[Resolved]  Voltas Ac — Customer service sucks

I have bought Vertis elite 1 ton split AC from "R.A electronics, panch bati bharuch". Within a months time, i have a water dripping problem from the pipe. On complaining to R.A electronics, he did not respond for 8 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

We made a blunder of buying your Voltas AC and are now stuck with a problem forever...you guys are absolutely useless. Our AC has gone for repair few days back to your Sec 40 Noida service center and perhaps the boys there have done their Post Graduation in only telling lies to the custonmers and they treat a customer like a beggar to get my own AC back. Everytime the standard lie is "Compressor is out of stock"!!!do you expect a customer to remind you to keep enough stocks of compressor in summer...??in the oresent situation we feel that they will not be abel to return the AC even after the winters...

If you cannot give proper services, please donot harass genuine customers.

Please for heaven sake tell your boys not to live on lies,

i got a vertis plus ac from vasanth and co. after 7 months it started leaking. for more than 2 weeks, everyday a person from voltas comes and checks and is least interested in giving a solution. every night, i have to keep 3 buckets below the a/c to use it. the sales manager doesnt know how to speak to a customer. All of them are arrogant. They have been invading my privacy and routine for 10 days now. everyday spending 3 hours, removing the a/c and checking something. Now, they reufse to solve the problem immediately. They will take their own sweet time and we have to bear the brunt of it till they find a solution. luckily i had the presence of mind to video record all the leaking. i also recorded a video of it leaking when the service guy had come and he himself said that this problem is unsolvable. i guess now i have to only hope that the consumer court of india is a fair palce to give me justice. Voltas vertis plus sucks!! the customer service people are very rude to their customers in particular Mr. Mahesh - the service manager.

Voltas Split A/C — poor after sale service.

I purchased voltas 2 ton split a/c from R.k Electronics Near Rana Pratap Bagh.But within six months A/C completely stopped working.After innumerous complains service i received was very poor & its taking days to complete the small task.I will never suggest anyone for such a product.

VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER VERTIS PREMIUM — REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONER

We had purchased Voltas Vertis Premium Air Conditioner from Air Care Engineers vide Invoice # AIR/SA/00887-C/08-09 dt.[protected] and since purchase we have had problems with the A/C Machine atleast on three occasions and presently too the same has gone for repairs under Warranty to AirCare Engineers, who trouble us a lot during servicing as we are now without an air conditioner in our office for past one week.

We are surprised at such defects in a new Voltas machine as well as of the service rendered to us and therefore, since the machine is under WARRANTY, we ask you to kindly replace the machine.

voltas/ 2 tr.vertis plus window — cooling not properly workoing

I have purchased 2tr.vertis plus wndow ac dated on 10.5.2007 from noida electro appliaces galiery.
as does't cooling properly.
i have purchased one voltas ac on 1st of august and from the same day it is making very loud sound...
i have made so many complaints in voltas . everytime they give me a complaint no. and insure me that this time their executie will come and check my ac...
but like other days no one come..
i feel like cheated..
i will never advice anyone to buy this bull voltas ac...
i am agree that this thing can happen to anyone... but their services are like hell...
i am really very disappointed.

Voltas 1.5 Ton Gold Split A / C — not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought one Voltas 1.5 Ton Vertis gold split AC on 16 February 2009 vide Invoice No. 208 dated 16/02/2009 from M/s. BEST AIRCON ENGG., Thanjavur whose TIN No. is [protected], which installed on the same date.

From the date of purchasing, the AC machine was not working properly. i.e the cooling effect is very very low.

On request, the Technician from Best Aircon Company, Thanjavur has come and filled Gas and serviced the unit one month ago.

After that period also, the unit is not working properly and it is not giving the effective cooling effect. I now felt that the fixation of the Voltas AC unit in my house is useless as it is not working properly.

I made a compalint about this with M/s Vlotas company on[protected] vide my call no. 09AU140159.
MY customer ID is C1000982. And in that connection, I received a SMS that my call be will be atteneded to shortly. Till now no Technician or Representative has come to rectify the defect,

Please send the Representative or Techinician immediately to recetify the defect.

VOLTAS — AC FAILURE IN 10 DAYS

I BOUGHT AC FROM VOLTAS DEALER IN CASH ON 11-8-09, Till now around 5 executives have visited my place to erect the cooling. but till now none of them is able to bring the temperature lower than 25 degree.

Am horrified what will happen in month of june to august next year if the ac is not able to combat the heat in the month of september last.

would appropriate authorities look in to the matter
i have bought Voltas Vertis elite 1 ton Window AC from Alpha, Ville Parle on 10th May 2009.
the dealer said voltas people will come and install the machine within 36hours but no one turned for 5days.
So called up voltas about it but got the reply that person will.
the dealer said just go for any AC fitting guy, no guarantee when will the voltas guy come. so we had to shell out 350rs for fitting. the technician which was fitting the AC told me that the AC's outer grill is damaged and cracked. the swing is not working and the thermocol lining is also teared. immediatly i called up my dealer and told him, he assured me that when the voltas technician will come, he will replace all the faulty parts and gave me the complaint no[protected]. after calling up many times the voltas technician came after 7days, just wrote down the things and disappeared with no response at all. voltas service center would just assure that the guy will come in 24hours. finally he came after 3months, swing was out of alignment he fixed it, thermacol he said wont get repaired but still he will try and removed the front grill and took it along with him and said that will get the new one and fix it within 3days, but now this is the 30th day still he is coming.

Lg Split 1 Ton Ac — Worst customer service & quality problem

My Name is Mohnish R/O 4 , Third Floor Vigyan Vihar , Delhi-92 . I bought a new LG Split 1 Ton Ac Model No. LG LSA 3FG2VTY1 on 23/8/09. On 25th my Ac got installed and I noticed a sound problem in outdoor unit then I did a complaint in customer service centre and complaint No. was N9C82609607 Dt. 26/8/09 your engineer came to my house and said that we have to change some part in outdoor unit next morning we will come and change it but they did not came then I tried on that number from which I received a call the number was 22131312 and I talked with Ms. Neha on 28th she said that in afternoon your problem will get solve but nobody came then again on next day 0n 29th again I called her she said that in evening our engineer are coming but they did not come. Same thing happened till 2nd of September every time she made new excuses and asked sorry but didn’t take any action to solve my problem. Then on 3rd again I did complaint on customer care I talked to Mr. Ravi and told him the entire story and my complaint number was N9C90310621 he said that your problem will get solve within 24 Hrs. But nobody came to look into this matter then on 4th again I called in your customer care department and talked with Mr. Pradeep and he said that he has send the reminder , then on 5th again I called in your customer care and talked to your Floor supervisor Ms. Sapna and told her the entire story she assured me that today your problem will get solve and I received a call from another Floor supervisor Mr. Harinder even he told me that today definitely my problem will get solve, In afternoon your Engineer came to my house and checked the Ac and said that there is gas problem in compressor and in evening they will send the concerned person to change it.
Now you see that First complaint I did on 26th and today is 5th almost eleven days are over now but still you haven’t solve the problem is this kind of service you provide to your customer and what about quality check there is no quality controls, I am very disappointed from the performance of your Ac and from your company customer service. So I decide to take legal action against your company and decide to file a case in consumer court for the problem i faced from last 10 days from your company product and from your worst customer service.

Voltas Preet Aircon the service with this dealer is terrible. we bought an vertis window airconditioner and paid a 5 year AMC but the dealer is never contactable nor is Voltas.

Voltas Vertis Plus Split Air Conditioner — No service

I purchased and got installed one Voltas Vertis Plus Split Air Conditioner (Indoor Unit No. P09D005104 & Indoor Unit No. P09D009808) on 11/05/2009 from M/s Durga Electricals (Agency : Mr Agrawal), Shop No. 63, Sangam Shopping Complex, NTPC, Shaktinagar, Distt: Sonbhadra (UP)-231222. Presently I am residing at C-101, Sector-III, Jayant Project, NCL, Distt : Singrauli(MP)-486890 which is 5 Kms away from the above mentioned shop.
On 19th of July 2009, my AC stopped functioning and a complained was lodged. But no response was given. When I reached there in person, I was given a handful of mobile numbers, but of no avail.
On 9th of September'09, I talked to Mr. P R Sajimon[protected] and lot of assurances were given. I even proposed him to order the replacement immediately since the months in which AC is needed will pass through. He gave nice assurances. Subsequently a customer Id No. C1037767 & call No. 09SP151829 was alloted to me.
During 3rd week of Sept'09, persons from Singrauli arrived at my residence only to let me know that since the AC has been purchased from UP and Singrauli is in MP, so they are not going to attend it and they will report it to Delhi. As a result my AC is not functioning till date and the main months when AC is needed have passed off which was probably the real intention of M/s Voltas.
This is also to be mentioned here that 02*Two) free service coupons were given to me at the time of purchase but no service till date has been done.
I am really fed up with such a type of fraud on the part of the company and now I do not want to have any product of Voltas at my home. This is the biggest mistake that I have done. I was falsely impressed by the nae of the comapny and now a sufferer. Please take your Air Conditioner back and return my money immediately, so that I can go for any AC of any other brand like LG which is providing me good service at my doorstep since last 05 years.
This is my last complaint. I have been running from pillar to post since last three months, but without any concrete solution and only adding to my mental agony and physical harrasment. I am fed up by the apathy shown by your officials/agents/service staff/outlets.
Now, if my AC is not replaced by a new one/money is returned immediately, then I will have no option except to complain at proper forum including national dailies/consumer court etc because enough is enough.

i have purchased a ac on 22/4/2009 split Ac 1.5 ton.
I have faced some problem since 2 month , i have already do many complaints but still i have face same problem :( (display and cooling and blower swing ) their engineer visit the site and every time they said some diffrent diffrent problem :| .
i have ask many time to change my Ac but they do not respond and say we trying to repair
i have a written documents to change the Ac but still my ac is not change :( and facing same problem

plz look this application and solve out my problem :(
