Sir,
My father bought a mini window ac from a retailer near by my home. After 2 months the cooling of ac is totally zero and when my father went to the retailer about this issue the retailer move the ac from over home to service center.
Then after one month my father died in an accident due to this we are unable to go to the retailer but when we went to its shop he returs our ac as it is without solving problem.

sir i have puchased voltas a window ac model vertis plus from world voice radio (regd) ram nagar pahar ganj on 21 march 2010 my address is 50-c lig dda flats motia khan pahar ganj.the ac is working cooling.it is working like a cooler according to me the dealer has provided me the old ac becoz the ac is not proper cleaned ,the sticker on the ac is torn off.i want my ac to be replaced as soon as possible.

I am having Voltas Excel ColdCell refrigerator, but it is having problem of Freezer, so i contacted on helpline [protected] on 29 March 2010 at 08.06 a.m . The answer from this executive is that we don't provide any assistance to products made for home (i.e.only assistance to commercial products). He even suggested to contact local freeze mechanic.His seniors are not available .He was not having information regarding service stations...

I have purchased 2 AC on 24-Mar-2010. 1 AC is in the name of Chandresh Rohilla & 2 is in the name of Amit Malhotra.
As per your service & commitment of installation is in 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

I recd my AC on 25th March-2010 time 18.25PM. I have a issue with your customer care service because every time they have committed a false commitment that the guy who install our AC is on the way or he reach...

Sir, Kindly rerer my earlier complaint of 25 th March 2010. A poor reply has been received from Mr. Ashok Kumar Hasija service team of NCR. Perhaps they ignore my complaint matter and told me about payment of part.
As I am clearly told him on telephone that I will not pay any amount for AC repair as the comperehansive AMC is still vaild upto 24.04.2010. You are requested to instruct him for immediate action and solved...

The machine makes terrible noice since day one. The machine is placed in a room far away from the bed rooms and the door is kept closed but even then the noice is so high pitched to distub sleep....

voltas service centre at amritsar(punjab) india is not providing service to me even after complained them a lot of times..i bought a voltas ac seven months back its swing stopped functioning after seven days from purchase,,i complained them bt they didnt care,,i complained they every month bt they didnt want to fix it..i placed a complaint two days back also,they replied they are not going to fix it,,do whwt ever u can,,

i buy a aircondition last year july month,,its swing stops working jus a week later..i placed complaint last august the first time ,,bt ur local customer service center wasnt provide any service ,,,a place it again n agai ,,,n the process of complaining from my side still going on,,i had placed a number of complaints at ur service centre at amritsar punjab,they already took seven months bt didnt provide service now they changeling...

We purchased water dispenser from authorized dealer of Voltas M/S Aircare Technologies resided at Mumbai on 5th of June 2009. It has been off since 26.08.09. (Our Complaint Nos. 09AU270215 Dated 27.08.09) followed by innumerable phone calls to the Service Centers of the company and Aircare for same.

I bought an VOLTAS Vertis Premium Window AC May'08. First Eleven months there was not such problem. From 12 months problem had started. We forced to take AMC. One by one Motor, IC and Fan got replaced.

More of all the behaviour of Service Centre is worst we ever saw. We sent mail to VOLTAS resposible persons but no response....

I had purchased the 1.0 ton window air conditioner of Voltas make from M/s. Rahul Electronics, Goregaon (W), Mumbai - 400062 sometime in February 2009. The ac stopped working sometime in April/May 2009. The franchisee who visited my residence at O2/8, Jaivijayshree co-op. Housing Society, Bangur nagar, Goregaon (W), Mumbai - 400090 informed me that the electronic circuit was faulty and needed to be repaired. Almost three to four months passed...

Sir, I have purchased Voltas Vertis plus Window AC 1.5 Tone for my house on12.12.2007. On 24.04. 2009 I taken a one year comperihasive AMC (Charged Rs. 2200/- for one year vide bill no. 208 dated 24.4.2009 through Weather Comfort Services 5C-1BP Railway Road, NIT Faridabad A Authorised Service Centre and few days after the gas was leaked and filled by the Service Centre. Now on 6thn March 10 I asked them for service the service engineer...

Ductalble AC is not working at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd,Nellore for the last three days. Mechanic attended the work on 05/03/2010 and told that some spare parts are required.

We have been calling Nellore service centre and Vijayawada service centre.

Bur there is no response. We are working in miserable heat conditions for the last three days.
