[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis AC — poor service

The Voltas Vertis model AC was bought a year ago, for the fourth time the AC is not working. Each time a complaint is being made, they take their own time to attend the serivice required. proper customer care support is required

I purchased a Vertis Gold split A.C. on 17.03.2010. It was installed in my house by the dealer Taori Marketing, Nagpur.From the next day i.e. from 19.03.2010 I found that after running the A.C.for fue minutes, the outdoor unit was coming to stop. I lodged a complaint against the faulty installation. Also the outdoor unit was making a terrible noise. But till 09.04.2010 nobody from the dealer or from the company had attended the complaint, putting me into a lot of harrasement. If this is the situation at the very begining what would be the fate onwards, God knows.
Same case for us, we purchased a voltas vertis plus s 1.5 ton split AC which was not working after two days of commissioning due to some control card problem. The service was too bad and they found the problem after 5 days of complaint and they required more 15 days to replace the card. I thing we will get the AC repaired after this summer season.

I have compliant to costmer care two time but no body can attend our compliant. But the customer care executive commits that our service engineer will reach to you with in 24 hours but my complaint was not attend after 6 days.
I had purchased a 1.5 ton voltas ac from M/s Gupta Electronics, Dogra Chowk, Jammu, near to City Square on date:[protected] and installed on[protected] by your authorised service engineers M/s JCM, Jammu. But it is not working properely even from first day that a water leakage in indoor unit.
After giving several calls to voltas authorise service centre M/s JCM, Jammu and customer care, but no body till date i.e.[protected],
came for attend my complaint.
I think that there is no officer or supervisor in voltas to see that voltas authorise centre and customer care
person & its technician working properly.
I think that i had done a great mistake to purchase voltas ac, which is not bother to attend the complaint.

Request to all that before purchase voltas ac, think thousand time for service & other
I bought Voltas Vertise Plus from Sachdeva Electronic, Jail Road, New Delhi. I complaint for Wet Service Voltas AC on 12/0410 to Customer Care of Voltas my complaint No.10AP1201184 and they assured me that your complaint would be attended within 24 working hours. But the wet service has not yet been done by the Voltas I have been regularly in touch with Customer Care they daily give assurance of providing service even I contacted the West Delhi Voltas Service Officer Mr. Dua who told me to put a paper on the A/c and start it there is no need to do the service. I wasted my 4 holidays for the service of AC even I and may family suffers heat stroks because my house is on top floor. I never expect this type of bad experience from VOltas
yes voltas after sale service is very poor i have also purchase one AC on 19.05.10. after 15days AC not working properly NO COOLING.

after complaint service engineer attend the complaint after one day.next day again same problem.
suggestion kindly do not take VOLTAS Ac.

VOLTAS / AC — AC Complaint pending for over a month now.

I have raised a complaint on Voltas customer Care on 21st April 2010, for an AC which I bought last year.
With multiple follow-ups the isssue is still not resolve and Voltas has no one to really no one to help on this. I need my money back now.

Among many of the service people who made false commitment to get it done were Mr. BB dua who mostly dont even have any responsibility to even stand on the words.

Company has a worst customer service in the industry.

Voltas vertis 1 1/2 ton A/C — poor cooling

I bought a new a/c on 2008 it was not cooling last month so i complain in chennai cool care tambaram, service engineer came on april 2010 and chenge the stabilizer(our own money) but not cooling, again i called the service engineer they came and the told change the power cable so i cheanged new power cable but not cooling then again i complain service engineer came and take the out door unit and indoor unit to his tambaram office and they hold one week after that they give unit for this proses i spend vechelce charge of 1000rs and service charge of 750rs, after commissioning the unit not working, then service engineer came next day they changed capocitor and new relay coil but no use, so every day service engineer came and go with out complete the work so i complai in chennai head office phone no:[protected], my complain no: 10MY2101562 date:21-may-2010,till now the problem is not salved,

I purchased Voltas Vertis Split AC one ton about 5-6 years ago. The remote operating device (control) went out of order about three - four years ago, I wanted to purchase the same but Voltas could not provide the same. Voltas could not also repair . so I have to operate AC without remote control, though I paid extra for remote control facility.

About 15 days ago my AC went out of order, firstly Voltas team told that fan motor and PCB are out of order and need to be repaired. When I explained that PCB is nto out of order, they told that motor require repair and send a fixed estimate, without ascertaining exact defect in motor. Then another mechanic was deputed and he told that the motor cannot be repaired and need to be replaced, but they are unable to replace since there is no stock. Now by saying that as per policy of Voltas they do not keep any spares for an AC which is more than five years old, so they are not responsible for the same and they cannot help.
I hardly run AC for 70-90 days in a year. Thus in last five years it has hardly run for about 400 days. If one has to discard the AC after a short service period due to non availabilty of parts how costly it is to keep AC

I purchased a Voltas Vertis from Rathna Fan House in Jan 2007. Immediately thereafter I had to fill gas in June 2007 and once again in Oct 2009. Now once again I have to fill gas and they do not look into checking the compressor quality inspite of reminding. They charge a hefty 2500 for gas filling each time and if I had to do this every year, I'm worried about my maintenance expense.

I am writing to inform you about one of the WORST customer service I experienced in last one month.
I registered a complaint no 10JU2304369 on June 23, 2010.
Continuously followed it up for one month and every time I got only got assurance that it will be resolved by tomorrow.
When I called up today I was told that the complaint has been closed and the reason is "by mistake the customer care executive recorded the pin code wrong" and I have been assigned a new compliant number 10JU2302052.
I have few queries:
1. Is the pin code so important and complex that even if the entire address is correct you can only discover this after one month.
2. Is the any service level which a customer can expect or you can just close the complaint that has been pending for over a month without even informing the customer?
3. Is there any higher authority to whom I can escalate this issue because after this incident I don't think that this complain is going to be resolved in next few months.
i bought voltas vertis plus 2 ton a/c around 2yrs back i am happy with the performance but i am totally un happy with the service. i am having problem of water leak from the blower i have complained 4 times but my problem is not solved. when ever i complain people from voltas will come do sum thing and charge 6 to 7 hundred and go but this today i e., 13/08/2010 they told there is a problem in the blower we have to service which costs around 2500. how many times should i pay for the same?

we have entered into AMC contract.Only for the 1st amc we got the invoice on time, from the next AMC we didn't get the original invoice and this continued for the 3rd time.we even contacted our customer centre they sent only the duplicate copy.we paid the amount two months before for the 3rd AMC and still we didn't get the invoice, the amt is even credited.we didn expect such a service from you.
so i would like you to go through the complaint as soon as possible and give the feed back in a good time period...

Hi, I am Vasudev G Palan I had ordered 4Ton Tower AC machine of Voltas in the month of 1st week of April 2010 & we were assured that we will get the machine within 15 days & there after various Repeated call & Email message we were assured machine will reach within 15days but this 15 days had not yet come as on 1st Sep. 2010, only cuz of false commitment, we are loosing all the upcomming order & even we will be penelized if we dnt supply the machin within next 1 week times, also the other contractor is ready to procure same machine within a week days, but when i had placed ordered directly to the company i am not in receipt of the same till today. sir if the machince is arranged by the other vendor & if the department deducted penality from our payments then we think even we will be liable for claiming compensation from Voltas for deducted penalities & damages to our company. we are just being told machine aaraha hai some time even week days time were taken. now i have omly week days time left & other vendor is ready to supply this 4Ton 4Nos Tower AC machine.
Pls help usd out in this matter.

VOLTAS TATA — NEW AC SO BAD SMELL IN AC

I PURCHESE A NEW VOLTAS VERTISE PLUS WINDOW AC TWO MONTHES AGO.BUT THIS AC IS SO BAD.WHEN I ON MY AC AFTER FEW MINUTES A VERY BED SMELL COME AFTER SOME TIME.I AM SO FADE UP THIS AC.THIS AC IS SO BAD.

Last week I have bought Vertis elite 1.5 ton split AC from " Kohinoor Electronics, Dombivali East Maharashtra". I want to install my A/C But still that is not happen????????
Also that Installation Men is asking me Rs-1500 for Installation it is true?????
I was celled 10 time to Kohinoor Electronics he didn’t reply my celled why???? What is the Responsibility of Distributor. Just Fuelling to Customer. If like like this happen then Voltas will Really deteriorated the image of the Company. I am forwarding the matter to all Customer as well as consumer court as I am fed up of it now.
Kindly look this meter and save your company image

Voltas vertis AC — Dealer doesn't caring for service your AC

My AC i had purchased before 8 months, i had called the dealer / service center,many times for the service they are not ata all attending the phone or reporting that the area for service is out of city

Upset with Voltas, Please help
