I HAVE PURCHASED TWO VOLTAS AC, A VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 TON AND ONE WINDOW. FROM YOUR
AUTHORISED DEALER M/S ELECTRONICS DESIRE, SECTOR 7, DWARKA, DELHI-110045 VIDE THEIR
BILL NO-3505 DATED 14.4.2012 FOR RS.26000/-

THE AC IS NOT COOLING PROPERLY. FIRST COMPAINT WAS LODGED AT CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO. ON 20.4.2012 AT 10 AM....

I am christudas.J, I had brought Voltas GOLD 1.5 ton 3 start A/C from Vasanth &Co Chennai on 17th March 2012. It was installed on 18th March 2012.
I referred three of my friends and they also bought Voltas A/C from Vasanth&Co.
After two days I found the A/C had water leak in the indoor unit. I had register compliant in Voltas customer care on 12April, the case ID is 12ap1207875. br...

I bought an AC of VOLTAS of 1.5 tons on 24/04/2011 having invoice no.SA-385.Since the date

of purchase it was having the problem of less cooling but even after complaining several times the

company just send boys those were only having a gas meter. They checked it and said that set is

OK and gas is OK.Now when the guarantee period is over i again complained ,two boys came...

I also bought voltas 1.5 tan spilt ac last year2011 . I am fasing various problem with the ac .I complan custmar care, complain no.12my 1400626 date-14.05.2012 tacknesion visit 20.05.2012 and decide ac circit problem the service npersonal took the cirket boad and transfermer. fromm last 3days i am waiting for installation. voltas service is also very poor.
I am not sujest any body purchage voltas ac....

I got a Voltas air conditioner from Chroma. I have never in my life seen such horrible service! Within a week of buying the Air conditioner it stopped working. There was serious noise that used to wake us up midnight. We realized because of gas leak there was frosting and the ice was breaking creating weird noise. We were advised to not use the AC.

We called customer care. Someone came to fix it and agreed there were issues...

I made a very bad decision to have purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1&½ Ton Split AC from a large shop in Ashok Vihar New Delhi, in April 2011 and it was installed in the end of April 2011.

I had many doubts about the unit and felt there were manufacturing defects which were not cleared.

The franchise who runs servicing centre does not care about the customer’s complaints and about the poor service they...

This is regarding the pathetic condition and irresponsible behaviour of voltas customer care. They did not even understand the customer situation .Whenever I called the got only one response that "ap nischint rahiye kal tak humare technician ap tak aa jayenge". I don't even know that they even do anything or not regarding my complaint. Actually the issue is as below

I had bought a new airconditioner on 11.02.2012 Voltas Elite. On the first day of its operation the AC did not cool. I reported the matter with the company vide complaint no. 12MY0500289 dated 05.05.2012. The AC has not been addressed till date and I am forced to bear the heat of the cruel summers despite spending huge amount on the AC.

Several calls to company has fallen on deaf ears.

I recommend not to trust...

I had purchased VOLTAZ AC , 1.5 ton , 5 star from Reliance Digital,ASRAONagar,Hyderabad on 18th March,2012.Within few days we observed that there had been very low cooling even though temperature is maintained at 16 degree celcius.We had raised srevice requests to Reliance Digital.They sent the technicians, they reported that the gas was empty.They filled in the gas and the problem was resolved.The same problem-of low cooling recurred.We...

Dear SIr,
I bought my vertis split .75 ton a/c dated 11/4/12. And I had called the customer care centre on 19/4/12 for it's installation for split ac.They gave me the complaint number 12ap1808226 and asked me to wait for next 24 working hours.It's 25/4/12 I still have'nt got any installation services from your side.

Voltas is a reputed company and I had bought my a/c in this faith .please do the needful.br...

on 04/04/2012 we had rang up to Voltas customer care and registered complaint against our AC compressor problem, they have intimated to IGLOO Cooling Solutions (Voltas Franchisee) located at Chetpet, They spoke nicely and took the machine and serviced and they also spoke nicely that they will do installation free if we take up AMC for Rs.2250, and we have paid the same, The company returned the AC unit seviced, but they have not installed...

I own a voltas mini magic fm water dispencer for last 6 years.Now both the hot & cool compartment is not working .The top ,internal part is broken,i would like to change these parts .kindly advices me which is the nearest dealer or outlet for these.{ i am from kerala state ,palakkad dt.}
