AC NOT COOLING
hamari mobail kisi ne churaliya hai aur mere pas uska IMEI No hai mai chata hu ki IMEI nomber ke jariye pata lgaya jay ki wah kain liya aur kis disha me hai
Dear Sir,
we regret to inform you that in splite of logging regular complaints, the problems of our newly purchase voltas AC Vertis Gold model ( 2 ton) has not been rectified yet.
You can understand the extreme prevailing condition of weather due to we are unable to function properly.
Since, we have treid & lested Voltas in the past, we are not expecting this kind of poor & irresponsible response from TATA'S.
Hope you will give due attention & address it at the earlies & without compelling us to take some impleasure action.

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT MY VOLTAS WINDOW AC .800 TONS IS NOT PROPERLY WORKING (NO COOLING IS THERE) AND I AM NOT AT ALL SARTISFIED WITH THE SAME INSTRUMENT. IT WAS PURCHASED FROM M/S SAUGAT, AMBALA CANTT, ON LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER 2009. FROM THAN THE INSTRUMENT SEEMS TO BE EVEN DUPLICATE. I HAD MADE SO MANY TIMES COMPLAINTS TO THE DEALETR, BUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO US WAS ABSOLUTELY HOPLESS.
THAN I STARTED MAKING COMPLAINT TO YOUR TOOL FREE NUMBER [protected] . MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 10AP1505409 AND ID COSTOMER IS C 1337793. THE FIRST COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON 15TH APRIL 2010.
SIR, WITH A VERY SAD MOOD, I WISH TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION, THAT TILL DATE ( TODAY 20TH MAY 1020), NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO US.

Yes I would certainly agree the service of voltas is pathetic and they dont attend to customer complaints at all, I have too bought a 1.5ton a/c and its just been 1 month my a/c has stopped functioning. doesnt give any cooling at all, i guess i made a big mistake of trusting voltas, should have gone for samsung and they have atleast amazing customer service ...I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
MY A/C COMPERESURE PROBLEM NOT SOLV FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE
IF MY PROBLEM WILL BE NOT SOLVED.THEN I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT.WATER COOLER (DISPENSER)
I have purchase 4 water cooler in Sanket Sales - Anand in 2012, almost 2 year, at present 2 are not cooling & 2 are totally not working73%
