[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis AC — poor service

i bought tata voltas ac with 3years warranty 20 months ago through instolment but after full payment the distibuter does not give me any customer care services i want your company take a proper action against my distibuter otherwise i will go to consumer court.???/

By this mail, i am going to ask you what exactly is your VOLTAS Dealership meant for.

I am one of your customers, and a couple of week back, we bought an VOLTAS ACs with I.Q (A TATA Product)* from RefAir Engineering Works, and we found ourselves helpless even after making numerous calls to you, but nothing comes to us except falls commitments and promises.

We have been informing you that the AC is not up to the mark and running like a senseless machine. You can't even compare that with a water cooler, though.
After consulting many other customers, we found VOLTAS would be smart choice to go with, but...

We request you, kindly suggest us! what to do now, so that we can ride of that issue ASAP.



* TATA - is that mean for saying your customer TATA after selling your product.

I have purchase a Window AC yesterday, I am shocked that AC is not working (Remote also faulty, always in on position) Exhasut Fan is touching the cover and make noise.

If this is the working of Vertis Model of Voltas on very first day, how can it will work in future.

I want to replace it with new piece, moreover front window cover fitting is not good.

I had also purchased Voltas 2 ton vertis gold AC on 29 may 2008 in Allahabad they had not given me even a single service and presently Ac is not working at all and I had made complaint to service centre in alllahabad but after one week no body came to attend the Ac even after daily telephone to service centre, I think regarding service Voltas is worst in one should not buy these Acs

Sir,
I have purchased 2 nos of voltas 1.5 ton split A/c Vertis one year back.Now the cooling is very slow.The insulation materials used for copper tubes are of low quality. The insulating materials have been worned away. I made a complain with my dealear in Karur (TN ). After 2 or 3 days I received an SMS that my complain has been regitered and the service Engineeer will be attending the complains shortly. Now nearly 10 days have been passed but the repairs are yet to be attended.Why cant the voltas customer service be rejuvanated ?

Now i will call to him daily he was not attend my call,

I have purchased Voltas Split Airconditioner in March 2007 at M/S Kumar Agencies, guntur and also recommonded 4 customers for purchase.The owner of dealer during purchase behaves gentle and in service he behaves like liar.His mechanics appointed local had no technical knowledge.he is damaged the trade mark of VOLTAS to worest No-1 service at Guntur city.Make a complaint and insist service of minor technical problem of blocking outlet with ice formation.It is regret to inform that the attendants appointed by him does not known about fundementals of functionaries.his phone N[protected].My cell no-[protected].I booked complint on 12-5-09.Last year for similar servicing he took 10 days for rectification.If he has not turn out I will proceed to take permission for exhibitng delay by protest

I purchased a Voltas Split Vertis 2ton A.C. from your representative in Moradabad. After operational for about 3 months it has developed a snag. After repeated complaints your voltas representative is not able to rectify it . he takes away the chip of the a.c. and make me wait for month, courting that it has to be send to ghaziabad for repair.
The way Voltas people in Moradabad are giving service, I regret buying a voltas A.C.

i m not satisfied with the service of the voltas ac..i have complaint so many times but i didnt get any result...

I had purchased a Voltas AC vertis premium product for RS - 18000 & above from the dealer of KATARIA SALES CO.in MAIN BAZAR GANDHI NAGAR DELHI-110031 .but he has niether given us any bill nor service at that time. Now he is rejecting for giving bill by saying that he has not any bill. please help me.

dont buy any product manufactured by TATA, i am one of victim who is facing his burning due to thier cust/support. Behaen kee Choot all of TATA products. all stuff are imported from PRC.

i bought a voltas vertis 1.5 ton split Ac 1 year back.
by the 9th month it stopped cooling. i asked the retailer to provide the service he did sent someone and charged me for that but didnt gave ne receipt. then i saw in the booklet that i was entitled to 2 free service and when i asked him about that he mis behaved and the ac again failed in 2 3 days. i again complained but no one came . then i launched complaint with customer care but nobody came. now its out of warranty period and still no response . do not know what to do. it was a mistake to buy a TATA product. anyone going for a voltas ac or any TATA product dont go for it. u will regret like me.
