[Resolved]  Voltas Ac — not working

I HAD PURCHASED A VOLTAS 1 TONE AC IN OCT 2010.A.C. IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS. AFTER LODGING REPEATED COMPLAIN ,NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY THE VOLTAS.LAST COMPLAIN NO IS 11MR1101596. AC IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.AS PER TCNICIANS SURVEY GAS NEEDS TO BE REFILLED, BUT NO ACTION FROM COMPANY AFTER REPESTED CALLS TO SERVICE CENTER.
I WANT TO REGISTER A CASE AGAINST VOLTAS AC COMPANY IF NO SERVICE PROVIDED IN NEXT 48 HRS.

dear sir this is regarding your voltas ac (2 ton) that we had bought 10 months ago.
we are really disappointed by your product as its not working properly since starting, we made so many complaints to your service center but they are not doing anything instead they are just making fool o[censored]s.
none of your service man have been coming to fix the problem.
if no action will be taken from your side then we will approach to the consumer court.

Voltas AC 5 star not cooling properly

Hi, I have bought the AC in 8/03/2014 and run the AC on April 2014. After 10 days it is not working properly. it is not giving the cooling.
