there is no responsive action from the voltas company. The company gives a warranty to the product is Oneyear . then why should give the warranty to the product while irresponsive actions in the matter of service provided by the company. It is cheatness to the public
                  mini magic not working.
                  we also purchased a voltas water cooler for district institute of education and training last year. It gives shock. we informed the firm at indore so many times but in vain.Will the company give us any solution? Principal, DIET Dewas M.P.

                    I purchased a brand new VOLTAS 1 TONNE AC from VIJAY SALES, PALM BEACH GALLERIA . It was installed at my parents house at Panvel.
                    However right from day 1 , the AC is not functioning. & Inspite of giving calls to VIJAY SALES, VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE & NAHUR SERCVICES ( who did the installation) there was no prompt action taken.

                    After 5 days some one form NAHUR came & detected that the compressor is malfunctioning; but did not take it back with them & said the department is different and the concerned department will do the needful. Still after 3 days, no one has come to take the compressor back & replace it with a new one.

                    TToday, the AC is just like a show piece in the house & not able to serve the purpose. My parents have been forced to face the HEAT ! even at night....

                    Hopefully , with this feedback, some action is expected.

                    THAT IS TRU VOLTAS IS A SUCKING COMPANY WHO DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS..I GAVE THE COMPAINTS FOR MY BRAND NEW A/C 3 M ONTHS BACK BUT THEY DID NOT RESOLVE.

                    WHEN I PURCHASED THE AC THE BOX PACKING WAS MISSING THE REMOTE AND TWO MONTHS LATER THEY GAVE ME AND NOW THERE IS A ISSUE WIT THE CIRCUIT BOARD THEY DONT RESPOND AT ALL
                    I wish to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased one 1.5T split A/c unit of Voltas “A/C 1.5T VERTIS ELIT-G (25) thru M/s VASANTH & Co, 191, Purasavakkam High Road, Chennai-600010 on 12th April 2010. The above unit was installed at my above residence on 18.04.10 by M/s Prakash Refrigeration Service, Puzhal, Chennai-66.

                    I am encountering problem with the above unit from the day one onwards. Subsequent to installation on 18.04.10 unit failed within two days. On 27.4.2010 after nine days of my complaint, your authorized service representative responded to our call, dismantled the unit and some welding was carried out in the main unit. When I enquired the exact nature of the problem, the mechanic did not reveal any thing.

                    Since the A/C unit was only on limited use ( due to rainy season) no problem reported during dry service which was done on 21.08.11. Since summer has started, we started using the for on longer duration effective March 2011. Again on 15.03.11 performance failed and Service Engineer was called. On 19.03.2011 gas was charged again and reported that problem would not re -occur. Again on 30.03.11 cooling effect failed completely. I think, your service engineer would visit again refill the gas and would report the unit performance is satisfactory like earlier occasion. .

                    In view of the continuous repeated problem experienced by the customer from the day one and delay in response from your authorized service dealer, I feel major problem in the unit exists. Since one year guarantee period is approaching i.e 18.4.11, I am afraid the unit may fail at any time and I will be at great loss in selecting your reputed brand..

                    I hope you would under stand the customer problem and arrange to replace with a new unit immediately which would be trouble free at least for a period of six months.

                        I had bought a Wndow AC model number being Sl.4010875 M08B010663 from Voltas Dealer namely Climax, Mani Sahu Chhak, Cuttack-753 001 bearing phone number[protected]/2622728/cell number being [protected] on 10.05.2008. As per company's policies two free services were to be provided by the dealer but the dealer doesn't care. Not even a single single free service is being provided by the Dealer yet. Now the AC has been out of order since four days. When we contacted the said dealer they said they cannot attend the said AC since they have no man power and we were at liberty to complain any forum we like. They simply ignore Consumer Redressal forum. In such case besides being tortured physically and mentally we are going to sustain financial losses since the authorised service station is at Bhubaneswar which is 30 KM far from Cuttack. And moreever, one doesn't know how many days will they take to repair the same. This complaint is made to bring things into company's notice. Once they sell things they should look after the after sales service which is miserably failing.

                        But its about two years to pass and no one has came for even a single service.
                        Its cooling efficiency is getting poor day by day.

                          We have purchased 8 Voltas air conditioners from M/s. City Aircons one of the dealers of Voltas Products in Chennai. We have also taken service contract with them for 4 of them and rest of them are under warranty.

                          The installation was not done properly and the owner never wants to listen to us and every time we call them he uses uncultured words abuse us and disconnect the telephone.

                          We registered a compliant with Voltas Mumbai office and they assured us that they will ask their Chennai branch to call us and resolve the issue. So far nothing happened.

                          VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER — poor service after sales

                          i made complaint of my air conditioner which stopped working after 4 months of purchase, to customer care of voltas on september 8th 2010, person came on same day to correct the problem and taken away defective pcb with 2 day assurance that ac will work normal, after that i made several reminder calls and wrote emails and register complaint on feedback option of company website, there was no positive response from company ecxept vacation mail and never complete assurance that problem will be rectified within a day or two.
                          these people are making fool of customer by saying different captions like commitment to people etc....
                          i have talked to even escalation team of voltas but there was no solution except the "never completed assurance".
                          please help me to make this company no to do such things in future and i want to proceed for a legal action against them, lemme know the procedure please.

                          i had no major faults, water dropping is not unusual, but within a year, the service dogs comes to us and says your free service is pending, and he will remove a filter cover which gets dusted often, that may be cleaned by a 5 year old kid even if he could climb. bull , he took my AC for free water service, and while he returned he made me pay for the to and fro charges, and Rs.450 for water service. Product is good but ther service is very worst. Service is for their money alone and not for customer redressal or satisfaction. this is my last purchase of any of the Tata Product.

                              I have purchased a Voltas Split AC- Vertis Gold - 1 ton in July-08. In last 1 and half years the MAchine has given problems several times like Non cooling, Water drifting, Gas leakage etc. Everytime, the complaint raised with Voltas has taken as long time to attend and fix the problem.

                              Since last 15 days (today is 28th April'10) cooling of the AC Machine has drastically came down. I have tried to contact Voltas Customer Care Section but filed several times. Ultimately on 26th April-10, some customer care executive picked up the phone and taken my complaint No.10AP2603153 and told me somebody will contact me within 24 hours. However, still now nobosy has attanded or called me for the complaint raised by me.

                              I have purchased this product looking at the trusted name "TATA"..but the experience within last 1 and half year is the worst experience of my life.

                              Can anyone from the Senior Management from Voltas Limited look into this and resolve the issue.

                                WORST EXPERIENCE WITH VOLTAS AC'S ( A TATA PRODUCTS)

                                We had purchased SIX (1.5 ton each) split Voltas ACs, Model- Vertis from Shyam Radios, Railway Bazar, Haldwani (uttarakhand) on 28 July 2009 for Remote Data Centre, Haldwani, Nainital Bank Limited. The serial numbers of ACs are as follows-

                                4. 4511074P09E002216 OD
                                5. 4511074P09E002231 OD
                                6. 4511074P09E002239 OD

                                The above ACs were start functioning from 14.09.2009. Initially we have faced 2-3 problems in the ACs otherwise they worked fine. After a span of week the ACs starts malfunctioning and ACs become out of order one by one.

                                Later on we complaint to Voltas officials and they said that all these ac’s have manufacturing defect and need to be replaced. Within a month all these units were replaced.

                                After installation of new units, all ac’s worked fine for some day and again the same problem aroused (in all six ac’s). (Problem of gas leakage. We again complaint the same to voltas

                                As of today[protected] all six ACs are out of order and no AC is in working condition. We have lodged the complaints to Shyam Radios many times and also to Voltas official Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal (Manager sales and Service, Ghaziabad) & Mr. Rajkumar( Area Sales Manager & Subordinate of Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal).

                                The ACs are installed in Remote Data Centre (RDC) of the Bank, you can imagine the sensitiveness of the centre by knowing that the Bank’s Data Centre resided at Mumbai controlled from RDC, Haldwani. As you aware that the Servers and other hardware installed at Data Centre required some definite temperature and without ACs, the Centre cannot be operated.

                                Looking to the urgent requirement of the centre we request you to please look into the matter and arrange to replace all ACs with new ACs, so that the Data Centre operates smoothly and the trust on TATA’s product should remain in our hearts too.

                                Being a corporate customer, when this kind of service is provided by TATA to us, then you can imagine, what must be happening with individual customers.

                                Prior to this experience, our trust in TATA products were very +ve but after this experience, we can only say TATA to all TATA products.

                                To whom so ever it is concerned, I will submit that a Voltas split A/c was purchased from singhal & sons dampier nagar Mathura. Voltas is a Tata product so i had a big Confidence in the product, but I am sorry to say that I was cheated by dealer & a defective a/c was Erected at our place. when complaint was lodged to dealer as well as voltas company, no one was interested to listen the Customer . two years hasbeen passed & we have got no relief from the Company. I should say it was never Expected from a tata company.
                                well i have decided not to purchase any tata product in future. Very Bad Experience.

                                VOLTAS — Defective Product

                                We have bought a 1.5ton A.C of Voltas from Jagdamba Sales corporation from Vadodara. The problem with A.C is the is does not start from the moment company have installed it. So we complained in Jagdamba Sales as a result they have send their technical who told us that there is problem in blower moter of A.C so we asked for replacement of A.C as it is brand new and we have paid full amount. Now they people "Jagdamba Sales" is not responding to our complain and is not cooperating at all

                                i have purchased a voltas ac (vertics plus) in the year 2011 april .After 8 months problem started & i gave complain to customer care & they sent a technician .he said that compressor problem & change the same but after two months the same problem started & compressor fan blade broken .I want to say that voltas is now TATA product .So the company like tata should think about it & appoint qualified Engineers for service & should replace such defective products from market ,

                                  This is regarding Volta Vertis Classic (1 Start Rated) 1.5 Ton Window AC (Bought on the name of my wife Arjita Sahay)I bought, almost a month ago, from Bansal Electronics, Panchkula, Haryana.
                                  When I went to the electronics showroom that fateful day, I wanted to buy a Samsung AC but after lot of deliberations and discussions with my friends I decided to go for Voltas in spite of the fact that it was is going to cost me 2000 rupees more. The only factor that made me change my mind and not to go for Samsung was the brand name that Voltas has.
                                  But sadly I didn’t know that I have made a terrible mistake by not going for Samsung. The ordeal started when I realized that there is some problem with the AC, the Compressor gets cut off at 29 degrees irrespective of the set temperature. On 15th of April, 2010 I called up the Voltas Customer Care to register my 1st complaint (Complaint No.: 10AP1601692) and your representative assured me of prompt action but there was no response from your side for 3 days.
                                  I gave another call to your Customer Care on 19/04/2010 and to my utter surprise I came to know that the Complaint has been closed, without even any action on the same so a new complaint was registered (Complaint No.: 10AP2103965).
                                  On Monday evening I got a call from Mr.Devinder Singh (Owner of Kool Point, Voltas Service centre in Chandigarh) and he promised me to get the problem rectified by next day but again there was no sign of him for next 2 days (In spite of my numerous calls to the service centre).
                                  Finally, on 21/04/2010 the technician visited my place and found that there is some problem with the PCB of the AC and it has to be repaired so it was decided that PCB would be sent for repair on 23/04/2010 and it would be fitted back by 24/04/2010 evening. But again no one turned up on 23rd morning to fetch the PCB.
                                  On 26/04/2010 I called up customer care again and came to know that Complaint No.: 10AP2103965 also has been closed, I asked your representative to connect me to your Escalation Dept. but I was put on indefinite Hold and the call was disconnected (So I was unable to register a new complaint). So I called up Kool Point again and after I threatened them to take stern action they sent the technician at 9:30 PM in the night but he was not able to rectify the fault.
                                  Finally, today morning the technician visited my place and took the AC PCB for repairs and I have been assured that PCB will be repaired by today evening (the funny part is that the technician has asked me to give him a reminder call to fit he PCB today itself)

                                  I don’t know who is responsible for this mess is it the Service Center, Kool Point or Voltas, for the most unresponsive and pathetic after sales service or myself to have committed a blunder by purchasing a Voltas AC.

                                  SAMSUNG 1.5 TR AC — Regarding not rectifying the defects in AC

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have purchased 1.5 ton SAMSUNG AC from Jagat Farm, Greater Noida. But only 4 or 5 times I used it because I am usually out of station. But on 29/08/09 when I stated AC It was not cooling.
                                  I have complainted to costumer care on 29/08/09 regarding not working of A/C. My complaint No. is [protected]. The person came today and said that the condensor is leak & it will be changed, when it will come from company. It means that it is the manufacturing Defect. Leak was not detected at the time of manufacturing. When the problem is from the companys side, then why I am bearing it. Kindly Change my AC at once.

                                  I am writing to inform you about one of the WORST customer service I experienced in last one month.
                                  I registered a complaint no 10JU2304369 on June 23, 2010.
                                  Continuously followed it up for one month and every time I got only got assurance that it will be resolved by tomorrow.
                                  When I called up today I was told that the complaint has been closed and the reason is "by mistake the customer care executive recorded the pin code wrong" and I have been assigned a new compliant number 10JU2302052.
                                  I have few queries:
                                  1. Is the pin code so important and complex that even if the entire address is correct you can only discover this after one month.
                                  2. Is the any service level which a customer can expect or you can just close the complaint that has been pending for over a month without even informing the customer?
                                  3. Is there any higher authority to whom I can escalate this issue because after this incident I don't think that this complain is going to be resolved in next few months.

                                  I had a very bad experience with Voltas AC, I think I had done a mistake to buy a Voltas AC. The date of purchasing the Split AC a/w stabilizer is 07th Feburary-2012 vide cash memo no.1381 from local authorized distributor M/S Saugat,105-106,Rai Market, Ambala Cantt.(Copy enclosed).To avoid any dispute ,I had get installation of AC done through same dealer. From the 1st day the AC was not working properly. I had complaint for split ac on 22.06.2012 on customer care, having no. 12AU2208935, for sending service engineer for demonstration and for 1st free service coupon service. After that, many a times I had called your service centre/customer care. But your engineers not attended.Finally, the AC become dead suddenely, accordingly I had complaint for split ac on 18.08.2012 on customer care, having no. 12AU1800189, but dealer has cleared the complaint by giving false statement, that there was no light, whereas in actual nobody contacted me. I again registered complaint no.12AU3001871 on 30.08.2012, some person reached and taken out kit from AC on same day. When contacted, they replied it will take about 6 months to replace as kit has been sent to company. The AC becomes defective In the summer when temperature is 45 degree approx. I regularly contacted your help centre dated04.09.2012, 13.09.2012, 15.09.2012 & 17.09.2012.Today also on phone support your employees again advised to register complaint on website. On dated 12.10.2012, I also contacted your Mumbai head quarter, from there they advised to talk to Mr.Ashok Kumar on cell no. [protected].Mr. Ashok Kumar advised me to send my problem through sms,which I had sent immediately. Despite of all the above efforts, the complaint is still pending. I hereby want to bring to your notice that this AC is faulty since beginning, therefore please arrange to replace at earliest with extended warranty for one year i.e. up to next complete season ,otherwise I have to get it replaced through consumer forum Ambala .

                                    The Ac unit is not working last oneweeks. the real problem is after 10 minutes of working , the unit is stopped automatically and auto indicator is blinkinging rapidly and not able to control remote thereafter. Eventhough we have registerd a complaint to M/S meenakshi fan house ,trinelveli where we have purchased . They have informed thevoltas service centre and a technician visited and done some cleaning and collected Rs 250/ as service charges withour giving any receipt. there was power cut on his visit period and informed that he will be visiting on next day and he is not turned up till today.

                                    VOLTAS Split AC 1.5T Vertis — Defective piece and poor installation

                                    My Old father, Sh.I S Anand, bought AC from Kalpana Digital World, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi on 11th of July, installed on 15th.From the day one the AC is not working properly.The coolinf effect is very poor.The complaints have been made 4 times but in vain.We were told that the Installation has been poor/wrong.Accordingly the company's hired Service provider came thrice and twice they changed the installation.This excercise of re insatallation has not only resulted in breaking of the swing blades but also inside some engineering problem/damage has happened.Further since the cooling was not proper the inexperienced engineers have damaged the outside unit.The gas has got leaked as per the so called engineers sent by the company.In this summer we had thought of it that we will be having some respite from the heat by buying a Quality and Branded product but all has gone down the drain.To add the wall where the inside unit has been fixed has gone having shabby look.The AC IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

                                    Now, I have requested to the dealer that the product be replaced BUT HE is suggesting only to send company person to repair it, which is not acceptable since THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE FIRST DAY.

                                    I have purchased VOLTAS A/C 1.5T VERTIS on[protected], within two ~ three months ac started giving trouble, immediatly I called the service centre and repaired. He said there is a gas leakage and it happens some time. since then said new product was not operated due to climatic condition and also said A/C was not used even more than 100hrs till date, In first week of march 2012 when the A/C is switched on, condition is same that which I had within two months of purchase. I registered a complaint with service center and VOLTAS. call no. MR1504702 and customer ID is C2204935.Both the representatives service centre and VOLTAS arrived and put a blame on each other.Finally no yeild from either side. Finally I got the A/C repaired by paying INR2500 to third agency. Now I want a prompt reply from VOLTAS; I had a very bad experience with VOLTAS

                                      I am facing problem with Voltas vertis plus 1.5 Window AC for Compressor not working problem and filed telephonic complaint on 11th April vide call no. 10AP1102787 against customer id no. C0926853 . I was told about attending the complaint and in next 02 days , technician came and informed about compressor not functioning problem and confirmed to return next day , since then , no one turned up inspite of several telephonic reminders and even after 02 weeks of complaint.

                                      Compressor replacement under warranty
                                      I am facing problem with Voltas 1.0Window AC for Compressor not working problem and filed telephonic complaint on 22th April vide call no. 10ap2201841 against customer id no. c1361022 . I was told about attending the complaint and in next 02 days, technician not came and when i call again regarding this than they are saying to me your complaint is completed..so plz help me what can i do against voltas

                                      VOLTAS — Warranty Replacement

                                      We have purchased voltas vertis plus air condition in march 2008, While purchasing the product and even while booking a complaint call we were informed that the compressor has the warranty of 4 years. Today when the compressor is not working they are telling us to pay 3000 rupees only then they will replace or else no. When all these hidden charges are there why are we not informed when we purchase the product. This is really ridiculous and want people to get aware that voltas is just using the word warranty and emptying our pockets.
                                      Voltas AC :- vERY WORST. Please dont buy.

                                      Very Worst service attended by Voltas. No service people attended even after 4 complaints for period of 1 month. Complaint No : 11SP2603060, 11OC0502690 and so on.

                                      Till today no one eveb bothered to call though it is under AMC.


                                      Please don't buy Voltas AC and you will loose peace of mind
                                      Looking at the number of complain and compressor issue. I am having the same problem and SO I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO BUY VOLTAS. Though volts is a TATA Group. My Compressor not working and technician advice me for new Compressor costing 15000. Please suggest cost of compressor

                                      Pathetic experience
                                      Never buy voltas ac. Ad if you did then start doing yoga for mental piece. Because shortly you will start lossing you temper.

                                      I have purchased voltas 1.4 ton split ac from amazon. And i have found low colling issue. I have raised this issue to customer care they registered complaint for service. Complaint no [protected].

                                      Technician came and told me that there is no enough gas and i can fill gas you have to pay 1800 for gas and 400 visiting charge to me. I have callled to customer care to verify these price because it should be under warranty.Then customer care executive told me that its under warrenty and you have to raise another complaint for low colling. I have raised compalint for low colling in front of technician.

                                      He left home and after 1 day when i verified with customer care about complaint then they told me that both request are closed.

                                      So technician closed both request with any visit and any resolution.

                                      I am still in pain. And the behaviour of technician is very rude. He just want money from me. But as i verified with customer care his attitude changed now he said do what ever you want i am not going to fix this.

                                      Another thing when complaint is registered it has assigned to some different person but they came is different i could not understand amd seems like that guy does not have sould knowledge.

                                        We have a Airconditioner of Voltas company the model is Vertis Plus Window A/c, The compressor is not working since ten days, we have make a complaint vide ref no. 10AP1602901 DTD 16.04.2010, they comited to attend the complaint within 48 Hrs, but after going on 200 hrs they did not attend the complain & they removed my complaint number from their records,

                                        I have again registered another complaint at Voltas customer care & got the ref no 10PA2403444 dtd 24.04.2010, again they are not able to confirm when they will attend the complaint,

                                        Its my bad experience with Voltas company & their After sales service department.
