[Resolved]  Voltas Ac — Customer service sucks

I have bought Vertis elite 1 ton split AC from "R.A electronics, panch bati bharuch". Within a months time, i have a water dripping problem from the pipe. On complaining to R.A electronics, he did not respond for 8 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

TATA / Voltas Vertis 1.5 ton split ac — ac not working/ service not provided since last 4 months.

i bought a voltas vertis 1.5 ton split Ac 1 year back.
by the 9th month it stopped cooling. i asked the retailer to provide the service he did sent someone and charged me for that but didnt gave ne receipt. then i saw in the booklet that i was entitled to 2 free service and when i asked him about that he mis behaved and the ac again failed in 2 3 days. i again complained but no one came . then i launched complaint with customer care but nobody came. now its out of warranty period and still no response . do not know what to do. it was a mistake to buy a TATA product. anyone going for a voltas ac or any TATA product dont go for it. u will regret like me.

voltas vertis premium 1.5 ton ac — ur service center is not providing after sale services

for the l last two months im asking for free service of our a.c. today 04/06/09 ur agent came & he said ur ac is not under warranty i cant do free service and also misbehave with us

from the company like tata we are not expecting this thing

URGENT/IMPORTANT AND A MATTER TO BE TAKEN ON PRIORITY.

I purchased Voltas A.C 1.5 (Vertis Plus) on 30.4.09 vide bill no. 8164 from Jindal Enterprises,
Mahavir Enclave.

After installed, on checking we could find that the hand set was not working. Within a couple of
days we made complaint vide complaint no.09MY022362. On 06.05.09 their representative
came and took the hand set back and promised us within one week it would be replaced.
Even after one month no one did turn with replacement instead they are keep on
allotting new nos. to me (I think that is for their internal safeguards).

2nd 09MY0222271 dtd 22.05.09
3rd 09MY0291842 on 28.05.09

I am really surprised and upset why it happened from a branded product like Voltas. This I never
expected and should have not happened.

I have boguth 1ton vertis split ac from delhi and instaled at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP in April 2009. Within a few days the problem started like no display and made a complaint under 09MT092700 on 8th May. The same has been forwarded to your Raj Air Conditioning Co. Shalimar Garden Extn, Ghaziabad, U.P and someone came from their office and took the display and after on my call to them to find out they says the kit will have to take. After 2/3 days again I phoned to find out the status they said the motor will have to take - it was in the peak of summer in Delhi. Even after installing back the kit (was not operative at that time) they have not made any call to see whether the same is working or revist the same to install properly. Is it the say your franchise giving customer care after sales ??? Now the system is gone - water tray broken - (your raj people came and opened more than 20 times it should have broken at that time) and the water is dipping in the room. Please voltas higher authority look into this and replace the same immediately. Whats the use of going for an Indian product like Tata when they cant provide service properly. This step i took coz the big big advertisements in the newspapers and being the Indian product but shame on this - should have gone to other products like LG, Samsung atleast customer should have got the service definitely.

I would request the Tata group to see to this and let me know the remedy to this. This is even in guarantee/warranty period its happening. Would appreciate someone responding to this from the tata.
It looks when people says 'be Indian, buy indian and wear indian' is not seems the right choice

vertis plus — cooling problem

I buy a Vertis plus on dated 15.06.08. It’s not working properly. The cooling capacity is totally poor. As per company terms it is said that they will provide two time servicing. But still I am't get any servicing.

We have bought one Voltas Window A.C, of 2 ton 6 months back. We regret to inform you that the AC is not working for the past one month and we have registered a compalint with your dealer M/s. Multisales (Mr. Sastha Das). After several calls he suggested to speak to Mr. Thomas(Mbl. [protected]). He also failed and he asked us to contact Mr. George (Ph.6605540). Now Mr. George instructed us to write a complaint directly to the company. We spent lot of time and money for this and nothing has been happend till now. We request your good selves to look into this very seriously as it affects the reputation of your organization and ours alike.

Pathetic Voltas- Does not deserve a three star but a Zero Star.
I bought a, 75ton vertis split for my shopon 29/04/09, it cooled for a week after which started giving hot air..complained the dealer who send th engineer who asked to change the stabliser..it was done..still hot air..the dealer was contacted who gave the help line number ..295 complaint number..was supposed to be attended same day but attendted two days later..gas leak was detected..adv to refill, , but the engineers did not have tools for the same..two days f/up they returned but could nt resolve the complaint inspite of gas fill..finally complaint was reg at chennai helpline complaint no-09JU192892-cust id-C0997166 was sent by sms..Voltas engineer Mr Garg called up and promised resolution by eod..but this time a new problem was diagonised...the motor fan was found faulty need to be replaced...frustrated he was asked for replacement of the unit..claims not possible..on giving legal threats he agrees to replace and also says the faulty unit would be replaced and resold(slip of tongue)...HOW CAN YOU TRUST A PRODUT OF VOLTAS..the money you are paying are really worth spending..VOLTAS SHOULD BE GIVEN A ZERO STAR FOR HAVING SUCH POOR ENGINEERS AND REAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

voltas split vertis ac — no response from company

i myself as gaurav, and my no is-[protected], i have purchased vertis elite split ac in the month of april 2009, and i have given installation charges to the dealer (GUPTA ELECTRONICS-- MAIN BABARPUR ROAD ROHTASH NAGAR SHAHDARA DELHI-110032), ,
The engineers cames from one of the agency named BABY LON (authorised agency of VOLTAS)
then at the time of installing the out door unit of split ac, , one of the pannel of out door unit was broked down by the engineers, , and for that i have given more then fifty complaints in the customer care of voltas, but every time i havent got any response, , and still today the complaint has not been resolved.. customer care executives have given us the mobile number of MR. ATUL([protected]) INCHARGE OF AGENCY BABY LON..
I ALWAYS USED TO DO CALLS TO MR. ATUL FOR OUR COMPLAINT BUT he has not given any response..

Voltas AC — NEW AC COMPLAINT NOT RECTIFY

we buy 3nos Voltas AC & found at the time of installation that Grill has been broken. The complaint has been made on 20.05.2009. Thereafter no replacement till date after my severals request. As my openion that the image of Tata were damaged by its franchies because they not attending properly on behalf of Voltas.

I had purchased two split AC from voltas, the installation was so poor that with in few days water started to drip, and very soon the AC started to come off from the wall. Next morning the was hanging from the wall. Upon calling voltas, there repersentatives came and went back with out doing anything, i had to get private serivce provider to reinstall my AC. Not even one week has passed, my second AC stablizer stoped working, again upon complaing to voltas a guy came after 2 day after the complaint date to collect the stablizer. now it is more than six days and there is no response from voltas.

the people really do not bother after sales.

Voltas AC 1.5 Ton Vertis Elite Window — Compressors not working

Dear Sir

I bought Voltas A C 1.5 Ton Vertis Elite Window . when the machine was delivered, . I bought this unit from Neelkanth Electcronics, Durgakund Road, Varanasi. thru invoice no CB / 459 /07-08 dtd. 14.06.09, Since purchse they had not given any service engineer to install & to service after sale .
When I tried to contact VOLTAS customer care but in vain.

Since the purchse the of this compressor was not working . I had called the A C Technician several times but their sevice was very poor . Often the service center phones didn't response properly .

I feel like cheated, I paid for new AC and I got faulty UNIT. If anyone can help me that will be appreciated.

Please post this so that more people can come to know the truth about VOLTAS Procut & their service.
