[Resolved]  Voltas Water Cooler — very very poor service

Dear Sir's,

I m very sorry to say that your water cooler services after sales is in very very poor condition.
I complaint on dated 07.07.09 via complain no. 09 JL 070370, complain attended after 10 days, by regular followup, but unable to get in OK condition. Then after our regular followup, attended by you local service person on dated 03.08.2009 but same here, unable to get Ok.
We have purchased four water coolers fm VOLTAS. I represent Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.
If you have any customer care/regard please call me or try to attend the complain by VOLTAS SERVICE ENGINEER, - -- not A LOCAL TECHNICIAN.

We have made the comlpaint yesterday regarding the leakage of mini magic water despenser, but so far no response from your end. Kindly check and revert back.

Voltas water cooler purchased from M/S Ekai Electricals, Shop no. 25, Jayanti bazar, jaipur vide Invoice no. 749 dated 08/05/2012. We are facing the problem of electric current in the Machine. tried to contact your no.[protected] several times 9About 100 times) but remained busy. The Sl. no. of water cooler is 6010121PHL003493 purchased by Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of Telecommunications, Jhalana Doongari, Jaipur-302004. Please provide the service immediatly or arrange to replace the same.
