I bought LG LED TV from Croma from Pimpri, Pune on 09 Jun 2012. The person making the bill told that he is putting the date of Delivery as 10 Jun 2012 as I am not available at home on weekdays. But when I called Croma Customer card on 10 Jun 2012, they told that the bill date is mentioned as 11 Jun 2012. This was First false commitment that I came to know. Then I registered the complaint with Customer care and after sometime I got call from Croma store and they told that they will deliver the product at 10 PM on 11 Jun 2012. But to my surprise when a person came from delivery he was not a Croma guy and told that he is just the delivery guy and cannot open or test the product. So I got a packed production with no Delivery service and no tested product. When I called customer to check about this they accepted that the production should have opened and shown to me and then they again took the complaint. Now I am not sure what will happen to my complain. CC also informed that a Croma person will come with in 48 hours for Demo. Not sure if that is also true or not.

So the truth is I paid the whole money on 09 Jun 2012 and my TV will actually start working on 13 Jun 2012. This is not at all Good service.

A local store in Pimpri promised me same day delivery. I should have trusted the local shop guy.

    I purchased one Volas Split AC on 07.09.2008 vide invoice no. 80382 (Book No.1608) from M/s Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Main Road, Green Park, New Delhi-110016 with five years compressor warranty. On 19.05.2012, I lodged a complaint of some noise problem in the compressor. In the evening two persons came from M/S Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co. without any prior intimation and said (without checking anything) that there was no problem in the compressor (even though the same defect still exists). It seems that either the employees/ technicians of Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co. have very poor knowledge about Volas Split ACs or their only objective is to make money by befooling the public/consumers. Not only this they also demanded Rs. 350/-as service charges. When my wife informed them that the compressor was within the warranty period, they asked her to talk to Mr. Gautam, Owner of service centre, Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co, who in turn misbehaved with her and threatened her to face the consequences in case of non payment of service charges and said that he would cut our address from the office records and there will be no visit from voltas at my home in the future. I also registered a complaint at your customer care. Pease look into the matter and rectify the defect. Such behaviour was not expected from a company which claims to feel pride by rendering first rate customer service.

      It is really a shameful to write Voltas that We purchase one water cooler on the brand name of voltas a tata group of company.
      After purchasing the water cooler we purchased a tention also instead of chill water solution for our factory staff.
      When the machine was installed the machine was not working.There is no Quality conntrol by the manufacturers.
      After 5 days your mechanic came and opened the motor for replacement which has not been received so far.
      We returned the defective machine to dealer from where we purchased the machine.
      We spent 5000/- for to and fro of the machine.
      The dealer refused to refund the payment since the motor was carried out by your voltas mechanic on 29/5/2012.
      The company did not replied to our various mails and several telephone calls made.
      I suggest all the indian consumers do not buy Voltas products I have a very bad experience.
      If I do not receive the Motor from your company service centre, I will register the F I R to police department for cheating and harrassment to me.

        im maninder reddy from vijayawada. i have bought split ac (voltas) on august 15 2011. they have told that 2 free servicings will be done one in the 6th month and other in 12th month. this is 11th month even a single servicing was not done and the ac was not working properly. i have called the customer care on 29th of may 2012 they have told that with in 24 hrs technician will call us but this is 11th day after my call. from 29th i have called many times but the same reply . no body contacted us. please i request you to look at the reviews about your customer care and servicing section then you will come to know how good are your servicing section working.

        Voltas-AC — servicing for AC not done

        Complaint for servicing of Voltas AC was made on the toll free No.[protected] on April 29, 2011 for which the company provided us Request No.11AP2903844 and CRM No.C2076124, but till date the servicing of my AC has not done.

        I am purchase voltas ac 1.5 ton last month (Rathna fan house). My AC not cooling on 03.06.12 sunday night on wards, i am complaint on 04.06.12 southern comfort agency, nobody can response to me. That agency one person i am talk to him suddenly cut my call, this is to bad response. Totally i am upset. I am telling to him my wife is pergancy but nobody can response. Very very poor service. Still 08.06.12 nobody can attend the problem. So, i am go to private ac mechanic.

        I am totally upset this kind of service.

        i have bought an voltas split ac on 20/05/2012.during the time of installations your installer break the flap of ac, they said to repalce the flap in 2 -3 days but till yet they have done nothing regarding this .
        i am totally harrased now with this type of commitment .

          Voltas AC — FAULTY SERVICE

          Your attention is attracted towards my complaint that inspite of this e mail no one reported. So we made the complaint on your toll free no Complaint no was 10SP1401853. Technician came on 15/9/2010 from TIMEX ENGINEERING CO and did not gave any receipt and did not charge and told us that he has fixed the problem, but after AC is on for 2-3 hours, again leakage starts and this time from front also. We choose to off the AC. Due to rain and cold climate we did n t use AC for some time. When we again started it was leaking badly from front as well as sides. Front panel was also working abruptly due to moisture. Again complaint was lodged on 24/9/2010 with complaint no 10SP2302218. Again technician came and told us that your front panel is not working needs to be changed and we have to pay for it. I told him that front panel has become out of order due to non rectification of leakage problem, but they insisted that they can not convince their superior and we have to pay.

          You are requested that we are at no fault and you are requested to pl get rectify our AC without any additional charges from us as we have already paid Rs 500 but things are not rectified by your tecnician. Early action is appreciated from Indian MNC.
          I ALSO HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE SERVICE OF VOLTAS, I LODGED THE COMPLAINT BEFORE A WEEK, BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I CONTINEOUS TAKEN UP THE MATTER WITH AHMEDABAD OFFICE BUT NO BODY IS TAKEN CARE OF CUSTOMERS, THEY DAILY SAYS THAT TODAY THE TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT BUT NO BODY CAME.
          I ADVISE ALL THE READER NEVER PURCHASE VOLTAS PRODUCT, THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY IS POOREST IN THE WORLD.

            Air Conditioner Service request not being addressed even after the passage of 20 days in such a hot weather

            My VOLTAS AC 1.5 ton Xcite, window air conditioner is in need of the service as it has stopped working in less than one year, I have already lodged the complaint at helpline numbers.Even after a lot of follow up Voltas technician has not visited my place.

            The call centre is extremely rubbish as they dont have any reply except Sorry Sir, Sorry for inconvenience.

            No one has turned up from VOLTAS. I am regularly calling helpline number[protected] or[protected] to discuss the issue. I am writing mails even to their Corporate office. Except assurance, we are not getting anything.

            I too sincerely urge not to opt TATA products. They are worst in quality and services

              We have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton window ac, but since the day we have purchase, its compressor is not working properly. Whenever we start the ac, it drips the main fuse.
              We have contacted the retailer many times but he clearly refuses to attwnd the complain saying that it is a matter which the company have to look after directly and he can't do anything.
              So, you are kindly requested to send someone to look after the complain immediatly as we are facing a lot of inconvinience due to this.

              Volta AC — AC is not Working

              I have purchased 2 Voltas Vertis AC on 26-March-2010 from Croma Retail Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Our One AC is perfectly working but second AC had some problem it is not working with 200 Output Voltage..
              I have raised the complaint on 06-May-2010 no. 10MY0600131. My humble request you to please intervene to close the compaint as well my issue ASAP.....

              3 times Croma retails has changed my Stablizer also but it still not working...

              I've purchased two VOLTAS VARIETY PREMIUM 1.0 TN SPLIT AC SET on 24-APR-2010 and installed on 26-APR-2010. After approx 8 - 10 days use, one of my AC started showing problem. As a result, I immediately inform that to the Customer Care & the Complain No is - 10MI1400566.

              Your technical team has arrived on that very same day and reported some problem in - "Indoor unit fan motor & P.C.B defective".

              As a result I've immediately asked the Electric Engineer to investigate with the entire systems and found no problem as reported by him. Also, I would like to add - we've recently moved here as this is brand new complex. So, the problem with electric cables apparently less likely and that is also suggested by the engineer, too. I also called CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) and asked about voltage problem during that period (When we've noticed the problem in AC for the first time) where i live and found no evidence which suggest voltage fluctuates might cause this.

              Since, I've used it for merely couple of days (Not even a single month) and i don't want to repair this new staff that is not at all accepted at any reason which is believed to be defective prior to delivery. Hence, I've requested your customer care officer to replace the existing unit with a brand new one.

              On 15-APR-2010, I've requested to replace this and your customer care officer did inform me that someone from the technical team would contact me in this regard. But, no one from your technical team has ever called me on that day. As a result i called again (On 16-APR-2010) with your customer care officer and this time a lady again take this issue and as previous experience she also send this information to the higher authority and informed me about the same approach would be taken i.e. one person from technical team would call within 18-MAY-2010. But, again no one has called me during this time.

              That really frustrates me, but again today on 19-APR-2010 i called one of your customer care officer and again she told me to wait for today which is not at all acceptable by me then. Then only she gave me Voltas HQ Number of Kolkata.

              I did call on that numbers and this time one person has informed me that he would call me within few hours and that never happens. After a couple of hours when i tried to contact on that numbers - simply no response has given.

              Again i called your customer care officer and asked about the scenario. This time he passes my case to his senior and as reported by your senior Customer Care that he needs one more day to process this and would be able to inform me about the status. So, I'm waiting for that but lose my faith on all these officers of your team unfortunately.

              So, I decide to send you this mail. As a brand - "Do you think it is justifying treatment by your organization and irresponsible employees in such manner?". I've purchased two ac because i need it badly and here i get the response from your team. Do you think being a well establish brand like yours need any more good responsible customer relationship efforts as there are plenty of other customers will still come because of the existing brand value?

              How long someone would wait in such summer time when I've purchased it and of no use now?

              Hence, I'm requesting you to please take that immediate step and get me rid out of this mess - if you still care about that little percentage of customers who are not happy with the service they received from a big brand like yours. Do you think it increase the responsibilities more?

                I HAD PURCHASED VOLTAS VERTIS PREMIUM AC FROM M/S.KUMAR TV HOUSE, RAJPURA VIDE BILL NO.309 DTD.23/05/2009. ON 08/05/2012 SUDDENLY AC COMPRESSOR BURST AND MECHANIC OF THE SAID FIRM HAS TAKEN AWAY THE AC FROM MY HOME. I ALSO LODGED ON LINE COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY BUT TILL DATE, AC COMPRESSOR HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE SAID SELLER TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY DID NOT BOTHER TO THEIR CUSTOMER. PL SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.

                  Subject: Poor product & poor service workmanship - 1.5 T split AC - BP No. [protected]

                  Dear Sir,

                  I bought my Samsung Split AC in May 2005. This product has not given me satisfactory performance even during warranty period or outside the warranty period.
                  Within warranty period, gas leaked out 3 times, and most of the times in blistering summer I was continuously following up with your call centre to get repair done. Even my cooling coil was repaired during warranty period.

                  Even in 2007 summer timing, gas was filled again 2 times. Even after that cooling was never effective in this Samsung product.

                  This time, in 2008, I reported a problem of AC not working and your service team recommended to replace the cooling coil due to leak. This was done by charging me Rs. 4700/- on April 12 by your service team. No leak check was done while replacing the cooling coil, even after my repeated requests. My AC stopped functioning again within next 2 days and I again called your call centre for this problem. This time, service engineer told me that there was another leak which he has fixed, and filled gas again and made my AC run. My AC again stopped functioning after 2 days and your service engineer told me to get my voltage stabilizer checked, after I logged complaint at call centre for the 3rd time in less than a week's time. I got my voltage stabilizer checked from an external agency by paying another 250/-. Even after that, my AC worked only for 1 day and stooped functioning again. I had to log another complaint (4th time in ten days) at your call centre on April 23rd. This time your service engineer told me that he will remove the unit from installation, take it to service centre and check completely. It has been over 24 hrs, in this blistering summer, that your service engineer removed my AC from installation at my home and left it at my place, but no body has even come and collected the unit for taking to service centre. I have no clue that when will this unit be collected from my home, and repaired and installed back at my place???

                  I am extremely nervous about the level of product quality Samsung has provided, along with the worst workmanship shown during repairs. My product has not been made functional even after 3 repairs in ten days. 4th repair is under progress, without any timeline to finish. I am really worried that I will have to spend most of this summer, again, in calling up Samsung Service Centres for one or another problem in this Samsung AC. In doing this, I am spending my precious time and energy; apart from phenomenal discomfort to my entire family due to non functioning of this product.

                  I am now thinking of going to Consumer Court since I have already spent money and time, without even getting a satisfactory repair done on my product. Actually, I should do that for the poor product quality as well since this product itself is unable to perform since the time it was bought. Your service records should tell you the entire history, if you have good service data management.

                  Please take a note of this and ensure that workmanship improves significantly so that repeat problems and customer harassment can be avoided. I will not call Samsung if the problem persists, and would simply dump this product onto you and buy new AC; and would contact Consumer court for the harassment I have been given by Samsung India and Samsung Service Dept.

                    We purchased a Hot&Cold 1.5Ton Platinum split Air Conditioner (Sr.no. 4551359A12D001663) from M/s Pal Electronics, Civil Lines, Roorkee, Distt. Hardwar, 247667, Uttarakhand (Ph:[protected], [protected] [Mr. Harmeet Singh]) on 11 May 2012. The room size, where the AC is installed, is 12ft x11ft. Immediately after the installation we complained that the AC is not properly cooling, but the service engineer tried to convince us by saying that it will take 1-2 days for proper functioning of the AC. After about 10 days the AC started giving a crackling sound and the indoor unit started leaking with muddy water. The cooling also stopped in about 10 minutes. We complained to the dealer immediately, but the technician came after 3 days (on 29th May) after repeated reminders. During this, the attitude of the dealer was quite casual and arrogant. Very casually he said that the gas was leaked and they will get it refilled. The gas was filled on 3rd June. The AC still did not work satisfactorily. They opened up the outdoor unit also but could not fix the problem. Then the service engineer (Mr. Chaudhary, Ph. [protected]) again tried to mislead us by saying that there is a voltage fluctuation and you run it for one night and it will be ok. We immediately showed him our other room AC which was running quite efficiently at the same time. He still said that after running for a night it will be alright. Next morning, The AC again leaked (indoor unit) and it is not cooling the room. When we called the service engineer and the dealer, they (both of them) behave very rudely and denied any replacement of the unit. Now they are not even attending the phonecalls. For last 10 days, we practically without AC, even after making full payment.
                    I and my husband, Dr. Kamal, are faculty at IIT Roorkee and being a true citizen of the country, we bought Voltas AC because it is Indian. But we never expected such a service from a company which carries Tata's name.

                    Please replace/ return the unit.

                          I Kamal Kishore Sharma purchase a window AC on 30/ 5/12 from Dealer Amit electronics Rajinder bazaar , Jammu and installed on 30/5/12 . the AC function properly only for 1 hour and stopped cooling . I complained on 31/5/12 to the dealer regarding the matter . he replied on 1/6/12 that he had complained the matter to the company . But on 2/6/12 up to 4pm nobodyS came . then i launched a complain on your customer care vide complain no -12JU0205530 at 4:30pm on 2/6/12 and they assured us that your complain will be redressed within 24hr but till now no response is there . Please tell me where is my fault for which i am suffering . I choose the product on the name of the company .
                          please look in to the matter as earlier as possible and make me able to use your product properly .

                            I purchased a croma vacuum cleaner from their outlet in Mulund last April 2011. The product had a 2 year company warranty and I also purchased a 2 year extended from the dealer.

                            I used the machine just 3 times in a span of 10 months. However in march 2012, when I used the machine again, the motor heated up after being on use for 5-7 minutes and just shut down. I had to let the machine cool off for 15 minutes, only then would It come back on. I visited the showroom after a couple of days to inform them about this and was told that we would need to call their toll free number and a technician would come and pick up the machine from my house.

                            However when I called the toll free number, we were told that as the machine was still in warranty we will need to lodge. Complaint at the showroom itself. I visited the showroom again and this time I was told t az the product was portable o will have to bring it in myself. So as I wad not given accurate Information I asked to speak with a manager.

                            However I did not get yo speak with one, but the rep whom I was speaking with offered to send one of his boys over to my residence and pick p the machine as a courtesy, as we were provide with Incorrect info.

                            But on one turned up For 2 weeks. Finally the same rep came personally to collect the machine, after calling them at least 2-3 times. He axv7seduction me that the machine would be repaired at the showroom itself and I have to pick It up in 2 days. I waited for a week and called the rep over the phone to check if the job was done and the answer that I received infuriated me. He told me that this was a common problem with this model and that croma had discontinued the manufacture of this Peirce. When I asked him to replace the machine with another machine of another company, he refused and said that it was not possible and that he would need to check for a solution with his manager.

                            In the first place of this problem was known to them, why did they sell the machine? Why were we given wrong information and why did we have to to keep on following up with croma its check if the machine was repaired? This is the kind of service and products that croma sells.

                            Never ever, ever but anything from croma. They are lousy with their after sales service and also keep their customers in the dark. Not trustworthy.

                              I want to draw your kind attention that we have bought a Voltas 1.50 Ton Air Conditioner one year ago. From 2-3 months we are facing problems with this air conditioner. We filed complaint constantly and received complaint nos.10AU0300409, 10AU0300425 from customer care and service men also came from Prakash Refrigeration & Electrical (Athzd. Service Center) at CW-563, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Center Delhi-42 having Cont. Nos.[protected] & [protected]. His worker came two times two times but the repair men were not expert and not fully trained like a new comer and hence till today our a.c. don’t get repaired but they received charges from us. The owner of Prakash Refrigeration & Electrical Mr. Parvesh Gupta was very bad man and having no manners to tackle customer. Now he is pretending that his worker will come and repair the a.c. but no one came till today. At last we talk with your senior executive Miss Purnima, Miss Rachna, Mr. Shalender & Mr. Abhishek and received complaint no.12MY1003618 but they also lie that service man are coming to us in one hour but no body came till today. It was a very bad experience with voltas. So please take this matter seriously and sort out my problem so that I remain trust in voltas.

                              One should refrain from buying Voltas AC, Pathetic Service takes 10-15 days to visit and another 7-10 days to rectify. Voltas are making fool of consumers
                              My Split A/C, Vertis is not giving cooling from Dt:4;10;12, gave a complaint online, telephonic & Writing to Ahmedabad Office, but there is no reply from Voltas, not attend the comlaint, as Compressor is Filed in working due to not proper installation, from beginning, it was a faulty Piece. But nobody cars to listen the complaint.This is a Worst Company in compare to Samsung, Bluestar etc, as I had already 2 Split A/C's of other mentioned Co's.This is very bad for customer.                                 One water Dispenser [Voltas Mini Magic FM] was purchased for our office on 19/03/2011 from Radhika Sales Corporation, Nigdi Pune 411044 Telephone No.67338800. vide Invoice/D.C.No.NKS/019368 dated 19/03/2011 for Rs.6800/-.
                                The water dispenser has been continuously giving problem to us and we repeatedly made complaint to the Voltas directly and through Radhika sales corporation.
                                The complaint number given by the Voltas Customer care no.[protected] are as follows:
                                11JU1704628, 11JL0603472, 11OC0302173, 11OC1002606, 12JN0400282, 12AP2401245.
                                The compressor was changed once. We have purchased one stabiliser also after that. Now again they say compressor gone. This time they ask us to bear the cost of compressor, which is about 4000/-
                                We have got faulty piece. Hence kindly give instruction to change the piece with new one at free of cost.

                                A PRIVATE AC TECHNICIAN EXAMINED THE PIECE AND SAID THE COMPRESSOR IS OK ONLY THERE IS A LEAKAGE OF GAS IN PIPE WHICH HE FIXED AND NOW THE DISPENSER IS WORKING WELL.                                     VOLTAS VERTIS 1.5 TON SPLIT AC on this 5th may 2012 from a local dealer and installed by the dealer also and working

                                    fine but after a week AC stopped working ie cooling was not there, i contact to cust care on 19th may and they

                                    register my complaint & after 2 days any service centre boys came and checked ac, they said that ac coil is leak and

                                    no gas in it so need to take outdoor to service centre, they took outdoor to service centre and came back after 3

                                    days with outdoor, fit the ac and its working but next morning ac not cooling, i again contact to mr rajeev the

                                    owner of the service centre, he says that we will be sending the person today and next day 2 person came and they

                                    said that MY AC needs refilling of the GAS due to gal leakage and after refilling the gas the same problem is here

                                    and I again lodged the complaint, the person came again, he rectified the gas leakage and the cooling problem(as he

                                    stated) but after he left again the cooling problem was there.
                                    I reported again and again complaints to cust care daily and the same ervice centre but not till my complaint has

                                    been solved, please take some action sir, My problem was not solved since today.


                                    My product is still in warranty / gaurantee. and I feel I am being exploited by these people.

                                    At this moment when some one asks me about this product and company I just said to them, "the product and the

                                    company is good but they dont provide a post purchase service"
                                    which does not suits to the company like TATA

                                    At the end i will like to request you to please consider my case and take required action so that i would not be an

                                    unsatisfied customer.

                                    Voltas Split AC — Not Working after installation

                                    I have purchased 2 Voltas split AC from VIDEOTRONICS , Udaipur in the month of Oct./Nov. 2009. Afterv theirv installation both are not working. Udaipur service centre is not responding since last 10 days. Only once the AC's were handled and their outer cover was damaged .
                                    I am making regular calls but no action so far.

                                    VOLTAS, split AC — AC not working

                                    I had purchased a Split AC in July- 2011.
                                    It is not working since 5-5-2012.
                                    Since servicing is due I had registered at customer care on 5-5-12 vide 12MY 0502297.
                                    After continuous persuasion, technician has come on 15-5-12 and reported that the fan needs replacement. Since the unit is under guarantee period , I have requested him to change.
                                    I was allotted a new complaint number on 15-5-12 vide 12MY 1503826.
                                    After chasing for the job to be done , I was allotted one more complaint number on 19-5-12 vide 12MY 1900665.
                                    The customer care center always repeats the same wording “it shall be done today.”
                                    Till now no body has attended nor contacted me for the service requested.
                                    It is very disheartening to note that such a reputed company is so hostile, casual and unconcerned to its customer.
                                    I fail to find a person in VOLTAS organization who can force this service to be done which is my justified right.

AC is not able to cool the room below 27 degree in day or night duration. i had also communicated with the customer care guys and they had locked a complaint (13my0504480) on date 4/5/2013. customer care guys told me that you will receive a technical executives call shortly. But till date i had not received any call from technical support and none of the guys come to my home to see the AC problem. daily i am calling customer care and no solution. Please help me.

                                      Air Conditioner Service request not being addressed even after the passage of 20 days in such a hot weather

                                      My VOLTAS AC 1.5 ton Xcite, window air conditioner is in need of the service as it has stopped working in less than one year, I have already lodged the complaint at helpline numbers.Even after a lot of follow up Voltas technician has not visited my place. Rather Sarfaraz , the designated service advissor have closed the complaint saying that he has visited the place and has done the service.What a cheat and fraud I am going through from VOLTAS, a tata company.

                                      The call centre is extremely rubbish as they dont have any reply except Sorry Sir, Sorry for inconvenience.

                                      No one has turned up from VOLTAS. I am regularly calling helpline number[protected] or[protected] to discuss the issue. I am writing mails even to their Corporate office. Except assurance, we are not getting anything.

                                      I too sincerely urge not to opt TATA products. They are worst in quality and services

                                      Plz tell what to do next to make them punish for the extra inconvenience i have gone through.

                                      A sheer wastage of time, energy and efforts.

                                        I have purchased a Voltas Emerald on the 06 may 2012 from Jai Shree Padmavathi Electronics dated 06may 2012 bearing Bill no 7102 and after purchase i got the AC Installed on 7th may during installation Inspite of our place allotment to the technician sent by the dealer has cut the copper tubing to mount the external unit on our neighbours wall, so he tried to braze additional copper tube multiple times and it was still leaking so when i left the terrace he somehow closed the the tubed and wrapped it with insulation but since the time of installation i am facing cooling problem, and water leaking inside the hall which damaged my Computer CRT and the indoor unit is making noise, i have reported the same to the dealer Jai Shree Padmavathi Electronics and requested him to replace the tubing since it was his technician mistake but i dint get any response from him and as well as no body has attended the problem.

                                        somehow i spoke to the Voltas customer care executive and they took the complaint on 10 may bearing complain numbers 12MY1100438 , 463 and 494 and they said their service engineer will attend the problem within 24hours but no body turned up for twodays and finally on 12th may their Engineer attended the problem and he managed to solve the water leakage problem but still i am faceing cooling and noise problem with the AC and now i am able to hear the leakage sound from the tubeing brazed.

                                        I have again complained this problem to the customer care again bearing complain number 12my2403255 on the 24th of this month and they said their engineer will turnup within 24hours but no body has turned up till today 30th may , so i again contacted the customer care today and spoke to Mr Praveen but the respose was really poor .I

                                        request voltas to replace the tubing and attend to the Noise problem and cooling problem on priority since the problem is hanging from almost 25days and i count use the AC in hot summer.
